Great service- got me hooked up with a new phone for a great price!

Great customer service and helped multiple times with phone issue until it was solved!

First of all they were open on Saturday.Three super cool gals working.Sold a new phone I wanted and transferred all my data which took 4 hours because of 54 gig need transferred. They were awesome about it.. Very personable. I will be glad to refer anyone to the boon store.

Madeline the clerk that helped me there and did a wonderfu.l job she was very informative she had a great smile on her face at all times and was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the US cellular facility in Boone Iowa and Maddie as my clerk.

Madisyn was so patient with me. I am not an easy person to deal with and I was very stressed. She joked with me and made me forget about the stresses of losing a phone. We arrived at the store near closing time and Nathaniel was more than happy to help us. He explained to us what our options were and took us around the store to help pick a phone and accessories. Couldnt have asked for a more kind and polite young man.

I broke my phone while at work. My phone is a must for my job and needed a solution quickly. I stopped at the closest US Cellular which happened to be in Boone, IA. I walked in and spoke with Matt. Much to my surprise his first question to me was are you on a time crunch? I was of course and after a short conversation Matt was on it. He got me a new 1, I was in and out in no time. I even kept working at their counter and he kept on doing what he was doing as If it was nothing. I honestly waited longer at a gas station to get my gas receipt then it took to get a new phone that same day.

I had to get a new prepaid phone and renew service, Nicole helped me as she has many times before and explained everything to me in such a way to make anyone understand. She is the nicest person and very personable, funny and makes a usually boring process, fun.

They say coverage in the middle of anywhere, but I dont have coverage anywhere that I need it. I sometimes send texts, but the recipient doesnt receive it until hours later. I had an important call drop today, and it was the last straw.

I will never go back in that store ever again the salesperson would not tell me the full story when I was trying to purchase two brand new phones he needs more training on how to deal with people when shes trying to hold back information from them the customer so therefore I will not go back there
