I went in with my boyfriend a little over 6 weeks ago. The customer service was great and the employee working was very knowledgeable. He told us that it would be a 2-4 week wait for the mattress to arrive for pick-up. Then my boyfriend got a call a few weeks in that it would be 4-6 weeks. Last Friday (week 6 of waiting) he tried to call to get an update and the person working said they would call him back but they never did. We were very excited to buy from this store based on previous reviews, but the lack of communication and professionalism since buying the mattress has been disappointing to say the least.

My wife and I visited the store on Saturday, January 30, 2021. Our salesperson Mark greeted us as we entered the store. We didnt come to the mall to purchase a mattress, but we did need a new one. Mark was attentive. He gave us all the information that we asked for and gave us information that we did not, but was much needed.I had researched a few competitors since we were in the market. He introduced us to some products that we did not know existed and explained them thoroughly. We had other shopping to do, so we told him we would return so we could think about all the information he had given us.We returned and made the purchase of an adjustable King sized bed. Thanks to Mark and his help, my wife and I were able to make an informed decision. We look forward to delivery. I would recommend this store to anyone that knows me. Mark is a great sales person.

My original estimated arrival time for my mattress was 2- 4 weeks. I finally gave up after 10 weeks of waiting for the mattress I paid for to come in. Im sympathetic to supply chain issues but there seemed to be exactly zero communication between the store and the manufacturer. If you want a mattress within the next 3 months, just go online and buy directly from the manufacturer. At least now I have an order tracking number (which estimates to be delivered to my house for free in 7-10 business days) instead of having to call for 5 weeks straight and getting Maybe next week but we dont know anything for sure. Otherwise, all this company did for me was waste 10 weeks of my time and sleep quality.UPDATE EDIT: I ordered the exact same mattress through DreamClouds website and the mattress is slated to be at my home 3 days after ordering it even with standard free 7-10 day shipping. Not sure what these people were doing for 10 weeks but it clearly wasnt ordering a mattress. Too bad you have to give a company at least one star in a review.

I had an excellent experience with Blackberry in a time when it is really hard to find household items. Patrick at the Boone store helped me at first on the phone and when I got to the store he had a list of mattresses that fit my purpose, budget, and timeframe. I tried them all and finalized the deal in no time. The delivery went super smooth as well. They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up afterwards. What more can you ask for! Excellent low-key service. The queen-size adjustable bed I purchased is just perfect for my condo up on Beech Mountain and it will help me recover from a surgery scheduled for later this week as I can elevate both either the head or the foot of the bed. The delivery people were on time yesterday and they were very kind and helpful and got the job done very quickly in terms of assembling the bed.

I wish I could give them 6 stars. We had a Goldilocks moment. I bought a Tempuredic Pro-adapt mattress last month and found that it was just too firm for us. We contacted Blackberry Mattress in Boone and without hesitation they offered to switch it out at no cost for the same mattress in medium. The new mattress arrived in less than a week and it is perfect. It pays to shop locally!

Blackberry Creek Mattress, Boone had a surprising inventory as well as high quality for the price. We ended up purchasing not only the day bed and mattresses we needed but also a king size mattress. We are very pleased with the quality but what really impressed us was the service when items were delivered. The setup was pleasantly done for every item but one part had not been packed. Instead of rescheduling they drove 30 miles to the store and came back in one hour to finish the set up. When was the last time anyone saw service like that.

I have purchased 7 mattress sets from this store in the last 3 months. The manager, Ashley, has helped me each time. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. I have been a bit high maintenance as I work through furnishing a new house, but she has never hesitated to take care of me. Also, the guys that deliver are very friendly and determined to place the mattresses, even king sizes that have to wind up a narrow staircase. I would recommend Blackberry Creek Mattress and their team to anyone needing mattresses.

My experience of purchasing a mattress from Blackberry Creek Mattress was very Good. I appreciate being able to lie down on any of their floor samples to see which one suited me best. We are so very please with our experience at Blackberry Creek Mattress. We visited the store on a couple of different occasions and delt with two different sales representatives, Patrick and Ashley. They were both very knowledgeable of the products, answered every question we could come up with, and let us take all the time we needed making our decision. This was a huge drawback for us because we had our own budget in mind anyway. And we felt we were being seen more as a profit instead of a customer. The guys called ahead of time to verify the address and time was good. They were quick, polite, and respectful. The staff at Blackberry Creek Mattress Store are phenomenal! I had an unusual situation occur with another mattress company. We had purchased the mattress and box springs a month in advance in our hometown from a chain firm and arranged our delivery date well in advance at our vacation home. My husband and I confirmed the delivery 24 hours prior to the designated delivery time and then drove several hours to arrange to be at the house for delivery. That company failed to bring the mattress! They said they could get it to us the next day, but we could not stay overnight and we also had guests coming in to the home the next day for vacation at this rental property. I called Blackberry and they said they could help me. I went immediately to their store, selected a mattress, and they had it in our home less than 90 minutes later!!!!! Talk about customer service!!!!!

We bought from here in 2014 for a seasonal home.The bedding was not inexpensive but we wanted to support a local business rather than a chain.Bad decision!!!All three beds sag terribly and all box springs are squeaky. I am sorry to report this but in my heart I feel I cant recommend them.We even purchased the very pricey mattress protectors so the warranty would stay valid.Save your time and distress.
