You need to look into this dealership. some dealerships are charging a $1,500 fee for the chip. McCaddon doesnt and has low fees.

Best car buying experience that I have ever had. The sales rep was top notch, he was very knowledgeable, hard working, and just a good person. The Cadillac SRX we purchased was in excellent condition and ready for us to test drive when we got there. We didnt have to wait around for them to get the car over to us. An Incredible Experience & New XT4!We were treated so well at their Service Department, scheduling, warranty & options for my ATS. Even though I didnt purchase my car at the Dealership it was easy to make an appointment & was offered a Courtesy CTS 5 as a Loaner while my ATS was in their Shop. Now thats a Ride the whole experience in a new Cadillac. After hearing that I needed to complete more repairs, decided to find a New Caddy! Ive been interested in a new XT4, we made a No Pressure Deal, taking advantage of all the GM numerous December Deals. There were no Charade Offers on my Trade-in, everything was Open. Rick lied to us, he lied to the warranty service agent, refused to do thinks in a timely manner and get us into a loaner, and took a full 3 hours to haggle with us and try to get us to stay with them after trying to charge DOUBLE hours for the work they ACTUALLY did. DO NOT take your Cadillac in here for service, especially not to Rick. We are towing the vehicle to OMeara Buick GMC and having the repairs done there instead. Attached is what they called a full diagnostic teardown... Aka taking off the engine cover and fuel rail, checking the a spark plugs out, and putting some coolant in.*I apologize, the spark plug coils are removed, not the fuel rail. Since they want to be petty and split hairs WHILE trying to make it seem like they didnt blatantly lie.*Funny how they leave put in their response the fact that they tried to tell the warranty adjuster that my car needs an engine without tearing it down, and an exhaust without having the vehicle RUNNING. And I absolutely DID authorize the teardown, which he then lied to my husband about and said that Allstate would have to authorize it. And youre damn right I was angry and cursing after having been lied to MULTIPLE TIMES. They can try to talk their way out of this one ALL they want, but OMeara Buick GMC has already confirmed that the bottom end is JUST FINE and does NOT need replacing. They are going to UPDATE when they actually have the vehicle RUNNING again to diagnose the exhaust, if its even necessary. These people are ONLY out for your money and finding ways to upcharge each job. No part of their dealings, aside from MAYBE the mechanic who we never met, was truthful or professional. If you have a GM product, do yourself a favor and go to OMeara instead

Ok I’ll admit it, I’m a little particular with cars. I know what I like and I know what I want. Zach Brick not only accepted this challenge but seemed more than willing to help. We talked about what I was looking for and he went to work. He called me with several options for me and went over each car with me explaining all the features. Once we decided on which car was meant for me we came in and signed the papers. The process was quick and easy and exactly what we talked about! Zach then walked me through all the features and showed me how to use everything in my car. He was even available by cell phone when we had more questions later that night. Jon Berry, my Service Advisor, is always knowledgeable, thorough regarding upcoming services, upfront with details and always sets my expectations correctly. He defines what it means to be a trusted adviser. In the case when Jon has stepped away other members of the McCaddon Service team seamlessly step up to provide assistance. Truly a well managed group. Behind the scenes the technicians do an amazing job by correcting the problem the first time.My most recent visit followed a windshield replacement by a third party, I received the following messages on my console display: Driver Assistance needs Service, Lane Departure is unavailable, Parking Assist is unavailable, parallel parking unavailable, Adaptive Cruise Control unavailable. The problem was not caused by McCaddon, but to help me limit the disruption to my day McCaddon setup a loaner vehicle for my convenience.I will continue to use McCaddon for my Cadillac and GMC vehicles.

Kami, is a good salesman. He made an unusual sale for me and had the patience to deal with me. One criticism of the dealership, when buying sight unseen. U have to depend on them to be through with your new ride since u cant be there and are ordering from another state. Therefore, you depend on them to make sure it is clean inside/out and full of gas. The dealership employees must be diligent in fulfilling a great experience till u get your car and after. The signing is always a problematic issue with me as much of it is confusing and unnecessary. However. Justin was nice and patient in explanations. All my concerns were addressed by the Mgt team in a timely and agreeable manner. I would defiantly recommend them.

What a great experience! From their no-pressure approach to our salesmans high level of knowledge we are excited to go back and trade our 2016 Escalade for a 2018.
