I would highly recommend doing research and considering another source for help with electronics. I brought a brand new computer here because I was having problems getting passed a certain screen. They offered to fix it for $200 and I went home and eventually figured out there was a tiny button to reset it - and BOOM! Fixed.

Excellent service and price as well as a very friendly and professional staff. They have serviced my phone several times, and have always finished quickly and to my complete satisfaction. This is the only place I will take my phone when it needs work and I highly recommend them should you need work done on your phone.

I walked in with my broken screen. It was dropped maybe a few times and I saved money to bring it to get it fixed. It was maybe fixed in like 15mins. Highly recommend coming to this place to get anything fixed! Also, pricing may be a little high, but it’s alright! It’s worth the time!

Today I went in to see if I could have my iPhone 6s repaired (It had randomly died and wouldn’t work again). The customer service here is sincere and fantastic. For a small price they offered to diagnose my phone and see what the options were to fix it. And then that money would go towards a repair if I chose to have it repaired!This is so awesome because I had done the same thing at Apple Juice a few days before and had an awful experience. They were going to charge me nearly $200 in repairs that they said might not even work! Then proceeded to fill out a work order when I didn’t even say I wanted to do so.So skip the other shops in town and go to Boone Cellular! Turns out my phone was shot so spending $200 to fix would have been a waste. Boone cellular is honest and extremely friendly. I’ll be going back.

I was on a family road trip through the NC mountains on our way to Georgia, when my wife dropped her iPhone 5 (yeah, she loves that phone). They replaced my charge port on my galexy s9+ within an hour and a half! It was saying there was water in the port when there wasnt. They tried to fix it by clearing the out the water first which I knew wasnt there but it was nice to see that they checked before charging me for a repair.

My phone was fixed at a lower price and a fraction of the time quoted by a competitor. Time and money aside, the staff is kind, helpful, and obviously take pride in their work!
