I was totally confused when I entered the store. I knew what I needed, but I needed a particular toilet seat. I found a young gentleman to help me. The one I needed HAD to have metal screws...NOT plastic. They were all packaged to where you couldnt tell which was which. With his help, I was able to find the perfect one!!! I wish I wouldve gotten his name to give him special recognition here!!! I couldnt have found it without him...THANK YOU!!! 😊

I had gone to Home Depot because they support Veterans. I tried to find what I needed on my own but needed help. I had to personally find someone to help me. This person could only help me because this person had limited knowledge of what I was looking for. I was asked to stay there and they would find someone who finish helping me. They NEVER came. I left and went to ACE Hardware and they sought ME out. Helped me find what I was looking for and were friendly and smiling. What a difference! I absolutely love ACE Hardware!

Been shopping at Ace Hardware for 50 years. The staff are well trained on the products that they have. Not the cheapest in town but convenient place to shop. Coupon deals can save you a lot of money.

I like smaller home stores. Less commercial and usually better help. Plus they sometimes have items that are harder to find.

I called about a specific item and gave specific dimensions for that item. They assured me they had it. I confirmed that I was calling the Blue Springs North Store and verified their hours. I drove to the store, and they did not have that item.

I was in the blue springs Missouri store today and overheard one of the cashiers talking about the election. I did not have the same view as him which did not really bother me but I didnt not like the fact that he was talking about the results of the election when they had not actually been confirmed. he was loud although he said he was trying to be discreet when talking to a customer but I was only three feet away and I heard everything he said his views were not my views I think you should instruct your employees to not be political when speaking when working.

They always have what I need. Theres always a lot of customer support. They hire older adults so theres always been an answer to, How do I....? I can buy in small quantities. They know their mission and their objective and they live it. Im very glad they are here, theyve saved me from small and large disasters!

Im not a normal ACE hardware guy, but since Ive moved in the area I go here for some really quick needs and buys. I dont like how everything is crammed together and is almost impossible to locate, but they do seem to have just about everything you need as other bigger stores do. Staff is always nice and helpful. The floral lady was super sweet and helpful.

So, I dont go to my local Ace Hardware for the prices. They are not the cheapest. If I was looking for a bird feeder, they definitely have every type available. But I go to this Ace Hardware for the service. The cashiers are always friendly. But the 5 star service goes to the older gentlemen who go out of their way to figure out what I need (half the time, I dont even know) and find it for me. I cant get that at other local big box hardware stores. I cant even get people to help me by cutting a piece of wood. But the personal service at Ace is worth the extra money to me.

These guys always do a really good job of taking care of their customers. Stop by at least once a week for some small project and they always talk me through what I need to do to get it fixed. very different than Home Depot or Lowes where the employees seem like theyre going out of their way to look busy so they dont have to answer any questions.

Helpful and friendly staff! Always seem to have good sales on the stuff that you actually want or need! Best part for me is the location, right off I-70, with plenty of easily accessible parking.

Love their fall mum selection, and at amazingly low prices for large healthy plants. I pop in year round for household repair, keys, paint and outdoor items. It is refreshing to have such friendly customer service!

Having worked in plumbing at a nearby big box store, I know Westlake usually has parts, merchandise, etc. outside the norm. I used to send customers there often to buy parts we didnt carry.Staff is generally very knowledgeable and helpful - so many varied departments - if you dont see it, keep looking or ask an employee.Their prices are a wee bit on the high side, but a loyalty program helps. Besides, if you really need something and they have it, price can become a secondary issue.

We go there to get bird food. For some reason our birds love it, and wont eat anything Walmart carries. They have always had ice melt in the winter, while every other place is sold out. We have also found things that weve never seen in other stores.

I love the Westlake Ace stores, especially this one. They are small enough to allow for a quick visit, but have anything you could need. This one is always well stocked.
