Have been a Sprint customer for over 10 years, so was a little cautious about the T Mobile merger, got a new phone and went to T-Mobile for assistance in programming it. Spoke to Jorge M. at the store location and he jumped right into programming it, was great at what he did and also explained along the way on other things that could be done with my new phone. Just a short time later he had everything up and running and gave me a short school on new things on my new phone. Really pleased overall so I called the store a couple days later and spoke to a manager Clem and told him of my experience with Jorge. Very good service and really pleased with everything so far.
Friendly workers. Ample amount of workers to service their customers. Got all the information I think I needed. The rest remains to be seen if I switch or not. Was looking for a service that would provide Kansas City royals and Kansas City Chiefs games for me included in their pricing.

This store has gone way downhill. Save yourself a headache and just call customer service. They’re way more helpful, and good at fixing what the store “can’t”. They push products down your throat way worse than in the past (specifically the manager). But worse than that they send you out the door with a half functioning new iPhone because it’s 8p and they want to go home. We called customer service after we left and she immediately knew the new sim just needed to be added correctly and it took her 5 mins to fix... but we were in the store for an hour with no solution and the rep just said “it should would itself out” (it wouldn’t have btw) Also not feeling confident about what my new bill will look like either. They are good at not showing you wants going on behind the scenes now. I was also promised a $40 credit if I signed up for a 3rd line which of course wasn’t applied, thankfully customer service took care of that too. Oh and they make zero attempt to answer the phone. I couldn’t get through then watched all 6 reps ignore the phone entirely the whole time. This store is a joke. Don’t bother.
The staff seems very nice but please make sure that you do any business with an EXPERIENCED T-MOBILE REPRESENTATIVE!!! A couple months ago I went in to the Blue Springs T-Mobile store to find out how to replace our broken tablet. The nice young lady who assisted me informed me that if we switched plans, we could save $20 AND get a free tablet.... Crazy not to switch, right? Wrong!!! The bill came and it wasnt $20 less, it was $40 more!!! The first time I called t-mobile customer service, I was told that the upcharge was for one-time prorated charge, but was again promised that going forward, the bill would be $20 lower than it was previously. The next month the bill came and it was still $40 more, so I called t-mobile customer service again, and was told that part of the upcharge was due to the fact that switching plans took off our free line promotion, which the store rep clearly overlooked, but by that time the promotion had ended so I couldnt switch back to our original plan. We ended up taking a few perks off of our plan to make it somewhat cheaper per month, but our bill is still nowhere near the promised cost given to us by the Blue Springs T-Mobile store rep who originally assisted us. Buyers beware!!! Make sure to do any business with an experienced representative!!! Update: responded to owner on 3/26/21; absolutely no response as of 4/8/21.

Horrible should have stayed with AT&T. Was with AT&T for years so sorry I changed to T-Mobile sorry for anyone so desperate to be with this bunch. No voicemail for 2 months phone experts tried hard but unable to help. They were all very nice. Went into Blue Springs store and the lady was no help and snarky. Could have cared less about helping me. My phone is an Apple 11pro and Apple says my phone is fine. Apple tried to leave voicemail and unable to. For some reason T-Mobile can leave voicemail. The snarky woman think her name is Whitney not sure. Told me people calling me were the problem and would have to bring their phones in. How do you bring a land phone in or doctors phone? She could care less about customers. She cheated me when I bought the phone 8 months ago by telling me I was eligible for a promotion free tablet and I believe intentionally did not inform me had to pay $10 a month for 24 months. AT&T would have fixed my issue never cheat me or treat me so awful. Intend to go back to them as soon as I can. Hope the company goes bankrupt.
I just love the tmobile store in blue springs mo on 7hwy. They try their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible.
Being a Sprint customer I kept getting messages to come in and change the SIM card on my phone to upgrade to the T Mobile network. I was told that nothing would change on my phone but most things did change. I lost all my photos, have to log into every app I use like its a new phone, the layout is different and overall I am very disappointed. Somehow my battery all of a sudden doesnt work as long either, so whether this is a store thing or a SIM card thing I dont really know, but I am not a happy customer. The store employees repeatedly told me a SIM card doesnt do what I am saying but it did- and they can see that.
Lacking customer service skills and still didnt help with my problem after over an hr of being there. Actually didnt seem to care about fixing the issue, am looking into other providers just because of this incident. Been with t-mobile to long to be treated like this.
They follow all covid rules. Employees are always helpful and polite. Never had a bad experience. I will be replacing my current phone soon. I will purchase it there.
Isaiah and Alissa were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took extra time to find the right plan, rebates, and options for the transfer. They also went above and beyond to ensure the rebate process was completed so I didn’t have to complete it later. They provided outstanding customer service and truly go above and beyond to assist customers. Glad I made the switch thanks to them.

