I went in today looking to get a new phone plan.Chris listened to what I was looking for, helped me pick out a plan, and got me signed up in probably 15 minutes. He was very friendly too, especially considering it was Friday before a long weekend.Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from.That was my best experience ever going in-person to a utility, and I mentioned that to him as I was leaving. This will definitely be my go-to AT&T store.

In world where bad news travels fast and good news rarely gets there, I thought I would share my VERY positive customer experience at the Boulder AT&T store. Cleveland Muller, who is a sales consultant, went above and beyond to help me get my Apple Watch (which I purchased from Apple, not AT&T) connected to my phone and to cellular service for Apple Watch (which I already had from a previous device, so I didnt even buy anything from them during my visit). He was absolutely fantastic! He stayed with me until we were successful, which was after store closing hours. He said that he was happy to make sure we took care of getting everything set up and not to worry about the closing time. Both Cleveland and another associate (didnt get his name unfortunately) worked together to make sure I was taken care. Its not often that you get customer service like that. THANK YOU again Cleveland for taking care of me. It is greatly appreciated.

Switching phones, but needing a new SIM card. . The employees first claimed that SIM cards dont store contacts. Then said there is no way to transfer or recover the contact list from the old phone. And advised to enter my 180 contacts again manually....

Ali spent time with us when we activated a new phone on FirstNet, transferred data to another phone, paired two apple watches and made several changes and updates to AT&T accounts. He accomplished all of that and more effectively, efficiently and with great personal attention and humor. He made a lot of complexity look easy. Great experience.

Cant sell you prepaid phones in store. Annoying overly sensitive alarms on phones went off repeatedly. My prepaid play is a better deal for more tethering data but because of it I am treated like a second class citizen.

My husband and I made an appointment to get help setting up new iphones and apple watches. Our service representative, Ali, was wonderful. He opened the door for us when we arrived and proceeded to work with us for almost 3 hours. He was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful - we couldnt have been more satisfied with our entire experience at this store and with Ali!

I’ve had mixed results at ATT stores in the past, but today they restored my faith. I went there with an extremely complicated billing and trade-in problem that’s been haunting me for months. I’ve dealt with the chat and phone line customer service centers week after week, only to see things with my bill get worse and never hear back.When I arrived at the store, I was greeted right away by James. Unlike most representatives I’ve worked with, he was kind but didn’t waste my time. I had all my files, receipts and case numbers in order, and he used that to zero in on the issue. He quickly explained what he could figure out, and checked if his colleague Rene could help. She was also great but couldn’t do much. But instead of abandoning me with an empty case number like everyone else, they offered to deal with customer service on my behalf. James called in and worked with an agent named Nikyra. He took her though all the details as she investigated the case. Together, against all odds, they finally reversed a $300 charge I haven’t been able to handle and got my account back in order. Once it was resolved, Rene found ways to help with my bill a bit more.Everyone went above and beyond for me - especially James. And I really appreciated that he was patient, direct, and gave me clear explanations and expectations about what could be done and why. After months of railing against ATT, I left happy and with my issue resolved.Friendly warning though, my issue stemmed from a trade-in through Sam’s Club. I learned that you should never EVER use ARs (authorized retailers) for anything related to your contract. Work directly with the company and not a rep in a Target or Sams - that’s what I learned the hard way.

Kudos to the employees at Boulder’s 29th St. mall AT&T store. I was in there on Thursday 3/25/21 and not only did I get great assistance from Cleveland in transferring a landline number to my cell phone, but two other employees, Connor and Jake, noticed that my car, which was parked in front of the store, suddenly had a tire that was down-to-the-rim flat. Cleveland offered to put my spare on, but before we could finish our transaction Connor and Jake volunteered to step in and change it! Cleveland, who has some expertise in changing tires also helped by delivering a decisive kick when the flat tire would not release and I from the bolts. I want to thank all three of them so much for their joint effort. I was out of there with barely a five minute delay, and no auto repair charges. Nice to know these guys will go above and beyond just because they want to.

It took a very long time and multiple peoples involvement to resolve my issue but they stayed positive throughout the long time it took to get everything situated and eventually got it solved. After purchasing a couple new phones to my account and trading in an old phone (all transactions appeared to go smoothly at the time), I received my bill and realized that the trade-in had not been applied correctly. Since this appeared to be an issue at the corporate level, I called AT&T customer service to find myself caught in their phone tree with no resolution (and a lot of frustration on my end). I then tried the online chat which was slightly less frustrating but still did not resolve the issue. Thankfully, a visit to the store and a chat with store manager, Jake, and regional manager, Jason, resolved my issue! I’m very pleased with the service I received at this store.

