We wnet into Blackberry in Boone to look for a new mattress for our Sugar Mountain rental. Our current mattress was too hard for me and caused pressure points. I took their little quiz to determine what type of mattress I should purchase.We were professionally and pleasantly greeted by Rebecca and we explained what we were looking for. She took us to the Nectar Classic, and then a few other mattresses so we could compare.We chose the Nectar and were told the mattress was already on order but not reserved for anyone. Delivery ETA was end of September. Since we were leaving Sugar at the end of September we asked what would happen if it arrive after that date. Rebecca assured us that we could get a refund if we could not arrange to let their delivery people into our unit.Well, I received the very best surprise on August 17, that mattress was in and could be delivered on Friday or the following week.I was anxious to get off the hard mattress and agreed to recieve delivery betwwen 2 and 4. At about 11:30 a very pleasant delivery man phoned to say they were running early and would it be convenient to deliver earlier? If not, that was okay. Well of course we were fine with it.Two men (I am sorry I didnt get their names) hauled away the 2 piece boxspring and our old mattress very very carefully. Then set up our new bed. They told us it would not be completely inflated for 24 or so hours. Even th first night it was so comfortable, and by the second night it was fabulous.We received a bonus of mattress pad, sheets, pillows, all microcrobialr, which basically does not harbor germs.My husband even commently on the professional, pleasant, and careful manner in which our old mattress and new mattress were handled.We would recommend Blackberry in Boone for their istening, guidance and professionalism.

They will spend as much time as necessary with you finding exactly the right product--Marc Young spent 4 hours with us and tirelessly answered every question we had. The only drawback came during delivery, when we were not notified until the scheduled delivery date that some items were back ordered. However, the delivery and sales people sought to ensure that later delivery was flawless.

I purchased a king mattress and box springs this time. Marc, like all of the sales people we have dealt with, was very helpful but not pushy. This is the 7th set of bedding we have bought in 2 years. We have been extremely satisfied with our experience. We even had one mattress that we had a warranty claim on and they were very responsive in solving our claim. I highly recommend them if you need bedding.

Just wanted to add another 5 stars to the ratings. These folks know their products, and of course their products are high-quality performers. The sales folk are low key and knowledgeable. They are not sleep experts or back experts, but they know how their products address sleep and back problems. You can can never know about service, but in my case delivery was prompt, setup was neat and complete, and my house was left intact. Plus the delivery folks were also friendly!

Too early to tell about the mattress but Im hopeful the mattress will lead to some restful nights! Good service in the store and the delivery guys were great in bringing the old bed to another room and setting up the new one. Only negative is they ran over my flowers in their truck and didnt mention it. While the driveway is tricky there were two of them and had one gotten out of the truck to help direct this could have been avoided.

I recently needed a mattress quickly for a rental and after shopping around I called Blackberry Creek and was able to not only take care of the entire transaction via phone but have the mattress delivered the next day at the exact time I needed it. Even before we went into the store, managers answered my questions via email, and provided me with quotes so I knew if I was going to be able to afford specific mattresses. When we visited the Foscoe store the sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful, providing us information on a variety of options and answering all of our questions. Purchasing our bed was easy and the delivery and set up was even easier because they delivered our new bed and hauled off our old one on Memorial Day, and in the rain, no less. The delivery guys were very courteous and quickly had our new bed ready to go.Even after the sale, because my body has had a bit of trouble adjusting to the new bed, the sales staff has been so helpful offering options to help us make sure we are completely satisfied with our purchase.I know I probably could have gotten a decent mattress from a box store or online but its nice to know I bought a high quality mattress (OekoTex Certified latex mattress with a 20 year warranty) at a reasonable price and I have a local company, that truly cares and that I can contact with any concerns.
