Charlie and his helper were amazing and very easy to work with. I work out of town and am 2.5 hours away from my house. I came in last minute and he was able to get my phone working in several hour. I appreciate their hard work and would recommend this location to anyone.

Was having problems getting my Galaxy S9 to properly fast charge with the cord. THOUGHT I possibly had a bad charging port so took phone in to have replaced. Upon inspection of my phone, technician discovered lint in charging port. Cleaned out and tested. Phone now properly charging and DID NOT try and convince me to go forward in having charging port replaced. VERY HONEST people. IF I should ever have another issue, I will definitely use them.

My phone was stuck on a reboot loop the representative from the T-Mobile store called ahead and sent me to the repair store. I spoke with Nate who took my payment and told me to come back in 2 hours. When I came back to pick up my phone he advised he needed another 15 -20 minutes. When I returned a female representative who saw me working with Nate earlier went to retrieve my phone while I was next in line. However once I got to the counter a young man advised me that Nate had left out and began taking over. He then accused me of not paying my $20 fee. I gave them my receipt and advised him that I paid in cash he then called Nate and stated “Some chick just walked in to get her phone” and asked if he remembered taking my payment. There were four $20 bills in the register which I could clearly see & quickly count with my own eyes. He then took the register to the back and advised he had to go count down the register at that time Nate did remember talking to me and they simply set my phone on the counter and said “here you go”. No apology. Please speak with your employees on the importance of customer service. Referring to customers as “Some chick” is rude and accusing the only black customer of not paying is racially profiling. I was never given an option of paying later so I’m confused on why there was any miscommunication.

These guys were top notch. Brought in my phone because the moisture in charging port wouldnt clear. They were able to reset the sensor and get me on my way. No charge too! While I was there there was another customer who was not at all tech savvy and the guy at the front desk was very patient with her and helped her undo settings that she had no idea she had put in place. Definitely recommend them!

Fixed my daughters iPad charger free of charge and also were able to fix my husbands phone. I got my phone screen replaced a couple of months ago there and they were excellent that time too. Very knowledgeable and helpful.

I hadn’t been able to properly charge my phone for a while and was short on cash to get it fixed. I called the guys at uBreakiFix expecting to have to get a new charging port. A nice man answered listened to me and politely said he would check it out for me that same day. I took my phone in and a nice young man named Nathan took my phone back to check it out. I had my screen replaced on my I phone 8 it had cracks on screen and a broken lcd. I dropped it off a hr before they closed so they could work on it the next day it was done 2 or 3 hrs after they opened the next day I use my phone a lot for work and its working just fine days later just like brand new.. only issue is when I tried to call the store multiple times from a friends phone I kept getting a busy signal all day like there store phone was not Active

We took my husbands phone here to have his screen repaired and had an awesome experience. The service was prompt and professional, and the repair turnaround was much quicker than forecast. He was told the repair would take 7-10 days and we had the phone back in less than 4 days. We received a text on my phone on the day it was ready to be picked up, and I received a promptly response when inquiring about their business hours for the day. In on AT&T screen repair for iPhone X. Failed to successfully install my display three times. I waited over three hours as well. After the final attempt, they were successful but left my phone with some blemishes and hardware issues. Some functionality is gone such as TrueTone and Volume Rocker actuation. Please go to the other location because these guys didnt really seem to care about the job and just shrugged when he realized he installed it incorrectly the first few times.

I paid well over $200 plus dollars to this place to fix my daughters iPad screen, i have had to take it back 4 times because it was never fixed right, i picked it back up to literally get all the way home and her home button isn’t even on right. I have given them entirely too much of my patience and i will never do business here again .

I took my laptop in with a cracked screen, they ordered the part and replaced it. However the instillation was horrible. They glued the screen, which misaligned my camera, and caused constant ghost touching, preventing me from using the laptop almost entirely. I took it in a second time to have them fix it and the repair lasted a day. Also come to find out they charged me double what most places would.Edit:Obviously high quality repairs are not your priority. The repair was not complicated as you made it out to be. The only reason it was hard was because your staff ruined it, and you couldnt fix it. The laptop cannot be repaired due to the ineptitude of your staff.

The guys working at this store had exceptionally amazing customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure that my concerns were addressed and my issues with Samsung were resolved. I am so appreciative of them and would recommend them to anyone.