I went to this Corporate AT&T store to inquire about a Hotspot service. I was unsure whether the service offered would provide what I required. The store manager and agent (James Kemp) with the store manager (Jacob Jones) convinced me to purchase a hotspot ($250) assuring me that within 14 days I could return the device. They neglected to tell me there would be a 20% restocking fee which, had I know this as I was unsure of whether the device would meet my needs, I would not have purchased it. Based on what I was told I assumed I was incurring no risk.. After researching online and concluding the device and service would not meet my needs I returned the device to a Corporate AT&T at another location and was informed of the fee. This was brazen deception and withholding of critical information. I was swindled. To add to the deception, when I returned the item the manager informed me the box seal had been broken. So I was technically sold a used item as new. These guys are quite dishonest. I hope this is not AT&T policy to deceive customers.

I am a long time Samsung owner and just up graded to an Galaxy A51. The salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable. My only disappointment, a non existent choice for phone cases in store and nothing on the AT&T website. I ended up purchasing a case on Amazon, which had an abundance of choices.

He explained things to me that really helped me to understand my phone better and then took the time to help me find a new phone and transfer everything over. I am loving my phone and my service. I usually cringe at the thought of having to go to the AT&T store because it’s always a headache but Dom made it a really great experience! He was amazing!

Just go see Ayanna here and put an end to your stress if your device is not working. I went TWO months without my new galaxy watch refusing to connect. I spent 3 hours at another Att store and went twice at best buy. I was ready to return the watch and cancel my data plan, because No one could help me. It took her all of 30 minutes to trouble shoot my watch issue. I was starting to regret my upgrade, but I am so happy now. Thank you so much Ayanna!!

I have been here several times over the past year. First time was not great, seemed to be a bit disorganized and took a long time. The most recent visit was much improved. Only real concern is the staff just needs to be aware of how far six feet apart is, but I get it were all fried and its just not natural, especially when trying to sign off on stuff or demo phones.

We came into this store to start new service, purchase new phones, and trade in an old phone. There were several promotions and plan details that made the transaction somewhat complex. An honest mistake by a sales representative caused some confusion at the corporate level. It appeared wed end up owing several hundred more dollars than originally planned. We were worried. Jake, the store manager, and Jason, the regional manager stepped in and empathically assured us that we had nothing to worry about. They fixed the mix-up, and restored the original deal.

My girlfriend, sister, and I had been trying to set up a family plan for over a month via phone calls and online interactions with AT&T. Every time we talked to a customer service agent it was a different story, with a different problem, with a different solution. We were so frustrated after our 5th call with customer service we were about to give up on AT&T completely and go with a different carrier. Luckily, we decided to go into the store and see if they could help us. Despite my frustrations, Chris Lane was calm, collected, and knew exactly what needed to be done to solve our problems and get us set up perfectly. Cannot thank Chris enough for his patience, competence, and knowledge of the unreasonably complicated systems for transferring numbers and opening phone plans. Thank you Chris!! If you need help with your AT&T phone plans, come straight to this store and ask for Chris. Do no waste your time calling customer service. Hes seriously the best at this.

This is a shady store. Make sure you get your contract in full writing and the names and employee number of everyone you talk with and sets up your service. Added my wife to my plan was supposed to get her phone for free after 3 months of installment payments. Im still paying for it after 7 payments. When I called the store they said the plan I was put on wasnt a valid plan for the given promotion.They are very fraudulent and hope you wont catch on to their deception and scheming.

I went to this at&t location this past friday (the release of the new iphone 12) because apple was giving me trouble. I was not an authorized user on my parents’ at&t account so my mom called and added me as a user. Because it didn’t process through apple’s system, they wouldn’t allow me to pick up the phone. i walked over to at&t from the apple store and talked to one of the managers, Renee. She looked through her system and verified that I was indeed an authorized user on the account. She then told me that she’d walk over with me to the apple store and show them that her system proved I was eligible to pick up the phone. The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing!! Thank you SOOOO much for your help, Renee and 29th St Mall at&t employees!!!

We went in here just under an hour before they were set to close and were still helped quickly. James is who we worked with and he was great. He was honest with his opinions and not judgmental either. He helped set me up with a new iPhone quickly and made good conversation while we waited for things to load. The manager, Jake, led me to believe that purchasing a prepaid plan with unlimited data (which apparently only includes 10 GB for a month) was going to cost me $75. I needed a device to put the service on, which was $79. After a lot of back and forth, I decided to go for it. Then they told me that the total was going to be $100 more than the above prices. I wasted a LOT of time because of the misinformation given to me. I have had a number of similar experiences with ATT (including another representative who also misinformed us and did not respect social distancing in times of COVID). Definitely not worth the trouble. I am a lot happier with GoogleFi.

