I have built several houses over the years and a year ago did a remodel job on my current home and had a friend recommend Con Carpet which was contracted to do almost $30k worth of work that included tile, carpet and wood floors. This project went from bad to terrible with so much unprofessionalism from the workers to the owners and it’s still haunting us today with tile popping, grout cracking out, floors coming loose, it goes on and on. During the tile process they plugged our garage floor drain with mastic. The bathrooms, pantry and kitchen wall tile looks so uneven and grout lines go from 1/16”-1/8”. During the wood floor installation they damaged walls, trim, and left large seams and I literally told their workers to remove themselves from my property. Trust me...if you want any of the above work done I recommend you look elsewhere since this company is down right terrible!

So we were moving to a new house that needed carpet from out of state.Jessica at Con Carpet worked with us to send samples overnight, get carpet picked out and ordered, rip the carpet out to allow us to paint the subfloor (the previous owner had a dog and cat that peed everywhere) and install the carpet the next Monday.Installers were extremely professional and thorough. 3400 square feet of carpet installed in two days. We are extremely satisfied with our carpet and can’t thank Jessica enough for all her help.Would recommend them to anyone for flooring!!

Love love love my brand new carpet!

Unfortunately, we spent almost $10,000 on carpet and are left with huge seam lines down the middle of our living room, bedroom, and at the entrances of all the other bedrooms. They tried to fix it but made it worse and now are Bobby does not return my calls. The installer stated it was faulty carpet. Im sure they would not allow this in their own home, but we are stuck with it. I would upload pictures if i could. Do not use Con Carpet.

Great selection! Nice location. Nice store. They are easy to work with. They have great samples and will be able to work with any budget. I will say that when we have another room carpeted we will choose the grade if carpet and then move up one grade if carpet. The carpet we got was great, but I can see that going one grade higher, for $5 to $8 bucks a square yard is worth it. They have hardwood flooring as well in all kinds of styles colors and stains. Take the time and check these guys out. Carpeting a room will take time though. Remember that.

Great customer service! Jessica was so helpful and on top of it. I had a rug made through them - I told Jessica the price I wanted to spend and she worked with me to be sure we met it. I picked out the carpet and the rug was in my living room within 2 weeks! I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience with Con Carpet, Roger and Jessica were great to work with and their quality control manager even came out after hours to look an issue I had with the bathroom floor and he had the installer come back the next day to fix the problem, their installers were clean neat and respectful of us and our home. We couldnt be happier and would definitely recommend them to others.

We found Jessica to be very helpful, and her knowledge of the products details was important to us. It was a very nice and enlighting experience.

Have used them for several installations in the past with decent results.Had them install new carpet in a conference room..The poorest quality of workmanship possible. Carpet was not streched problem & has a large loose are when entering the room. Where the carpet meets the tile floor the carpet is unraveling. They sent an inspector 3 weeks ago and agreed poor installation and said they would correct. Have called them back 3 times and no results. I will not use them in the future.

What is there to say except RUDE!! They got paid in full and didnt want to fix what they messed up. I wouldnt even give them one star but I cant leave a review without one. Please take your money somewhere else.

We were super excited to be using Concarpet for our new home we were building as we had heard so many great reviews. Fast forward 9 months, and Im having to rip out the carpet they put in our basement from a faulty window leaking... to my disgust they or whoever the subcontracted to laid the pad and carpet over mud, dirt, drywall bits, nails and all other sorts of garbage and construction waste! Everyone is my family would get runny noses or sneeze attacks when we were in the basement and no we know why. So disappointed, Ill definitely be using another company to replace everything Im taking out!

We did not have a great experience here. Our design consultant was caught off guard when we arrived for our appointment as she did not make note when we set it. From there it was a very uncomfortable experience until we left. I felt hurried to pick out everything for our new home. I will definitely use another consultant for the next build.
