Took my Phone in for repair. Was told it would take 3 days. When I came back three days later I was informed they did not have the part, they did not do the repair, and given my phone back. I was not given a new time, any explanation, or any notice that the phone wasnt going to be repaired ahead of time.Went three days without a phone for nothing. Garbage.
Daniel is top caliber in all things custom service! To be able to walk in, stressed and unaware of the issue to then receive my phone fixed in five minutes or less was amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this location and HIGHLY recommend Daniel to anyone! We love you guys!

Helpful staff, good communication and fast service. For certain repairs this is way better than brining in to Apple. The one issue is if there are a lot of people in line, they can only take care of 1 at a time usually, so the wait can be long. So I wait until it’s pretty empty to go in. Otherwise this place is great.One time they solved an issue I had with a monitor and didn’t charge me for it as it just required plugging in a loose internal wire. I appreciated that.

For the month of May, 2021: DO NOT TAKE YOUR DEVICE HERE. It will be trapped in limbo. Due to new ownership, they are severely understaffed. You will walk up to the front door and it will be locked. You will call and you will not receive an answer. You will visit the website and try to make an appointment and it will not seem possible to do so. Your device will be inaccessible to you. This business needs to get their act together. Might be better someday, who knows....
My phone had a dead battery and they were able to diagnose and fix it super easily. Everyone I talked to was friendly and answered all my questions. I really appreciated the transparency of the whole process.

I shipped my phone here from the Ubreakifix website. Turns out this location is temporarily closed and didnt accept my phone. Now my phone is stuck in UPS limbo. Calling the corporate never has been no help at all. Avoid this place at all costs!

The Team over at uBreakiFix Spruce Street location in Boulder went above and beyond to help me solve my technical issues regarding a water damaged iPhone XS. They even helped me salvage precious data from over the years that was lost due to the incident. If you ever get your “water resistant” phone completely wet, take it to uBreakiFix IMMEDIATELY. Apple will not help you. The team will tell you everything they can do which includes using their dehydrator to get your phone dry ASAP so they can go in and make sure everything is working. Screen replacements and part swaps are as affordable as can be and I would definitely recommend taking a trip to the store for any damaged parts in and on your smartphone! This location has always been great for my...extensive phone repair needs. Theyve always been able to take care of me quickly and affordably, and even on my most recent visit for a complicated issue with a dual-screen and currently unrepairable by anyone device, they were able to provide me consultation and info on what options I could look into. Brought in a laptop for them to clean as soda had been spilt on the keyboard. I knew everything worked, but I wanted them to clean the keyboard and fix the keys to not be sticky. Guy says they can do it and they take the laptop. Sat in the shop 5 days, get a call saying its ready. They didnt do anything. Informed me after that they dont clean keyboards, despite the fact that they took it in saying that they could. They also put a sticker on the laptop that does not want to come off, despite them also saying the sticker comes off.
Employees were very quick and prompt with keeping me informed with the item I brought in. Great customer communication that let me know what needed to be repaired with my item.

I went to get my iPhone XS repaired at ubreakifix Boulder about a month ago. It was $272 for the repair. They told me before I left that if they had installed the screen incorrectly, there would be a three month warranty to get it fixed for free. A few days after they fixed the screen, a small black bubble formed in the bottom right corner. I thought nothing of this & didn’t pay much attention to it. A few weeks went by & green lines started to form on the screen. Days went by and the lines continued to form until 1/4th of the screen was barely visible. I went back in. Told them what happened. They went to the back to discuss & told me that they weren’t going to fix the screen that they didn’t install correctly unless I gave them $200 more. Completely unprofessional, didn’t stick to their word or warranty. Either uses cheap parts or doesn’t install them correctly. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE.Reply to owner response: If you dont do your job correctly, you correct your mistake in honor of the customer. As I said before, the phone wasnt dropped or exposed to water in the 4 week period after you fixed it. The damage done to the phone appeared about three days after it was fixed.Im very curious, what does your warranty cover?

Absolute garbage products and service. Brought in an iPad to have the screen replaced in July 2020. New screen cracked within a few minutes after getting it home. Company refused to honor warranty, and told me to my face that there was no way the new screen had been defective or incorrectly installed. Go literally anywhere else!

