I have not had a good experience in this location in the last 3-4 years. No matter how simple the task is, the sales reps always manage to show their incompetence. To the point of I was scammed and ended up paying for 2 phones at the same time when I was promised that wasnt the case. When confronted about it, the employees shrugged, not knowing what to do. My advice is take the extra 5-10 minute drive to go to another location.

I went in to look into getting a pre-paid plan for my son as I wanted to get him off my Sprint plan. Serj Tachyon was extremely helpful. While they didnt have the phone in stock he called to another store and had them hold it for me. He set up with the initial payment and I was able to go into thevother storevin Longmont tge next and they too were extremely helpful in getting the phone all set up. Extremely impressed with T-mobile customer service. Too notch and rate to find these days!

Just waited for 2:30 hours while 5-6 team members tried to help me out. They kept making it sound like they were helping me out. “If you just wait another 35 min” and they were doing me a favor. I mean come here if you want to wait for hours for a simple upgrade. Also the reason was they only had one computer. Like I feel an establishment of that size in boulder should have more than one working computer. Basically 3 hours wasted and still no phone.

I came in to update my phone and was helped by Kenzo. It was a really great and easy experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and Kenzo made the process of updating the phone and transferring over data super easy. He even put up with all of my mothers crazy technological questions. Thank you Boulder T-Mobile staff!

AWFUL. T-Mobile has a policy that they will not give refunds in the store unless YOU call the number. Since when is it the customers responsibilty to call to do their jobs for them? We might be going with another carrier if they fumble anymore considering this is the 3rd phone of the exact same make and model being defective and now they cannot give us a refund in store. Deeply disapponted in this business. Would have given 0 stars if possible.

By far the BEST T-Mobile store in all of Boulder County. Ive always been treated so well at this location. The employees are patient, kind, knowledgeable, and always so delightful to spend time with. They have always helped me find whats best for me. They are not pushy sales people like Ive experienced at other locations. I will only go to this location for my phone needs.

Ive gone to this store several times. Theyve helped me with upgrades on phones, finding the best plan options to keep my rates low, and making sure I take full advantage of the promotional rates available to me. On the most recent visit, Joe was able to get me credit for the Pixel XL phone promotion that I had been trying to get resolved for many months. I save $325 with that promotion. Im very happy with T-Mobile coverage, data speeds and rates, and this store always has knowledgeable staff available to help.

My girlfriend and I went here to transfer over to T-Mobile and had a very pleasant experience. Our sales associate, Joe, was fast, intelligent, and very pleasant to converse with. The process of changing over to T-Mobile from another carrier takes a consider amount of time, but Joe made the process painless and surprisingly enjoyable!

Mike at this location is a hero and a champion!!!! I went into T mobile straight from an infuriating experience trying to fix my phone through Apple, on the off chance that T mobile would be able to help with the issue, as my phone is only 4 months old. Mike was super knowledgable about my options and helped me get everything figured out. Super thankful and will be going back to this location if I need to visit T mobile again!

Chris Belisle at store #7934 is awesome!! He was patient with answering all my questions and learned how to do things by watching and his instruction. Then the store manager was also very personable. I give this store an A+ rating in customer service.Thank you for a very pleasant experience. I had to come to your store because the store I bought my phone from made me feel rushed. He would only transfer my contacts. Felt I was being pushed out the door. You guys finished the job where the other store dropped the ball. I’ve visited T-Mobile stores in CoS, Westminster and then Boulder - and this location is by FAR the most professional and understanding of how cell service and account services with T-Mobile “should” be conducted.Kaylee Nebeker (Retail Associate Manager) was outstanding and laid out the transition plan for my families phones and service, and we drove 40 minutes for her expertise and ease of the transaction.

I love this store. The sales people didnt pressure me and they were very informative. I went in for a new phone after mine was stolen. I wasnt sure what I wanted but Joshua helped talk me through each option and helped me find something affordable. Not to mention T-Mobile is WAAAAAYYYY better than ATT. Its cheaper to get unlimited data, and now whenever I dont have Wifi its no problem!

Never have I had more problems than with T-mobile, and this location in particular. Originally got swindled into getting a new phone which turned out to be absolute garbage, and then when I finally went in to cancel my contract they told me dramatically conflicting information as to what my final bill would be. Now im ending up having to pay for an ENTIRE month that my contract is cancelled for (why? poor explanation by the manager) and it wont post to my account until AUGUST! If you go with T-mobile, never cancel your contract because it is a nightmare. Would never, ever use again.

She consistently shares the most up to date information on phones and cell plans and is meticulous in making sure we end up with the best fit for our needs.She knows our names, devices, and our plan without looking anything up. Service was a little slow, rep had a hard time getting a SIM card to work correctly in an older phone. What should have been a quick visit to buy a pre-paid SIM turned into a 45-minute ordeal. Rep was pleasant, though, didnt go overboard on upselling, and ended up with the exact plan needed. Overall, Im a big fan of TMo, Ive been a customer for over a decade I think.

If there is ZERO STAR, I would like to give them ZERO star!I brought a iphone7 with full price and unlocked from bestbuy. This phone support GSM and CDMA. I use my old T-mobile sim card to activate this phone. However, now I transferred my line with my family to Verizon. When I tried to put the new Verizon sim card in my phone, my phone said the SIM is not supported and the carrier has locked my phone. What the hell is going on??? I paid the full price and there is no issue with phone hardware. How can T-mobile lock my phone??? I went to this store and tried to sought help from these T-mobile staffs. One of them tried to help me submit a tickets and told me I would receive the re-activate email within 15min. I waited for 2 hours but I did not get that. I called the T-mobile by myself and they told me that no one helped me submit the ticket!!!! This is definitely the worst service I had. Id like to say NEVER USE T-MOBILE AGAIN! They are sucks.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! DO NOT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR ETF SUBMISSIONS FOR YOU! Getting set-up was a bit of circus show, but we are tolerant and patient. Samantha Sam was so kind to do all the ETF paperwork and submission for us. HOWEVER, she says she called both our lines numerous times and left numerous voicemails trying to let us know that she needed our PIN for the account. Neither of us got those missed calls or voicemails. Now we are screwed out of ETFs and we traded in our old phones. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I have requested my contact info be passed on to a district manager and they cant/wont even say they can do that.

My experience with T-Mobile today was infuriating. The in-store sales associate was not willing to listen to my concerns about my defective phone. I asked for a managers phone number but was told me he was not authorized to give that out, but could give me a 1-800 number to call instead. This is not the way Id expect to be treated from a company that gets $75/month + $500 for the phone from me. I will be moving my business immediately.
