The young lady that helped me yesterday was very helpful and took care of everything setting up my phone and putting the protector over the screen. She was very knowledgeable and polite the type of employee I would like to have work for me. She had a very good attitude and did her job in upsold me the accessories which I needed.

FOR SURE THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AT A CELL SERVICE STORE. Draco, was SUPER helpful and help us resolve our issue quick. GREAT Employee!!! We came in with a bunch of issues and left being able to sleep in peace tonight thanks to his awesome help. Please give him a raise or something. I will DEFINETLY be returning to this location, which left me astonished and by far has the best service ever! I wish I could rate it 10 stars!!!

I have been a customer at this particular store for a long time. Since Covid I had not stopped by until today and found out I still have a phone that is rather outdated by now. Even so, Draco was able to find the things I needed for it and provided extra help and tips on my questions and needs. Super polite and professional throughout my visit too!

Crickets cricket its my phone service but it works havent had too many issues or problems with them some people in it while down here theyre friendly so far but up north where Im from in Oregon they can be a little rude sometimes but mostly generally nice

This is usually where I buy my new phones. Almost everytime I go into this location the sales associate has some kind of snooty attitude. I dread having to go into this store once or twice a year because thats about how long their phones last. And they rarely offer the protective case for the matching phone. And everytime I buy a new phone I am charged an activation fee. Phhht.

I have been with cricket several years and have always had to drive to Nolan Rd to be taken care of. They never answer the phone and when they do they are rude.. been in store several times for different reasons and still just as rude as they are on the phone. I truly don’t know how they have kept this location open.

Unless you know what iPhone you want to not go to the store they do not have demos that you can actually look at

I was disappointed with this company the story I got and the prices I got in the store did not line up with what I had seen in advertisements. Sales people were helpful and knowledgeable but I felt like I was suckered into a bait and switch attempt. Maybe I wasnt but theres so many cell phone alternatives just how you feel about a cell service provider becomes important.

I bought my cell telephone service from Cricket for more than 10 years. I went into this store looking for an unlimited hotspot data plan I could use on my computer & iPad. They didnt sell such a plan, at any price. For regular cell telephone service, Cricket is the best!

Cricket Wireless has options to purchase phones ranging from $19 to maybe even up to $600 or more they dont have quite a good selection as Sprint or Verizon but their phones are actually pretty pretty good and besides you wont have to pay as much their staff is okay and they do try to help you get what you need

Absolutely ghetto. Two of the trashiest people Ive ever seen working there. An example of a conversation heard today, while they were directly outside the door smoking like a chimney: (in stereotypical white-boys-wanting-to-be-gangster voice) - yo my momma got her tax dollas back and donated $100 to KU what what!. Seriously. There are other cricket stores with professional sales people that can help you.

I called this business twice around an hour apart when they were schested as open and no one even answered the telephone. Based on the other negative reviews Im probably lucky that they didnt and I sought service elsewhere.
