It is so disappointing to find that this particular location is out of certain products, soy in particular, more often than they are not. What is equally surprising is that the location across the road in Harris teeter and the one down the mountain in Lenoir seems to stay in stock on this product. While I understand supply chain issues and shortages, sounds to me like someone could benefit from updating their ordering procedure. You can count on almost every Monday, which Im sure is after a busy weekend, that they dont have the product. Rating would have been higher if they stayed in stock. Perhaps someone should revisit this with them!

Very clean location. Employees were very friendly and the service was fast. The inside was open, but masks must be worn. My drink was delicious and the lemon cake was fresh and tasted very good.

Employees were extremely nice even though they were really busy with the App State football GameDay crowd.

The staff was so great. I dont think o have come across anyone at a drive thru who has been this patient. We had to add things to our order and she never once got annoyed with us. Im assuming this is what Southern hospitality is. Great staff. And the coffees and snacks were all done perfectly to our liking. Highly recommend this Starbucks.

There’s an older lady who works there and wears a swim cap(?). She is constantly yelling at other employees and making rude remarks to customers such as myself. Another employee told me she isn’t even a manager. Not sure what her deal is, but she throws off the environment when she is there. Otherwise, I enjoy the place!

It is a large, inviting location. The staff were very friendly. Our drinks were well-prepared, I really like the iced coffee with cream and sugar. There was an outside seating area so as to enjoy the beautiful weather.

They are absolutely amazing! Never a bad experience. Their barista Bailey is an absolute angel and deserves recognition for her hard work and kindness towards customers!

This place is a beautiful Timber structure. Plusbthe guys that work there are Nice. The place was nusy that time but they has the Order and control of everything.

Super well managed! Employees are always super cheery and talkative. I had a particularly pleasant experience a bit ago. My drink took too long to come out. Turns out my ticket had fallen off the board and was missed. To rectify this situation, they upgraded the size of my drink for free and gave me a gift card that would cover the price of my next visit. They made an unpleasant experience into a super positive one! I appreciated the care they took to make sure I was happy and rectify the situation. Mistakes happen, but this location cares and wants to make things right! I didnt even make a big deal about the wait, but they still made sure I had everything I needed!

This is a really big Starbucks with plenty of seating both indoor and outdoor. Our drink came out fast but we also came at a non busy time. They have two unisex bathrooms, they were very clean. The parking lot was a little weird to navigate.

They are literally our of everything I wanted this morning. I have them 5 different orders before settlingStaff is nice.

Fantastic Starbucks and beautiful building to sit in. I’m not normally a huge Starbucks guy, but I really enjoyed visiting this location and working from it while drinking coffee. The store was very clean and very spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful when I ordered. Would go back again for sure.

Had the best experience there! Got cheated on so I went to Starbucks for a pick me up. The drive through worker (I think their name was Dylan) not only had the best customer service, but also gave me incredible advise. It was 7:30 at night and my sister and I wanted a snack so they checked to see what was left and got us food! (my bagel was delicious thank you for asking) in addition to giving us extra whipped cream. HIGHLY recommend- with it being next to App State sometimes the lines are long, but worth the wait! My order has never been wrong and the employees are very patient.[Used they/them pronouns to avoid gender assumption]

The coffee shop soundscape sounds are so authentic you will feel like you are standing in one. They even get the smells right. Dont drink Pike Place brewed coffee though, in spite of its constant availability, it is the worst they offer. Go for a dark roast to avoid the world famous burnt flavor. Its a beautiful building but if you look carefully the big wall graphic is a little tilted.

Great service with even faster checkouts. Average wait on a Sunday morning of a long weekend is around 4 minutes. The restrooms however were however not up to the mark. Need some improvement and focus on cleaning and stocking them up.

Assuming your order was correct, the quality is good but this is consistently one of the slowest locations Ive ever been to.

Would put a zero if possible. I have consistently been disappointed by this location. Employees repeatedly ignore customers standing and waiting to pickup online orders. The line is always terrible and there has been no effort to remedy it. AN AMERICANO DOES NOT TAKE 35 MIN TO MAKE! Corporate needs to get involved at this location as COVID has only highlighted the ineptitude of the staff.

The app will have Order ahead available option and then you come to the store to find out in store pick up or curbside pick up are not available but to use drive through is an only option to pick up your order. They need to change the order ahead service to drive through only if they are gonna operate at a building maximum capacity. And the drive through is very slow. I waited 40 min in the line of drive through just to pick up the order ahead items. I would avoid this place. And plus some food items on the app are actually not in stock in the store so dont bother ordering it cause you will end up more wasting your time getting refund.

They always make my drink like Blazing Saddles always makes me laugh. The parking lot is a bit ridiculous though.

Went today with a friend and we both ordered VENTI size drinks. I was a little disappointed when given a grande size drink, and told the guy I ordered a venti. I was informed that I payed for a grande (which was true) and that they would not give me a venti even though that’s what I ordered lol. So whoever you are, thanks chad I am now drinking my grande dragon fruit drink with a venti size straw. 2 stars for a good drink.

