Rude manager, very overpriced, went to Con Carpet.

We’ve had two great experiences with Jerry and Rugs, Rolls, and Remnants! First, we had them do our main living spaces and upstairs. They were very accommodating to our schedule and our budget! Most recently we finished our basement, and we had 3 different carpets/flooring installed in different rooms. They all turned out great and the transitions from room to room look very natural. Highly recommend Jerry at RRR, their team does a great job!

Had carpet installed today in great room, hallway, and stairs. Very pleased with the service from Cathy. She was knowledgeable and helpful. Carpet arrived quickly and was installed promptly. Installers did a top notch job. Have used them in the past, and will use them again. I highly recommend them for any flooring needs. (They installed hardwood in 3 rooms years ago and carpet in bedrooms in the past.)

This company helped me choose carpeting for our basement refinish about 17 years ago Had large area to cover, about 1500 sq feet. Very easy to work with. Large selection and pricing was very reasonable. I shopped around and they gave me the best price and time frame. Helped me choose best carpet for my situation. Great job at laying and working around weird angles. Had them recently lay some luxury vinyl tile in our office reception room. Did a great job again.

If there was a way to give less than one star.....going on a year now since installation of our floor. It was only $12,000 but a fair amount to us. During installation we noticed that the ‘old timer’ had the ‘new kid’ installing portions by himself. Well, where do you think the issues arose? From the onset, we have been calling, visiting and emailing trying to get resolution...to no avail. A visit from them telling us it was just some “settling” and it would work itself out. Finally had the manufacturer send a third party inspector out. Hmmm.....improper installation and sub flooring preparation. So, not our imagination. Anyway, run, don’t walk away from this place. Spoke with the attorney today and am gathering my documentation. Tried to be a nice guy and give them a chance to make it right. Shouldn’t be tripping over flooring that is popping up due to poor installation practices. RUN RUN RUN!

We got our carpet from there and it was a little bit expensive but it is the best carpet weve ever had stain resistant stainguard oh we love it

I wish I knew Jerry before we bought our last carpet. He really knows the best product for the price and can guide you for what is good for you and your family. He WILL be doing our future flooring jobs!

Very friendly when I first went there and ordered my flooring, back splashes and counter tops, however after I made a down payment, things changed. I have had to call to get anything done. When told they would call back, they do not. After about 2 months I got the flooring and still waiting for counter tops and back splashes.

Jerry is one of the most knowledgeable people I know when it comes to flooring! He is serious about getting the right flooring for the right application at the right price!

We had them put carpet in our basement and flooring in two bathrooms, kitchen and entry. They mangled the floor trim and left pieces of it just laying on the floor unattended. I asked for good flooring and what I got was very cheap and has not held up well at all. The padding under the carpet was cut to short so now there is a dip in the carpet where there is no padding. Some of their cuts were off and the trim didnt cover the edge of the flooring. At the basement door to the garage they stuck this piece of stickey trim that gapped and didnt stay stuck. Not a happy customer.
