I want to share that i have been having trouble with my visual voice mail. for about 3 and half weeks went to the cricket in cheyenne wy .they gave me a few suggestions they disnt work . so i thought let me try a different store so i found the Boulder location. and Destiny your store rep or manager fixed my phone in a few minutes and has restored my visual voicemail. 3 things she was polite attentive and knowledgeable.. thank you Destiny . from a very greatful customer. Was in Boulder for a quick trip and I needed a replacement screen protector. And Erica was so polite and installed the screen protector very nicely. 👍🏻
This was the worst. We bought a Motorola phone, and a case. We had the phone activated. The total bill was $138.00. We got home and began to set up the phone and had trouble accessing voicemail. Over the next two days we talked to 4 Cricket technicians who were all unable to solve the problem. In addition, when we went to remove the case, after great effort the case came off with the back of the phone stuck inside of it, and the battery fell out of the phone. Unhappy with Crickets service, case, and phone we decided to take everything back. We soon found that Crickets official policy was to not refund money for accessories, even a defective case, and to not refund activation fees, even though they activated a phone with defective software. When we brought the phone back to the Boulder, CO store the behind the counter staff also could not take the case off the phone with out removing the back of the phone and dropping the battery. In addition, the store manager, (Cindy Martinez) advised us that she suggests not using Crickets technicians via the phone, but that we should have come directly into the store and waited on line for one of their store staff to correct the problem, (not a vote of support for Crickets phone technicians). We were advised that we could only return the phone. Frustrated, we sat in the store and called Crickets customer service department. First we spoke with Janie, who gave us Crickets no refund on phone accessories and activation fees speech. We then spoke to her manager Anthony, and then to his manager Sebastian Urea, and then to his manager Michelle, (who could not give us her last name for security reasons, I guess customers have been getting angry). Then we spoke to the highest manager on the floor Angel, (who also could not give us his last name, but could give us his employee ID #AM1733). We got the same (no refund) speech all the way through these 4 levels of management. Cricket would not refund us for a defective case or for activating a defective phone. I have NEVER written a review for a company before. But this company made me so angry that I simply had to advise others of Crickets lack of ethics. We walked away having lost $100 for nothing.
Terrible company, unprofessional and a waste of time, they are very hard to deal with and they charge you for any kind of small service fee. Worst phone company Ive had in my lifetime.
I went in trying to buy my mother a new phone. Picked one out, they didnt have it or anything similar. So I picked the next one up. They got it and bought it out and then let me stand there for about 20 and I finally say its fine Ill just get it somewhere else. Then as Im walking out the manager sneers that it wasnt their fault it was the system. That was fine. I dont know why they didnt tell me till I was leaving and why she took such a nasty tone. Its cricket and normally they have terrible customer service. Im not sure why I even came here since I could just go to Best buy instead and get better service and choices
As a Cricket customer for @15 years, this is my first review. The managers at the Boulder Cricket store have gone over and above to assist me with phone replacement details for not two but three different phones in the last two years; they have been effective problem solvers, highly professional, kind, and also have given me suggestions that served my needs economically. I had considered changing to my wife and stepsons phone carrier; while I could have joined their family plan, and the service had more extensive international coverage, I found a way with Crickets help to serve my needs as effectively overseas with a different choice of phone, country specific SIM card. So, with Crickets simple fair unlimited and more economical monthly plan with Auto Pay and Deezer AND this personal service, why change?
Went in with a small issue on a phone I had just bought and the store manager Cindy and one of her team did a great job helping me out. Highly recommended - both this location and the Cricket phone service generally.

Very professional and friendly staff . The wait was a bit longer than I expected but overall it was a great experience.
They tried to cheat. I was told that porting cost would be $25 activation fee + 9.99 for sim card + i can only opt for unlimited plan and nothing else. This sounded fishy. On chatting with the online representative i was told that i could opt for my plan and the activation + sim fees are 25 in store and 9.99 online.

I was trying to save a little money so I went with Cricket. They werent exactly helpful at the store as a matter fact I felt more like an inconvenience. The coverage is not the greatest but if you are in need of a phone and dont want to spend a fortune they will get the job done. I will say they have some pretty great deals on the smart phones.

The manager of the store is rude and not professional in any way and never smiles. she is unhelpful and robotic, and was unwilling to assist me with the warranty on my phones battery. The owner is outgoing and cheerful...he should know how his staff is running his store.
Talk about terrible service!There’s 3 girls here, all three obviously clueless with what they’re doing. They spoke in Spanish and didn’t speak to me the whole time i was there. I went in having problems with the service on my brand new iPhone 8 and i waited 2 hours for them to not know how to fix it and be on their phones the whole time. & STILL CHARGE ME FOR SERVICE?!

Signed up for a new phone and service here. Timo failed to give me an itemized receipt for the amount that I paid. I came back two days later to get the receipt, and upon viewing it, saw that I was charged for accessories which I did not purchase, instead of the activation fee which I was supposedly charged. Timo had altered the accessory prices in the system so they would equal the amount of the supposed activation fee. I have receipt proof that he operated fraudulently, either stealing from me or stealing from his employer. He also entered my surname incorrectly on the account, a last name that was not even close to mine. I called the Longmont store to inquire about this, and they said they had had several complaints about Timothy specifically overcharging customers. Still, I could not find Timothys superior to report this to. Apparently he is the manager of the Boulder store and there is zero accountability if they steal from you. Bottom line, if you want ripped off, visit Boulder Cricket!
