Prices are good staff is very helpful

Normally I ordered online and picked it up at this location. Now the friendly staff recognizes me when I walk through the door for the pickups. Good customer service and friendly atmosphere. Good job to the management and staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Full selection of Timberland stuff.I went for the classic work boots because I love that boot, but the pair I had never fit right.They helped me size the new pair just right, and i couldn’t be happier!

Treated very poorly when I called to ask a question about an exchange. The person on the other end responded with wow, that was a lot when I explained my situation. I had to repeat the style number 4 times after he was unable to get it correct the first 3 times and he rudely interrupted me when I began with TB by saying thats TIMBERLAND ...Im sorry, not sure how I was supposed to know that, I was just doing as asked by giving the style number that he couldnt seem to get correct. There were several other occasions during the call that he was incredibly rude as well. When the call ended I wished him a Happy New Year and he hung up without even a goodbye. Maybe someone shouldnt have partied so hard the night before knowing he had to go to work in the morning...

Honestly, I was excited to go there for shopping a boots but my experience is nightmare. When you ask for your size they go inside and they bring you new box looks all fine but when you get home you figure out the pairs of shoes were been used ( check the bottom is cleaned and still some dust) when you returned they do the same they gave you an open box or used one !!!! bad experience bad customer service

Completely horrible experience here. First time going boot shopping and the store employees were super unprofessional and rude. Their employee Marc grunted every time I asked him about a shoe and constantly made sarcastic comments. He then lashed out on me telling me that he already explained me something (he did not). Then he rips away the shoes I was trying on and throws it back in the box and goes to the back of the store. He legit did not come back again and when I complained to the manager Stephanie on the treatment, she replies “Marc isn’t like that”. These employees don’t know how to treat customers at all. They should be expecting a call from corporate.

Online shop is operating perfectly and and the same goes for delivery!

They teamed up to find in-state, and Internet sources, got my measurements, gave me a sweet discount, *and*, having been in sales, did something I appreciated: did a sweet job of making sure I come back to that store. 💕💖

This store was amazing! The ladies and one gentleman working were all amazing. There was a manager working as well as two of her staff members. All were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

No customers except me. Got the VIP experience by both salespeople with cleaning my shoes and new laces for my Timberlands. Store was tidy and item placement and navigation of the store was intuitive. Just my two cents on my experience. Cheers!

I had to get laces here and the service was excellent! In and out of the store within 10 minutes! Kind of a small store but the selection was good

How to not get broomed from this store: 1. Hold the cash for the item in a fan and wave it at the sales person whole pointing at the item. 2. Remind them that the item IS in stock online. 3. Tell them that Stephanie told you on the phone that they had other colors than the one that theyre pushing and that they deliberately overstocked.

I got my first pairs of Timbs from here and the experience was great! The cashiers and workers are super friendly and they have a range of boots and shoes on display. Would recommend if you are looking for a fresh pair of Timberlands!

Limited size store, so to say.

The store is well designed and the staff is super friendly. They always have dog treats too if you have an animal which is really nice. Timberlands tend to run large, so try on a 1/2 to full size less than you normally would. The store is a great showroom but if you looking for some of their generic shoes you can often find them cheaper online.

The people there were quite helpful and friendly. I also like the boots i brought from there. Also got student discount which i didnt know about but the person at the store(who works there) told me about!

Went there on a slow Thursday-- but staff was friendly and gave a lot of guidance when deciding on what boot to buy. Many thanks to Mark and his coworkers!

Very unfriendly, really bad customer service, I asked for an special pair of shoes and the guy told me “I don’t have it, order it online” then I said “I was about to do that but I wasn’t sure about my size” and he said “it is the same of your Nike’s” 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️

Bad service ...rude workers ....one of them implied I am a liar ...the worst thing is that handicap elevator is locked ...asked them what is a wheelchair person should do ...she said he should call us to activate the elevator ...how rude and errogant of them

In the Newbury area, this store has a variety of high and low boots designed to withstand daily use, very good customer service, young people help you find what you are looking for or need boots against water, non-slip, snow ... ortoflex something new in these shoes or insolation if required by the climate where you live ... I love my Timberlam .... !! The customer service people speak Spanish in this store, Parking is on the street ok .. and there is no access for wheelchairs, you have to go up about 5 steps to enter ... 🙄