This was the worst customer service I have ever received in my entire life. I was confused and in distress because me and my dad were miscomunicating and I didnt understand the process of getting my new phone, I sat there for 3 HOURS trying to figure it out with my dad. The employees sat in the corner together talking to each other and playing with their phones, while I was on the verge of tears trying to figure it out myself. Not one of them tried to help me. When I complained to the manager she said, well if youre going to yell and cause problems than you need to leave and we wont sell you a phone after I had sat there for 3 HOURS. I got to work with Joe Shipley at AT&T Boulder. Joe is kind, friendly, and more than knowledgeable about the products that he sells and the plans that ATT offers. Joe helped me find a better plan, save some money, and upgrade my phone. The conversation was also great and the experience was wonderful overall! I love this store and the employees here, I have always left with my issues resolved! They also are taking the pandemic seriously by distancing at tables with plexiglass, wearing masks, using hand sanitizer, and taking all precautionary measures to provide a safe environment for their customers.

Would not recommend AT&T TV package. The streaming gets interrupted sometimes 8 times a day and sometimes 8 times in 10 minutes. Very annoying. This is despite the fact that I have very strong WiFi speed and connections.

I went into the store hoping to transfer my cell from one account to another. I already had the transfer approved. Zach ended up transferring my account into a single line account by myself- not at all what I asked for. I went in the next day to talk to the manager. She couldn’t figure out what was going on with my account and said “I can’t help you anymore, I don’t know how to help you”. She was blatantly mean and rude. We were visibly upset and frustrated so she turned her back to us and ignored us. She whispered to her employees and refused to help so we left. When I called customer service, they were shocked because Zach had put a 48 hold/freeze on my account so they couldn’t touch it. I had to wait 2 days and then call back again to complete the transfer. I still don’t know if Zach and Sam locked my account due to incompetence or if it was vindictive. Either way, Zach clearly doesn’t understand phone plans/technology and Sam shouldn’t work with humans. She might do better in a job with little to no human interaction.

I really appreciated the customer service I received here after dealing with a lot of support online and via web chat. The employees at this location worked with me to solve the problems I was having, and gave me a personalized solution that is working great. This AT&T store is terrible. I had such a bad experience that after spending Hours and several Days at this location with several issues, still getting no resolution. I had to call customer service and spend 2 hours trying to fix my issues. I also went to Longmont AT&T store and had a much better experience. I truly believe that management needs to be let go at this location and bring people in that know how to train these reps to do their job. Fast and Effectively. I will never go to this location again. I almost went back to Verizon, wow.

Made the mistake of switching from t mobile to att. On att network I cannot access my stock or bank account with out the pages timing out. On my Google business account it loads 6 out of 300+ photos. I need access to all photos to update my business profile. I need access to my stocks and banking. Cant believe a major and big carrier like at&t is inferior to a carrier like t mobile who is supposed to be bankrupt by next week. Thoroughly disgusted and this is gonna take some money to fix.

This location suffers from a complete lack of organization / management. Customers entering the store are ignored by staff and left to wonder when, if at all, theyll be helped.Of course the staff who are helping other customers cant be expected to interrupt what theyre doing to greet people coming in, but if theyre going to run an open floor shop a la Apple, they MUST have someone on point to let people know when they can expect to be helped.(Im writing this post while I wait for someone to acknowledge my presence.)

I cant concur with some of the negative reviews but I understand that they probably have a lot of employees there and who you deal with can change on a daily basis.I went in yesterday, 09/20/18, and talked to a lovely young woman with the name of Loaiza. She is relatively knew and since I had some specific requirements (first responder network) she consulted with her manager on some of the questions that came up. I much prefer that when you dont know the answer you go and get it instead of coming up with excuses or creative ways to get you back out the door. Shed be good in other jobs too. Anyway, good experience and while I am also a T-Mobile user I can happily say that I had a good experience here.

Three attempts to add lines. Hundreds of dollars in unnecessary charges. These clowns have no clue. Call customer service instead. Customer service refunded 300+ dollars. When I went in to have this problem resolved, before even taking my number and looking at my account, representative presumed to answer the problem without looking at his resources to give me an answer of the obvious. More of the self righteous people in Boulder are blessed with. Short story: Their store manager, Adam, is absolutely horrible, and has no business working there.Longer story: Before coming into this individual store, Id had a litany of problems with AT&T in the past, and had ended up with retention when calling into the customer service line. There, the retention woman had approved me for an upgrade to get out of the phone I was in, which had been causing me a number of issues.Id called this store beforehand to see if they could see retentions notes, and if it would be possible for me to come in, look through the phones, and do the upgrade there. The woman Id spoken to on the phone said yes.However, when coming into the store, I was told by a dark-haired gentleman that I - in fact - could not, and that my manager isnt going to approve it... I asked politely to speak to the manager, and tried as best I could to communicate to the man that it wasnt anything personal, and I wasnt angry.That changed however, once the manager - Adam - came over. Then I got angry. Why? Because instead of coming to me and explaining it, he marched over WITH the dark-haired gentleman and, more or less, told me that - since I couldnt remember the name of the woman Id spoken to over the phone - it probably never happened, and he didnt believe me. He then told me he wouldnt help, much to the chagrin of the employee who stood there smirking.A dreadful experience. Stay away from this place, and especially stay away from that store manager.