I had absolutely terrible service from this place. I dropped an xbox one off with just a broken hdmi port and was quoted about 7 days and after 11 days had heard nothing and no progress was made. After 7 days I had heard nothing and called them to find they had not even made the effort to look at the xbox. After another 3 days a tech looked at it and needed a “second opinion” when the issue was clearly explained to them that it was just the hdmi. Absolutely horrible customer service, communication, and professionalism. I was never offered anything as response for the horrible service and even after calling multiple times asking the status all i was told was “it’s next in the queue” multiple times when it hadn’t been moved or looked at. When i called back annoyed about it the only thing that was said was “we can get it done within a week or so” after having left it there for 11 days already with no progress, i was never offered a discount or anything for the horrible service. If you want something done quickly and correctly absolutely do not go here the service was the worst i’ve experienced for an electronic getting fixed. Will never take another product here.
It’s never a good feeling to take a 5 star review to a 1 star but few businesses have been able to so completely fail in my experience that it felt warranted. I dropped off my iPad to be be fixed and was told it would be ready the next day by noon! After 4pm rolled around with no correspondence I reached out and was told they weren’t able to get to it but it would be ready the next day, again by noon. Once again, I heard nothing so I reached out again to be told that it turns out they had to order the part and it would take another 5ish days. They also insisted that they had called, but no voicemail or call showed up so it’s hard to believe them- they also say they will contact you via text with status updates, something that was never done. Given the number of other screen repair places around id avoid this location at all costs, even if it seems convenient. I’d specifically like to call out Grant and Emma for their poor communication and work and hope that no one will have to deal with what I’ve gone through in the future.Edit in response to “owner” reply: The info I provided was what the staff at the location told me, but only after I made the effort to contact them. Saying “we tried to communicate to best best of our abilities” is both amazing and pathetic since the only communication we had required me to reach out. The lack of ownership towards the mistakes both by the manager in the store, and in the response I got from the “owner” is a sad look for this business.The UBreakIFix location in Arvada on the other hand was phenomenal and I’d highly recommend the drive to avoid this location.

I left a 3xa Pixel phone to be fixed and they told me would cost $109 for the front and $99 for the back of I would do both would have a 25% discount on the back. Next day during pick up thewthe bill was over$400 - they were changing $309 for the front and $99 for the back not even giving the $25 discount. Manager was not there and they kept my phone until the next day becuase no one could fix the problem and their solution to their mistake was to install back the old screen and they could only deliver in the afternoon. New phone costs less than the fix, its a old version. I was a client before and loved their services, and recommended to friends, I guess we only truly know companies services and core values when they mess up and how they respond to the situation. 3x going there and loosing work hours only in exchange for frustration.

I recently broke my phone screen and while uBreakiFix did a good repair, I am very troubled by my experience.I called the day prior and confirmed the price and part availability. I showed up the next day and was provided a printed quote that matched the quote over the phone (plus tax). I left my phone with them and returned a few hours later. When I arrived they had me pay for my repair prior to returning my phone, except the price had increased by $100. I felt coerced into paying as it was the only way to get my phone back. I expressed my frustration and they lowered the price a bit, but I still paid more than the two quotes.They may have won this battle, but I will never use their service again and I hope others choose to avoid their store as well. I can only imagine how many others have been duped by these practices.
Had a broken Google Pixel screen, came in and was told the supplies to fix it would come in tomorrow (Thursday), so I figured Id come in Friday just in case. I left my phone with them, per their request, and came back Friday (keep in mind I dont have a car, so these trips are time-consuming). The employee said Yeah the company says itll take 1-3 days to get supplies, but it usually takes one. But this time we dont have it yet. I say, Fine...but I should get a loaner phone until then, so at least you can contact me when its ready. I leave, and HOURS after I get back they text me saying its ready. I cant leave again so I go back tomorrow. Its $140. I say fine, whatever, I just want it to be done. I give back the loaner phone, and the 2nd employee goes in the back with my phone and the loaner, I assume to switch back the SIM card. I pay, and leave, with a dead phone. I finally get home, to discover that the SIM card is not inside. I have made 4 trips, spanning a week at this point, and spent $140. This is ridiculous. I go back AGAIN, and they said Oh yeah, we destroyed it. THEY DESTROYED MY SIM CARD. I left, too frustrated to even talk to them, and headed home as it started to storm out. I asked a friend to call them since I clearly could not, and the employee essentially said Too bad. My friend was persistent, and eventually they gave in and said theyd email me for compensation. Its been a YEAR with no email. This is unacceptable. I expect at least a partial refund for this kind of reckless service.UPDATE: Despite the reply to this review, I have no compensation as promised and it is two years later. Never coming back, nor should anyone.