Service was friendly and prompt. I dropped my phone off on a Sunday and was told they had the part but couldn’t start on the work until Monday because I have a google phone, which was under warranty, and Google doesn’t work on Sundays. That was fine with me. I got a call Monday saying they made a mistake and didn’t have my phone screen in stock so they would need to order one for me and it would be 3-5 days until the phone was ready for pick up. After a week since dropping the phone off with no communication I checked their website to see the status of my phone repair and it said it was completed. So I called the location and inquired about my phone and that gentleman said they were still waiting on the parts to be delivered. I mentioned to him that the previous person told me 3-5 days and it had been a week. He said he normally quoted people 7-10 days on ordered parts and recommended I call back in a few days to check up on the status. Got my phone back in a week and a half. Overall a decent experience, but maybe try to give people an accurate time frame so they’re not frustrated and then annoyed with whoever has to field that phone call later.

Ive broke my screen twice now and have brought it here both times. They are quick, decently priced, and great customer Service. Hopefully I dont have to but if I ever have another broken screen Ill be bringing it back here again.

I had the battery replaced and when I got the phone there was an issue with the screen. The senior manager Krista took care of replacing the screen and corrected the issue much faster than I expected. The service and customer service was amazing. I will definitely use them again.

Bait and Switch.Be on guard. The reviews no longer seem valid. Ive been a customer of this location before and no longer. On 1/29 I dropped off my computer with a broken power supply. I was quoted $150 for parts and labor and it would take about 7 to 10 days. The price changed three more times after that to $163, $200, to finally $263. The time also changed from 7-10 days to almost a month later. I had to keep checking in. On 02/18 I got a call stating that the power supply came in and I should get a call from the store to come pick up my repaired computer on 2/19. No call. I finally called the store at noon and was told that the person who does repairs on computers is going through something and it would probably be a few more days. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that there was no manager available at the Blue Springs store. I called the ward parkway location and spoke with a helpful employee who called Blue Springs store on my behalf and confirmed that there was a manager on site from a different location. I am terribly disappointed in how unprofessionally this was handled. They had every opportunity to repair this relationship and chose not to. Watch out.

I took my ps5 in here to get the HDMI port replaced. Although it got replaced they broke the USB port in the process. Although they admit its their fault, I have to take another chance and bring my ps5 back there and leave it for several more days. How is this fair to me? They should be coming to me after paying over $160 for this

We recently brought my sons IPhone in to get the screen replaced. We also brought my daughters laptop in because it had been running very slowly. We worked with Tyler and Cristi. Both were very patient and professional. They took time to explain everything they were going to do to fix the laptop. My sons IPhone screen was replaced and ready for pickup in 90 minutes as promised. They did an excellent communicating by text and email on the status of our device repairs. I would definitely bring another device in for repair if needed. I would also recommend uBreakiFix to our friends and family.

Took my phone to TMobile for a data transfer and they were unable to make it happen with the cracked screen. Went to UBreakIFix and Nathan completed the data transfer in about 15mins with no issues at all. Would highly recommend!

I asked for a quote to fix my iphone screen and had already got 1 quote from a different business. UBreakiFix quoted me 249 for a new screen and 179 for a refurbished screen. I was surprised because a different company already quoted me $130 for a brand new screen. I decided to get one more quote from another business just to compare the two. The 3rd company said $125 which was phone unbusters. I went with them and they did an amazing job and were very quick. I would say uBreakiFix is ripping people off with their prices!! Very Disappointing!

Today was my first experience with ubreakifix. I have a Pixel 3a XL that I love. I know its a little dated, but Im not ready to move on yet. Lol. Anyway, I travel for work, and I need my phone. Around 3:30pm I plugged it into my regular cord and it wouldnt charge. I tried every other C type cord we own, and nothing. The guy at T-Mobes suggested ubreakifix down the block. This dude had my phone running and charging perfectly by 4:30. Super pro and friendly. Saved my behind.

My husband’s phone had a charging port issue. His phone is vital for the work he does, so after peering into the port with a flashlight cluelessly, we decided to bring it here. Krista confirmed it was indeed the port, and as we discussed the repair, we found out they would have to order a part in. As we couldn’t leave it with them for that long, she not only suggested a viable alternative to the repair, she also kindly charged it up for us. Great customer service. The people were nice nice ..yet we had to wait 2 weeks for the correct part due to an error on the store ordering the wrong part. Then when we went to fix it and they didnt want to fix it at the end of the day unless we left it there..so next day return to fix it..then it only took 30 to 45 min for repair..not completely bad .bit a bit disappointed.