This Starbucks unfortunately has fallen short recently. They have been very erratic with their hours. While they advertise that they are open at 5:00am, they almost never are, with no explanation. This morning I arrived at the store at 8:00am. The lights were on and music was playing, but there was no one there. Not a single employee present. Very disappointing for what otherwise is a pretty good store.

Never in all my life have I waited 35 minutes for one cup of coffee. Needs new management and a better system. I saw the barista toss out coffee (mobile orders) that were sitting there for a lengthy time. Needless to say, Starbucks management better figure this mess out. Wasteful and VERY poorly managed. We used the mobile app to order to order our drinks because thats what it said on the door to the store. Waited 24 mins, other customers drinks came and went, we tried to get the attention of the staff but no one helped us. We just had to leave because we couldnt wait anymore. Please refund receipt number 71113496. Would not recommend.

I genuinely just despise Starbucks coffee. The location is terrible and it often blocks up traffic on top of that.

I understand that we are in the middle of the pandemic but this Starbucks has decided to change their hours randomly and not update their hours online or in the mobile app. There has been SO many times I have driven up in the afternoon and they closed at 12:30 pm randomly. Not once but twice have I been able to mobile order and went to go grab my drink inside and the doors were locked and they ignored me outside and my phone calls. Instead they slap a printed piece of paper on the door saying go through the drive thru when I purposely did a mobile order to avoid the 30 minute drive thru line! This same issue happened to 10 other people while I waited in the drive thru line.

Worst Starbucks on the planet. Customer service is terrible and they have handled the covid/curbside translation awfully. Multiple times I have ordered online for curbside only to get to the store and realize they are in drive thru mode only, and if you know anything about this Starbucks you know what the drive thru is like. One time this happened to myself and three other customers in the same situation and we were told by an employee at the door that “we should be more aware” next time we are ordering even though they were still allowing inside pickup on their app. If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would but Google wants me to give them something so here it is. Do yourself a favor and just go across the street to the Starbucks in Harris teeter.

I had placed a mobile order, and when I got there it turned out out I was at the wrong starbucks! But Jason was very polite and went ahead and made my chestnut latte so I wouldnt have to drive to the other location! I was very impressed and I will make sure to come to this starbucks again!

One star simply because its starbucks. If it was literally any other coffee shop itd be zero stars. Inefficiency is the word to describe this starbucks and staff. Drive thru is a minimum 25-30 minute wait, so dont come here if youre in a hurry. If chick-fil-a and come back shack have figured out how to take orders outside so the drive thru does not stall and get people in and out in 5 minutes, youd figure a corporate monster like starbucks would have an SOP in place. Avoid this starbucks like the plague...or rather like COVID-19

Beautiful store. Everything was arranged in a very presentable fashion. The staff was very courteous and it was probably the best tasting drink Ive had prepared, or at least equal to. My wife and I find comfortable, well arranged chairs (they were clean as well) to sit in and it was easy to visit. There was a nice little table (it was also clean) in between the chairs to set out drinks on. The architecture of the store was also beautiful and unique. On top of all that it was at a convenient location. Id go back. Probably will go back in the next couple days.

Used to be a good Starbucks to go to but the last several times we went the orders have been rediculously late. We always do mobile orders ahead of time, and they have been 15+ minutes over the estimated time every single time. This last visit our estimated time was 9-11 minutes. After 30 minutes I had to walk out without my order, already late for work. Unfortunate waste of money and surely the last time I will be going to this store until they fix their operations.

Like other businesses in Boone they need to improve and enforce the traffic control entering the business. The drive thru is often overwhelmed and backs out into the street.

Ordered 2 venti London Fogs. The barista did not use Earl Grey tea. I didn’t realize until we were too far to go back. Please, if you don’t know how to make a drink. Look it up in your book. Also, 3 out of the 4 lids on our drinks fell off. Extremely disappointed!

Great service. Staff were all very friendly and helpful despite being very busy. It’s a lovely store with a good atmosphere (not too noisy).

The bathroom was messy with some trash on the floor and no paper towels. The napkin station in the dining are was also best-looking. It looked like something had spilled all over it and no napkins were available. The hot chocolate was good though.

This Starbucks is honestly pretty terrible. The staff is friendly, but I waited about 30 minutes for a Chai Tea Latte when the coffee shop was practically empty. A friend who was with me did not receive his draft cold brew for over 40 minutes, as the manager, who charged him for the order, forgot to make it. Im sure this is a select experience, but the staff was clueless. Will not waste my money on this over-priced, watered-down coffee again when there are places like Espresso News and Hatchet Coffee Company that are local and 1000 times better.

I go to this Starbucks regularly. Today I had an experience that made my day. I completed my mobile order and went to pick it up. The barista who gave me my coffee was Sina, I think. She was so kind and asked me how my day was. I know it sounds silly but since the pandemic vegan I noticed less people taking the time to be kind. She was so kind, made eye contact and made me feel human because of it. Thank you Sina!!

The best Starbucks I have ever been to. The building is absolutely gorgeous. Bathrooms are always clean. The staff is courteous and friendly each night I come in. Their drinks are always excellent and the atmosphere is nice for a small get together with a friend or two. I highly recommend this Starbucks!