Went in to switch from my old iphone 8 to the iphone 12. Asked for nothing to be transferred (everything was transferred) I then wasn’t receiving any messages through imessage. Called and tried to figure out the issue multiple times left with no answer and to make it even better I bought the 128gb storage and now 1 week with less then 100 photos on my phone my phone is saying I need to buy more storage that I have already paid for. I called the blue springs location (where i got my phone) and spoke with the worst customer service representative ever lol I’m 18yrs old and work in customer service and have NEVER huffed and puffed and told a customer to go through a different company to get the issue figured out, especially whenever the customer is being polite and even apologizing for asking for HELP. I’m extremely well rounded and understand when people are having a bad day but that was simply horrible service.
18 year Tmobile customer. Went to look into buying a new cell phone. A young lady working there, who offered assistance, couldnt have cared less of our loyalty or possible sale. She spoke so fast, gave no insight into which phone was better or what their individual features were. She turned away to another employee, so we left. Very disappointing.
Great knowledgeable service. Gave us what we wanted while finding the best deals. Didnt add things we didnt ask for and was super fast.
This store is exceptionally poorly managed. The employees fiddle around when theres a long line. I stood and waited quietly for over 40 minutes and when it was my turn, the employee just fiddled with his tablet doing personal stuff and didnt help me. This was my first visit to this store and Im appalled. I doubt that I will ever be back.

OK...where to begin! Not exactly the top notch customer service Ive expected from T-mobile in the past. Also...my experience with Assurant (their insurance company) was one of the worst customer service experiences ive EVER experienced. Borderline criminal behavior on the act of Assurant I actually had to record my experience via video and threaten to turn it over to a lawyer to get any reliable results...and Im still waiting (in total over a week now for my phone). It enough that as son as I get my phone im going to switch carriers. YES IT WAS THAT BAD!!

I bought a phone here the revvl 5g. I had it for a very short time. One morning I had my phone plugged in ( I never leave it plugged in for more than 2 hours). I started to smell a burning smell and I look over at my phone and it was smoking! I quickly unplugged it and my phone was fried, charger glowing orange! I tried talking to T-Mobile and they were no help at all and didnt want to help me resolve the issue. I think Im going to get a lawyer now, worst company ever and I have been with them for over a decade..
Izaiah is the best! If you need anything from tmobile talk to him. He is polite, extremely knowledgeable and will help guide you through the phone buying/upgrading process. I have been with tmobile for 10 years and he gave the best service yet! Highly recommend

We went in to add a new phone to our plan today. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door and got help right away. The employee was very knowledgeable and very helpful in suggestions and setting up our new phone. The only negative thing was that I was unable to pick the area code I wanted. They had several area codes to choose from, but not the one I needed. He said I can call to change it, so no issue there. We love Tmobile. Keep up the good work. Fyi the new galaxy is overpriced. Lol. Carry on.

I used to drive out of my way to go to this store specifically. I will not be doing that again. Went in on 7 Mar 20 @ approx 1100am with a phone with a broken screen...was told not much could be done on a Saturday. Years before had gone in with similar predicament and received excellent help. Paid my insurance deductible from store, walked out with a new upgraded phone. Got the feeling the guy didnt even want to mess with my problem, kind of validated when i went to a different location and did receive the proper help i needed
Shady sales tactics. Up charge you for things you said you didn’t want. Watch your receipt carefully and ask questions about everything you’re getting. They will screw you over at this store. Independence is better.

