Went to Mattress Firm yesterday, Mar. 20, 2021 to check into a memory firm mattress. We ended up buying one, but have to say, the salesman was very willing to work with us and also was very professional! The salesman that we dealt with wasnt a pushy salesman either. Just a great place to shop for a mattress!

My fiance and I were shopping for a new mattress, and after 10+ stores found the perfect one in our budget here. Ryan our salesman was fantastic to work with, was not pushy, and answered all of our questions. If you are looking for a new mattress I highly recommend stopping here first and saving a day of shopping around.

The service was wonderful. The salesman was very knowledgeable of the different mattresses. He was also very patient. Im happy with the sale I got. My only issue is that they didnt have very many of the sale items feature on the website available to try in the store.

The most knowledgeable salesman I have spoken too. He was patient and empathetic to what I wanted to price and product and we found a solution. They have the best policies for trying and buying, trading and returning. None are free but all very fare. Had the confidence I spent my money well and I was unhappy I wouldnt regret trying. Customer service is through chat. Takes twice as long to accomplish your end goal...TERRIBLE!! Advise not to purchase from them unless the store guarantees the will deal with issues and warranty!!!

Staff was very helpful to us... With help we were able to find a product that will meet our neds.

We had already picked out what we wanted online but went into the store to check things out before making our final decision. No stars. Terrible experience. Bought a bed frame, had to pay for it at boardman store and then go to Niles store to pick it up. When we brought it home there were pieces missing. Called niles store they said we would be able to buy the missing parts. I will never recommend or buy anything from this store. I feel like we were being scammed.

It appeared the sales associate was working alone and taking care of another couple. He welcomed us into the store as if it was his home. We could clearly see he was busy but he gave us his undivided attention and made our mattress purchase easy and answered all our questions.

The show room, clean. The associate knowledgeable. In and out 30 minutes. AND THE DELIVERY WAS OUTSTANDING .These guys came in,put frames together, unpacked mattresses and foundations, helped me put my covers on, carried out old sets, cleaned up. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Oh and they sell the BEST pillows!!!

Moved from out of state recently and have been on an air mattress for a while. Decided it was time to finally get a bed again and so I started to shop around. Looked at Walmart, a furniture outlet nearby, nectar, purple and a few others but finally decided to stop in to mattress firm and see what I can do. I met with Mike who was very professional and pleasant to work with. Definitely not a pushy sales guy just trying to make a quick dollar. He showed me a lot of great options and I was hesitant on price at first but I decided to just run the credit check and get down to real business as far as what im approved for. Once I was approved we talked about some more mattresses and I fell in love with one of the brands I already researched which they carry in store, Purple. By far one of the most comfortable beds I have ever been on.I was surprised to see that the pricing they have is the exact same as online through Purples website which was nice. I explained my home setup and where my bed would be Mike showed me the different bases and what they can do and I decided to add a basic adjustable platform base as being able to sit up on my bed is a huge plus for me for watching movies on my projector. I think one of the best perks is that they offer 0% interest financing and no penalties for paying off early.All in all excellent service and im definitely a satisfied customer and I have not even got my bed yet. But im definitely excited for it.If anyone is looking for a bed I recommend you go and talk to Mike Bigg, he will get you the right bed for you and youll definitely be satisfied.Thanks again!

I purchased a bed around Veteran’s Day 2017 from Steve. I was happy to purchase from him and Mattress Firm as this is our second purchase. We purchased another bed a year prior. My boyfriend and I just moved to Frederick, MD and we needed a bed. We lived near the Boardman area so we went to Mattress Firm to check prices. We met with GW who helped us find the PERFECT bed for us. We also got it delivered for free the night that we moved in. The move-in crew did everything themselves and were very kind and helpful. Great customer service. I purchased my bed on veterans day and got a 25% discount for being a veteran. The sales attendant was very attentive and answered all my questions while keeping his patience, also while providing a calm and inviting demeanor. I highly recommend Mattress Firm for bed purchases. they also have a credit line if anyone who wishes to finance.

Spent about $800 and bought the Greenwood Firm in November of 2017, and spin the mattress every 2 months because of sagging. The top is bunching which I have never seen in ANY mattress I have ever owned. I ripped a set of fitted sheets because of the sagging.I admit, I am a large person but I was assured and confident that the salesman said the Firm mattress would be perfect for me. I filed a warranty claim. I was denied because there are stains in the mattress. I sweat because I sink down in the mattress.It is a way for Mattress Firm to get out of a warranty when clearly the issue is STRUCTURE related and not STAIN related. Will not buy from again.Read the warranty before buying any mattress.

Everybody was kind and very knowledgeable. They helped us pick out a new mattress very easily. The delivery guys were very nice and they installed the mattress very quickly. We absolutely love our new mattress!

Wonderful experience. We took our time and the salesman there are so patient and honest! We picked a bed my husband liked more than me. We took it home I have it 2 months and hated it. They have a guarantee that you can change your mind on a bed once and trade it for another one. So we went back and had the same great experience picking out another bed. Fast delivery as well.

In the market for a new bed, my wife and I tried out the new Mattress Firm in Boardman. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted at the door by a man named G.W. (Who we could not recommend more. He works in both the Niles, OH and the Boardman, OH Store. Make sure you ask for him). My wife and I are not the kind of people who make impulse purchases. Over the next few weeks we stopped in about a dozen more times to retry the beds we were most interested. Even though we knew we had 120 Days to exchange if it wasnt the bed for us, we still dragged our feet. A normal salesmen could have easily interpreted our actions as people who are not serious buyers, but G.W. Never did. Every time we entered the store he smiled and greeted us and our Daughter by name. I cannot recommend Mattress Firm in Boardman, Ohio/Niles, OH and G.W. More. If you need a mattress; you need to make them your one stop shop.

I purchased a mattress on Saturday delivery and set-up was supposed to be on Monday it is now Tuesday and I have no mattress. Their truck broke down yesterday and nobody seems to know how to find another truck to get deliveries done. I have called and talk to everybody between Pittsburgh and Youngstown and nobody seems to know when my mattress will be delivered.
