So happy to know the sneakers 👟 I got was still there. Happy that foot paths specialized in my size which is 9.5 and their should be more store that follow their lead. Im happy with their store and will tell friends and families and advertise on my page the great style, color and price so they can run down to get some great sneakers like I did or other products. My friend got me a nice black cap with neon yellow spikes in them happy they got for me.

VERY helpful staff that didnt waste a lot of my valuable time. They gave me a great price but had to return the shoes. 2nd visit was a breeze. THIS IS THE WAY SHOPPING SHOULD BE. A+

I had a pleasurable and easy experience while purchasing a pair of shoes for work. Store was relatively empty and they had my size in stock. The return process however, has been the exact opposite. The website shows hours open on Saturday until 9pm. I show up at 6:50pm and the door is locked and lights are off, but there are 2 workers standing at the cash register. I call and basically get told the website hours are wrong and they always close at 7pm but that night there was “an emergency” and they needed to close early. I was quite disappointed and reached out on the website contact page to voice my frustrations. If I had known the store closed at 7, I would have gone earlier. Also it did not seem like there was an emergency as the worker had time to answer my call in the same amount of time a simple return would take. I check the hours for during the week and planned to stop by this morning before working. The website said open at 9:30am. I arrive at 10:15am or so today and the door is once again locked. I call the store asking what time they open and am told between 10:30-11am because of technical difficulties. I work 10:30am-7pm and I voice my frustrations as I have now have gone out of my way and tried to return shoes twice. I was told that if I went this upcoming Saturday between 10:30am and 7pm that the store would be open and if I was over the 21 day return mark, that as long as the shoes were unworn (which they are) and that I had the receipt (which I do), they would make an exception. It is unacceptable and unprofessional to not have updated and accurate store hours on the website or at least posted on the door. Unfortunately, I don’t work from home so I have to rely on the store hours to try and get somewhere around my job schedule. The worker on the phone this morning was nicer and more understanding than the female I spoke to on Saturday but I am still quite frustrated. I plan on making a final trip to the store, returning the shoes this upcoming Saturday, and will then not be shopping from this store again.

I went to buy a pair of Adidas Highlighter walking sneakers I had been eyeballing for 2 weeksI walked in and the young lady Who finalized my sale saw I was wanting to try others but I wanted those and she was so nice & humorousI recommend this store for special fits styles or leather shoes. I have purchased from them over the years. They are awesome.

They look like they have great selections and designer shoes, but their prices online (at least) seem more pricey than DSW.

I went to go buy white converses and I handed the shoe to the employee with blue hair. She went to go get my shoe size, I waited 8 minutes for her to get it and she came back with nothing. I was confused, but still waited another 3 minutes to see if she would bring my shoe size. She didnt yet, so I decided to ask her if I could get my shoe size for the white converses and she responded back with an attitude and rolled her eyes at me.

The service is good but I wouldn’t recommend if you have to potentially return the shoes after one use. Make sure the footwear fits you perfectly before leaving. You might be better off going to a store with a decent return policy.

I walk buy the store every day and I always have to look in the Windows cause you always seem to have a great display window. About to stop by and cop me those new burgundy coloured Tims !!! They look great. Just a rare colour Tim that I havent really seen. Want em gotta have em. Best, Kurt p.

Great store, helpful but not overbearing staff, good and varied selection of both mens and womens footwear.Bought myself a pair of Red Wing 875s here - was 50/50 between Foot Paths/Hilton Tent City but the 2 guys in this store were friendly and accommodating so they edged it. This store charges full retail for Red Wings and Dr. Martens (from what I can tell) so you wont get a bargain but you will buy top quality footwear.That said, I live in Ireland where a pair of Red Wing 875s are €299 plus shipping! So, I guess I got a bargain.

Dont even get me started on the experience i had in this store!!! If I didnt have to put the 1 star they wldnt have gotten that. Their employees have no knowledge about shoes or dealing with the public. The store manager is no help whatsoever and mostly because of their mistake im out 150.00 bucks!!! I told her i wanted to speak to someone higher up and she claims there is no one!!!! I highly doubt she owns the store because if she did, it would have been out of business a loooong time ago!! I will NEVER shop in that store again and make sure i spread the word that no one else does either!Hi Steve i would love to share my experience with you. They seemed to lie to two separate people about sizes and availability of shoes on the phone.

I went in the store with 400$ to buy boots for me and my girlfriend and was harrased by a security guard with glasses. ..I asked him to let me go about my business. And he continued to hurry me along while I Was tightening the laces, and he said stop that. Your going to break the laces....I immediately asked to see the. Manager....He refused and started becoming belligerent. ..He told me he was the manager and threatened to bust my head open......I was in shock...that a staff member would act that way to a customer...I. would really like him reprimanded someway....i buy boots from footpaths all. The time.. it was the worst shopping experience ever......I will never o to that store ever

Cool place but employees have to go.... no help what so ever. Went in yesterday looking around and saw these men uggs that I really liked and wanted to purchase right away. Asked a worker (younger Latina girl) for a size and I got attitude for asking for a size...... her response rudely was these run big I said okay so can I get a size 8.5? She then looked around clueless and said oh uhhhhh we dont even carry sizes for these anymore... Im upset with my experience because she didnt even bother going to look, the service, the way they looked at me as if Im not capable of pulling $130 out to pay for the shoe. I then went next door to footlocker and the service was great but unfortunately I didnt want to purchase anything but those uggs. Would not recommend coming here unless they hire new employees.
