Honestly I was super disappointed with my experience here. I was expecting to walk in to knowledgeable staff that were helpful and took the time to explain things and that definitely wasn’t the case. There’s literally like nothing stocked on the shelves to be able to look at the different details on products there’s not a staff member on the floor to help with questions, not there’s really anything on the floor to look at anyways. Not sure what’s going on but was definitely shocked, I had better experience and variety at Lowe’s and Home Depot with the paint department.

I actually enjoy walking into my Sherwin Williams store in my community. The guys in the store are terrific and I know my experience will be good, because their customer service is always excellent. I walk away with a premium product from my neighborhood store. Oh - and the 30% off sales help to compete with big box stores.

This was my first time at the Sherwin-Williams store I was very pleased with the associates help and the store itself. I highly recommend them. I ordered & purchased two samples and will soon purchase the paint to paint the rooms.

Regular paint store. Employees are kind of aloof but not rude.They move around like they are in no hurry even with 4 groups of people waiting. Sample sizes are enough to paint one room probably so dont over buy.

They have great paint. Not cheap on supplies. Can match my paint colors and they store W by at I havd bought so I can get it again

Good service, great colors for designing. Wasn’t very impressed with the performance vs the cost of the recommended product for our project. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, the product just didn’t perform as we would have liked.

Complete lack of service. (Ordered paint on Sunday, suppose to be in Wed and they would call, by Sat went in and they couldnt find my order.) Prices are way higher then anywhere else, (with 40% off and $10 coupon it was comparable,) and product does not last, (deck stained 2 years ago and having to restain already.) Bought new IR Reflective product for deck but its still just as hot as normal deck stain.Customer service rep - As you can clearly see from a lot of reviews this IS very typical for this store. Id be glad to email if you could provide an ACTUAL email address.

Sherwin Williams is the only place I go to buy paint!. Customer service is usually top notch. Quality is 1 of the best. Highly recommend.

They are always helpful and full of good information.

No customer service. Although 3 employees in the store only the cashier ended up helping me color match after being there 15 min walking around trying to do it myself. I felt like I should of left. But o thought I came to THE RIGHT PLACE...

They were helpful in what products worked best for the particular job at hand. I am remodeling kitchen cabinets and the job is much more difficult than anticipated. The associate was very helpful with brushes, paint type etc.

Didnt have brushes for cleaning the tips of paint sprayers

Went in with color name, number, and mix formula to grab a quart to touch up my walls as well as a different color quart for a different project. After taking my bame and a bunch of questions i didnt need answered about my other project, I was told they wouldnt sell it in a quart.Not sure why a paint store couldnt mix a quart of a paint with the formula, name, and number of the exact paint used.Not sure why he didnt tell me that up front instead of wasting my time.Sure I wont go back.

There were about 6 people in line on a Sunday, April 29. The gentleman behind the desk remained calm and never appeared flustered. He was friendly to everyone as was all the customers in the store.
