Pretty pleased. Theyre fairly quick with getting your prescriptions ready and theyre great when it comes to filling prescriptions that may differ a bit- example being having 2 of the same prescriptions but wanting the 90 day (even though that prescription wasnt next to be filled) instead of the 30 day. They also made sure I didnt fill a script too early so that insurance would pay for it instead of me. The pharmacists and assistants are kind and try to take the time to answer questions despite how busy they are

I recently went to this location to pick up a prescription. I was then asked was I on Medicaid. First off it made me very upset! I’m an Black African American woman and they automatically assumed I was on Medicaid. I have some of the best health insurance and has never had an issue at any other Walmart location. I will NEVER return

Worst Walmart pharmacy experiences I’ve had. Excuse me worst pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. The staff is so rude and they tell you an hour and almost two hours later have the medicine ready. Or they tell you they have the item and it will be about an hour and you arrive only to be told they don’t have jt and they tried to call you and you have no missed calls and the number is updated! We had to wait over 45 mins for them to find another store who had this medicine and drive 35 mins further.

I love how these pharmists think that there your doctor you guys are not doctors.... and if my doctor is aware of certain meds im on you shouldnt have the authority to not fill a prescription. EACH PATIENT IS DIFFERENT AND BE A LITTLE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND TALK TO ME AND CALL MY DOCTOR HE WAS VERY AWARE OF MY SITUATION I WILL NEVER USE WALLMART PHARMACY AGAIN OR SHOP THERE AGAIN VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMISIST DO SOME RESEARCH AND CALL MY PRIMARY CARE DOCTOR YOU GUYS ARE NOT DOCTORS YOU FILL MEDS YOU DONT TREAT PATIENT THESE PHARMACYS HAVE GOTTEN OUT OF HAND DO THE PROPER RESEARCH NEXT TIME...

I was very disappointed in the level of service I recently received by a staff member (Andrea). I was in line along with 3 other customers when a gentleman walking by jumps at the front of the line. I didn’t address the customer because I was certain Andrea would by telling him there was a line of people waiting. Unfortunately she did not. She began to scan his items. At that point, I say “excuse me ma’am I’ve been waiting in line”. Andrea does not acknowledge me at all. After two more times of me saying, now as I reflect on the situation, raising my voice, “excuse me ma’am!” So much so that Skye comes from the back to assist and asks what can she do to assist. At no point during this exchange does Andrea EVER acknowledge me as a customer that had been patiently waiting. I felt ignored and overlooked. Andrea treated me as if I didn’t matter as a customer. To isolate race and gender in this situation. A white female cashier allowed a white male customer to interject the line in front of a black female that had been waiting. I wonder how many people observing this exchange viewed me as the angry black female? I am glad Skye tried to rectify the situation but I personally feel Andrea dropped the ball. I felt she should have directed the gentleman to the end of the line and helped the next customer. It’s like she didn’t have a clue in terms of customer service or race relations. She ignored me so much so that I asked Skye if she had a hearing impairment. Disappointed to say the least. “I’ll help whoever is next” would have been the appropriate response.