Your company has a major issue with communication between the tech department and stores.I got a new phone 45 days ago and it would not turn onI spoke by phone with your tech dept and they could not help get it workingThey said they would send a warranty replacement and I opted to pay $20.00 to have it shipped Second day deliveryWhen I got to the store the first thing the employ said was he could not accept the old phone because it would not turn on.Which is why I was returning it.The store manager also said he could not accept the phone.I had to call call customer service on my phone and put them on the line with the store manager so they could tell him where to find the notices on my account that approved the warranty.They then charged me $20.00 for the shipping and $20.00 for the exchange.I was told the only charge would be the $20.00 shipping by your tech department.Your tech dept failed to tell me about the warranty charge and did not put the notifications on my account where the store could access themSo I had a new phone for 45 days and ended up in your store for an hour doing their job and ended up with a refurbished phoneRatingPhone tech service: poorStore: employees rude, not helpful at all, would not even offer to check with tech services to confirm what I was telling them.I have had 4 phones for 5 years and this is not the first time I have had issues with tech service and the store not knowing what each other is doing.I think its time to start looking for another service provider.I would rather have put no stars but that did not seem to be an option.

Staff were for very helpful. The manager was there when I went with my husband to get my phone and he was awesome really took care of us even though there was someone else helping us at first. The second time I went because I was having trouble with my phones volume. Apparently Im just deaf or this phone doesnt work that well... the team tested out my phone and worked with me. They were very patient and understanding we joked around a lot even though I went in slightly annoyed I left satisfied. The only reason I didnt give four stars is because both times I was there there was someone else coming in with huge complaints and they were raging upset. I feel like they could have handled their other customer both times way better. I understand its a hard thing to do but it just was very apparent the person taking care of them didnt want to deal with them.
Tmobile in Blue Springs, MO was fantastic. I had Whitley helping me and she went well above and beyond getting me taken care of. Anything we need to get done we will be going back to this tmobile location thanks to Whitley.
Unhelpful, unknowledgeable. The employees had little knowledge about plans and the prices didn’t match what was on the T-Mobile website. The lady helping me wrote the prices for plans out on a sheet of paper because they didn’t have any sales literature on their plans, and she couldn’t explain the differences in pricing structures. She said they didn’t have these prices written down when I asked if these terms and prices were established in a contract somewhere. I wasn’t going to sign up without a clear understanding of what I’d be billed each month.I asked her if there was another provider nearby that I could shop around for plans and she said “no, sorry,” in the way that makes you think someone could - but won’t - help you. I just moved from overseas and had no working SIM card, so I couldn’t look up any other nearby providers; regardless, I walked out and found a Cricket store across the street that gave me the plan I was looking for, for nearly a third of the price T-Mobile quoted me.
My experience today inside the store was great. Very informative and explained everything well. 100% positive I will return with questions and purchases.
The store was under staffed. Employees were not trained well enough to be handling customer requests yet. Manager seemed annoyed by my presence. She tossed my phone onto the counter. My phone is brand new out of the box and as I was walking out of the store I noticed several deep scatches in the screen of my brand new iPhone 8 plus. I tried to talk to the manager but she acted like I dont know what Im talking about and told me she has other customers she needs to talk to. She showed no interest and told me shell call me tomorrow. Ill update this review when I hear from T-Mobile again. (If I hear from them)
I think the clerk was new as she didnt seem to be very knowledgeable.
Employees are friendly and helpful. Parking lot is really small and on the back (west) side of the building. Larger vehicles will have difficulty maneuvering or not able to at all.
Always helpful and the best plans and service. Ive tried the other big brands AT&T, Verizon, & Sprint. While none are perfect, this had been the best experience to me by far.

They are thoroughly helping each customer and are so good they almost up-sold me into oblivion and I wouldve been happy about it until the bill came along later 😂•The wait is usually 15 to 25 mins.•They will take your name and need and write it on a list so you wont have to stand in line.•This is one of the poshier T-Mobile stands. Dont let the neighboring area fool you.
The BEST experience Ive had yet with a mobile phone company. They listened to what we needed and found phones and plan that worked with our needs and budget.
Came in here to get some Chargers and headphones. The guy looked at my account and said for 10 more bucks I can have Unlimited. Thought I already had that. About a week later somebody gave me a call and was telling me they were taking it back off. Didnt get charged for the mistake.
Dakota is very exceptional professional young man, as I exited my car he opened the door for me to enter and got a chair for me I am disabled. He was very patient with me. Bravo to him.