2 words Above and beyond…You rarely see this anymore when it come to service but not with these 2 young men you could tell right off the bat they wanted to problem solve my issue other lot of places will tell give u a blanket statement like not in our scope they are the definition of they name this place is my new favorite place. I brought a curb ball in to them my UBER and LYFT signs broke. The Lyft sign was poorly manufactured from the start was bought like on Monday and came unattached from the plug where it’s soldered at like Wednesday that same week. I looked on YouTube saw I needed soldering stuff I don’t have. I had already reached out UBREAKIFIX about my nano 7 price quote. I decided to walk in and see what they say about signs. Immediately I saw they had the equipment I saw on YouTube needed saved me from having to buy soldering tools and equipment I’d only use once or twice and at a fraction of the cost. They even told me they can get it done in seconds as they did more secure than when it arrived at my door. Saved me from having to deal with shipping it back for repair or refund. I need my rideshare signs to light up when coming into neighborhoods at night. UBREAKIFIX must these two guys are my heroes and they are fast very attention to detail oriented and the quality phenomenal. I have decided this place is my hidden jewel they didn’t make me feel weird either for bringing something that wasn’t their norm in fixing the two problem solved and got er done. Hooah hooah! I have always been happy with this store, even used them many times in the past as Phone Medic. But recently, Im not as confident in them. My daughter came in to get a new camera lens put on her phone. She also purchased a new case and installed a new screen protector on it as soon as she got home with it repaired. This was only a couple weeks ago. She made a video night before last of her nephew and then went to bed a couple hours later. When she woke up, she noticed the lens was shattered. The phone is secure in case and was not dropped but yet the brand new lens shattered. I told her to contact Ubreakifix about warranty and she was pretty much dismissed as if she wasnt being truthful or perhaps it was because she is very young and easily ignored, most 22 year olds will not stand up for themselves. I have always let my kids take care of their own business so they can learn but pretty sure the result may have been different had I handled it this time.

My experience this weekend with Ubreakifix was horrible. I first arrived to drop off my phone on Sunday, and they said return Monday morning when their pixel tech would be in. I dropped my one and only phone off and returned after the 3 hours they said it would take had expired. Only when I arrived they said they didnt have the part and Asurion wouldnt let them transfer parts between stores. So, I changed my cla to another store 20 miles away and dropped it off. They said return within 2-3 hours. Full of hope, I returned at 2 hours and they said it would probably take the full 3 hours. No big deal, it was was the short end of the time scale. This was at 4pm. I returned an hour later, only to be told that they would need another hour and the tech said this was his first pixel. I was furious. I left the store and continued driving around to pass the time. After such a bad experience the first times I returned, I gave them another hour and a half. Between dropping the phone off at 10am at the original store on the claim, until I got my phone repaired took 8.5 hours full of frustration and horrible experience as a customer of Ubreakifix and Asurion. The people were kind, but the experience was awful. To top it all off a tech from the first store in Belton was the one who handed me finished phone in Blue Springs. I dont know why there is this policy with Asurion that they cant transfer parts between stores, but it adds up to an absolutely awful customer experience.

I was pleasantly surprised to find the cost of the repair had dropped and the part required was in stock. On top of that, the two hour window I was quoted, which I thought was totally reasonable was cut in half and they texted to have me pick up the phone in about an hour. If I need a screen repair again, Ill go there first.

Repair was excellent, reason for 3 stars is that my wife was in store and quoted $268 to fix her Note8, she said no and insurance wouldnt repair....too many claims. So I take phone to get fixed and they tell $268 plus $99 plus tax. Apparently they didnt quote to replace back glass that was obviously shattered. No middle ground or break on labor due to miss information. I would have given a 5 star if they would have worked with me for the wrong price quoted.

I was at my wits end. The devil has taken over my Android phone and installed a program that took away most of the features that I had been using. I came here and in 5 minutes they fixed it back to all my original settings and installed Yahoo weather. No charge! I love these guys.

My Google Pixel camera broke (phone was only a week old), and Google sent me here to have the camera replaced under warranty. It was a longer repair (took most of the day) but they handled it and were very courteous and helpful. Google ended up being difficult to work with regarding the warranty coverage, but the team was diligent to work on it and apologetic for the delay.I also witnessed the staff team working with multiple other customers who came in visibly frustrated with phone issues, and the staff was continually courteous and encouraging to each person to help them feel better as they worked out the situation.Hopefully I wont have more phone issues, lol, but if I do I would come back. Recommended!

DONT EVER GO THERE !!!I first brought my work phone in on a mon after work to have data transfer done and the reason being was my other phone would not turn on I left it there so they could get it turned on and then call me to transfer with my new one they also told me it would take 45 min so I come back on wed before work and its magically gonna be 2hrs to do the same procedure then I come back on sun mind you I live an hr away drop it off at noon when they open leave come back to get it 2hrs later and they said the phone died in the middle and they couldnt do it are you kidding! Then tells me Ill just need to come back again and doesnt even offer to comp me! Will never go back again after they finally do there job!

I had had my charger port cleaned a few times and finally someone told me it was broken so I came in to get it replaced and Nathan cleaned it out and now it works saved me a bunch of money
