My phone was stolen so I went into the Blue Springs location and was told I qualified for an upgraded phone. The guy behind the counter told me the Motor G Play was a good phone to upgrade to. So I paid the for the phone and got it home and it was not wanting to connect to the tower. It dropped my calls. I literally have to hold the phone up in the air in order for it to maybe connect. I have insurance on it.I returned to the store and the same sales person said all he could do was send off for the same kind of phone. I picked up the need phone and same problem. Connection is horrible. Theres been times Ive sent to search for a store near me and it will show my location in new Mexico. So its obviously a phone issue. I called back up to the store and asked to return it for one of equal or lesser value since its pretty clear that phone has issus in my area. I was told no. All they can do is send for another again, of the same phone. They already did that. It doesnt work. The old phone I had had no issues .I I called again and spoke to same person who sold it to me and he said he would reach out to his manager and contact me back.. he never did.I think its horrible customer service to sale someone a product that is obviously detective and not stand behind them when its not working. Says your not interested in me as a customer but rather the money you can get out of me.I am changing my service after many years based off this experience. And yes I called the insurance company and metro.. no luck

I had the best customer service there 2 days ago. I cant remember the guy name.... But he was very knowledgeable, patient and seemed to know exactly what I needed before I could tell him!! Hes the Best!

I experienced the worst customer service of my life at the Blue Springs store location. One of the associates made it very clear she had better things to do than to help me. She first made chages on my account that she did not explain what charges would be and when i asked for her to change it back she called me names and privlaged and said it was too close to closing time and she has somewhere to be and to get out of the store. Which it wasnt even closing time for another 15 minutes. She then refused to get me in touch with her manager and threatened to lock me in the store because i kept asking to speak to a manager or for her to give me her name. She was cursing and started to flip me off. And threw thing around her desk. When i went back to my car since i was getting no where with her i found out later that it was her sister pulled up next to my car where my kids and husband were waiting and started yelling at me and flipping me off. When i called the store the next day i was hung up on and called back then the same associate threatened my family by said to come back to the store to meet her brothers who were real bloods (gang related) and they really wanted to meet my family to show us what real bloods do to people who mess with her. This id the short version of this story I am to say the least not happy with my experience at this store. However Holmes Rd in Kansas City an associate named Ser helped take care of me and was absolutely wonderful. Please go out of your way to his store!!

So this store is so amazing. New manager Craig. Makes all the difference. This young man will doing anything in his power to make you happy. Please if youve been a previous customer and had a bad experience, try it again. Those people are gone and Craig is awesome.

Good cheap phone service. Allows u to pay month to month... Unlimited for 60 a month... Cheap phones... Nice staff. But not very informative... Didnt know I can change my billing date.. By payin five bucks .

Will never go here again they screwed up my whole account they got wrong address Im pretty sure no such thing as a city called bluesprings independence city either one or other I never made a password nor do I ever use a nickname for security question they are very rood not a welcoming environment and when I asked about insurance get my cell fixed lady just put phone on counter roodly dont come here unless you want everything screwed up Im having a hard time fixing my account now when I call customer support number

Just last Saturday went in to figure out why my phone wasnt working and the guy said I had to pay $15 for the warranty and would have to wait a couple days for my phone so I left and went to one on noland rd and the lady over there told me that I was eligible for my warranty because I had bought the phone less than a week ago and that it would be free....everytime I have went into the blue springs location...he found some reason for me to spend more money. If you want good customer service go to the stores on noland road all of them are really nice people and will help you. Not try to hustle you for more money everytime you go in there.

Went there thinking I would get my free upgrade, but little did I know I would have to fork out 90 bucks, but before the clerk informed me he took it upon his own to start making the switch without my knowledge. In order for me to get my old phone back cause I was not paying 90 bucks I had to pay them 15 just to turn back on my old phone!Luckily for me I was smart I paid the 15 bucks and left then I called metro customer care and they gave me a credit on my next bill!I will never go back to this location!Ive been a loyal member with metro pcs since 2000 and never once have had any issues with an employee.Should have known since the shop was empty and kinda run down!Next time be smart and go somewhere else.If the shop looks dingy dont enter.I learned if the metro pcs shop looks nice then the people in there are nice and know what they are doing!

Customer service varies by store location. Service plans are economical and Ive never had a problem with my cell phone cutting out or not having coverage in areas where I need it.

Very slow service, as they have one person with no sense of urgency working. Porting over a new number you get a free phone, so all you should pay is 1st month ($50) and activation ($15) somehow they justified making it cost $102

The store was not that great of a visit. The price is good for what we wanted cheaper for 2 lines than straight talk my old service provider. Not only unlimited data etc but also a hot spot that my wife needs for work. It was more the help that wasnt that great and we found issues after the transaction. Online we found our old phones would work with their service and at the store she told us no they would not work so we bought new phones for the decent price of $50 each. Found out later that the phones are a basic type of phone with some features that we were using not available because they are a basic phone Samsung J7. We wanted phone numbers with p2ur old homes area code we were told that it is not available. I was going to.port my old number over and due to issues I could not due it. I called the store about it and was told that I would have to buy the full puchess price for the phone now because I could not port my old number over????!!?!?!. I called the main companys number and not only did they get me a new number at no charge but with my old homes area code. The lady in the store was clueless and that is whay I give this place only 2 stars.

I dont usually post review but Im still so heated by my visit to this store I am going to.Earlier this afternoon I ran up to this store to deal with a couple issues I was having( today being my only day off). When I got to the store the female employee was getting in her car to leave and had stuck a sticky note on the door shed be back in 6 min.Ok, no biggie Ill wait... 15 minutes later she shows back up. I walk inside and START to express the issues Im having.. And she ask for the pin( over me talking) and I state that is part of my issue. She repeats she needs a pin..she repeats her self two more times before saying she cant help me without. Again, still not even able to tell her what is wrong. She seems as if my presence was a complete inconvenience. So I ask her if she wasnt wanting to help me who would. Her response if you dont like what im saying, deal with customer service as I was preparing to walkout the door I let her know I would be taking my business elsewhere...and I did. i drove 15 minutes out of my way to the independence locations and the guys there took care of everything I needed. No problem at all.Terrible customer service!!!