I am not one to typically complain but I experienced the worst service of my life today. I went in to get a new phone and was told I needed to be an authorized user, which they then could not explain how to do so. After asking THREE separate employees they all responded saying im not sure we have different software..... This is the easiest task that they could not help with and they were rude throughout the entire process. I have never been treated so poorly by customer service and I did not get a new phone

Do not do business with this location! Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I have just about had it with AT&Ts unfriendly store staff and the terrible wait time. I have been with AT&T for about 10 or more years and I have numerously change phones. This generation of store employees (esp. this location) are arrogant and very quick to place blame.I decided to go online and do some research on the various carriers before making my decision and in doing that I landed in an online chat with an agent that quite literally saved AT&T my business. I have found the online staff beyond friendly and professional. It is very sad to see two completely different sides of professionalism within the same company. I hope AT&T will soon put these store workers in their place. I also asked one of the employees why did this location have such a bad rating on Google and he responded that it is bad only because its written by customers that didnt get what they wanted, i.e. its was unwarranted. I now know the true reason for them based on my experience... BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made the mistake of switching from t mobile to att. On my att phone the data service is horrible I can not access my stock account or bank account due to att bandwidth issues. I can not update my Google business profile due to att bandwidth issues. I assumed that switching from a network near bankruptcy to one like att would be to my advantage. Boy was I wrong and now Im paying to switch back to t mobile.

Where to begin. They are so bad, it is a shame I cant give them 0 star. I decided to switch from Sprint to AT&T, to lower my phone bills. I paid of my phone that I was leasing from Sprint and went to this store to install a plan on the phone. Unfortunately, for my phone to be unlocked, Sprint needed my sim card to remain active, while the AT&T representative (Zoe Fleury) went ahead, deactivated it and got rid of it. It took me 2 days and 2 hour on the phone with Sprint IT to solve the matter. It is a shame these representative are so unqualified. Meanwhile, the online AT&T assistance is very effective. Dont bother go to this store for help.

I have been waiting for my online order for over a month and a half. I went into the store to try and resolve the situation. I told the associate about my problem and she told me there was nothing she could do and to call customer service. I told her I had spent over 20 hours on the phone the last week with customer service (which is true), her response was to verbally abuse me and say that this my problem because I ordered it online. I proceed to let her know that I live over 120 miles for any AT&T store. I then ask to talk to a manger, she then proceeds to verbally abuse me as well, saying there was nothing they can do. How can a company have no accountability? These people are absolutely the worst humans you could ever deal with!!!

The review would be negative given the choice. Inefficiency at its best. Had an appointment but still waited an hour. Walked in off the street and we o told it would be a nine minute wait...50 minutes later, they still have no idea of wait time. After 1:15 minute Zach was great. All else was a huge fail.

I spent 4 hours at this store on Saturday. Yep! My entire Saturday GONE. The manager, Heather was the one who “helped” us. My husband and I were due for our upgrade so we did a simple iPhone upgrade. Heather kept saying the stores bandwidth sucked which is why this was taking so long. Seriously? No one told us that the iCloud server was down which is what was causing such a delay with everything syncing and transferring.. we found this out after the 4 hours of looking at a frozen loading screen. I have lost all of my photos and videos because the backup I did was unsuccessful due to the servers being down. After ALL OF THIS NON SENSE, we leave. Only to realize my husbands phone does not have working AT&T service. We turn around and go back to the store and they tel us it can take 1-12 HOURS TO ACTIVATE SERVICE?!? This is 2018!! No way! We decided we weren’t getting anywhere and went to the AT&T in Thornton where the sales rep tells us they never activated the SIM card! Absolute incompetence. I am beyond disappointed by my experience here. Go to any other ATT store besides this one!!

Very disappointed with customer Service. I made a purchase and was told I had 30 days to return. I wanted to exchange the product and it was 4 days after the 15 day return police and with Christmas and New Year’s Day in between. Sam and Andrew were not willing to help me out with the exchange no matter what. I have this time period in my notes when I bought my I phone 11 and brought my service over from Verizon.