Terrible, terrible, terrible service. Poor quality, poor value, not professional, not responsive, ncompetent. I was told by phone that my cell phone problem (whether battery could be replaced) was a 10-minute job, giving the implication that it would be done rapidly, which is what I needed. But 48 hours later my 10-minute job had noyt yet been started!!!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible service. They then told me that it would take 3 days to do the 10-minute job!!!!!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!!
Super nice on the phone and then when I went in too. They didnt even charge me to take a look at my old JVC amp/receiver to see if a transistor or something blew, which it did, so now I know why I smelled something electrical burning in my home and enough smoke to trigger the fire alarm and had to call 911. So now I can rest assured that its safe to turn the other equipment back on. They didnt even charge me to recycle the old amp!

These folks are great! They gave me 2 options for fixing my phone (the easier one worked), and I felt no pressure to go with the other option. They were able to fix it while I waited and didnt charge me since the fix was easy and quick. Definitely recommend.
Brought my phone in for a new battery, as it wasnt lasting a full day any more. Quoted 2 hours. Contacted shortly after: when opening my phone, they broke the motherboard, and would have to replace it with a new one. Disappointing, but they made it right by obtaining a replacement very quickly, and not charging anything for the entire repair. Had a phone with entirely new internals 24 hours from the time I dropped it off.
Went in to do an insurance claim for a screen replacement. They then tried to push me into replacing the whole device because of a paint issue. I called samsung and they said this is not a standard practice. Its the stores descression, whether they feel the device would need a full replacement. So not only was what they were saying to me not true. But they simply were trying to put more money into the store with the replacement route.
My experience at this particular service center was not great. I give two stars for the convenient location and timely service only. I dropped my note 5 and broke the screen. When I wasn’t sure if I should fix my phone for $250 or buy a new phone, their attitude was “We are Samsung. Your phone will be as good as new”. So I decided to go ahead with a repair only to find myself bringing my “as good as new” phone 3 or 4 more times back to the store until it was finally working without any problems. They did not once apologized for the inconvenience.When I asked them about a shadow over the lit buttons, instead of looking into it, they responded “it was like that”. Yes, it was like that when they “fixed” the screen, which subsequently caused more problems. Instead of actually repairing the problem, they try to replicate the problem and if the problem does not happen (it appeared randomly) they just give me back the phone so that I would have to bring it back again!They finally replace some parts last time I visited which removed the shadow over the touch buttons which seems to be the cause of the other problem randomly occurring. This proves their lack of professionalism.If they were nice and sincere about their service, i would not be so bitter. However, it was not the case.
As other posters have said, Brian is great to work with. Took my PC and within 24 hours had the issue figured out (whereas I spent many, many hours over the previous 4 days trying to figure it out.) Ill definitely keep these guys in mind when I have my next computer flare-up.
Customer service doesnt get better than this.I spilled liquid on my brand new iPhone 6s. Read online reviews for this shop and took it to them. They told me a free diagnostics will be done in 48-hours and theyll get back to me. Within 24-hours they called me for an update and told that my screen was faulty. A replacement screen was for $130.00 and they were gonna do some more tests.Called back five hours later, apologized for the delay and told everything else works fine. The replacement screen has some minor fault so they replaced it with another screen and I can pick my phone up. I told them I might be late. They told me to give them a call and they can stay open for 10-15 minutes extra for.Are the they cheapest in the town? No.Do they have the best service? Absolutely.
I went in around 4 pm to get help with my broken iphone screen but did not file my insurance claim properly so I would have had to pay 4x what it should have been. They said I could return later after resolving the issue, which I did. Upon returning about an hour later they refused to serve me because it was too late because they close at 7. I explained to them that I was there earlier and was told to come back and they pretty much told me too bad. Boooooo 👎

My PC laptop short circuited on a Sunday morning and I was concerned with whether the laptop would be able to be recovered and how much Id be charged. Luckily uBreakiFix was prompt, professional, and transparent about the whole process! They said itd be 2 days for diagnostics because they had a lot of other equipment to work on, but they were able to fix the problem within a couple hours! And because it was an easy fix they didnt charge me anything! I also overheard them telling another customer that they allow you to shop around and often match the price of competitors, which is really great.

Overall very positive experience. Lately my Pixel was experiencing charging issues. Google support told me to take it in to get the port replaced after some general troubleshooting over the phone. I walked into uBreakIfix and spoke with Lee who quickly fixed my issue right then and there without needing to replace my port! Im overall very satisfied and highly recommend them!

Brought my laptop in that would not start due to water damage. Stone did a free diagnostic and found that one of my RAM sticks had failed. I asked if he could remove the failed stick to get the PC running again and he did so completely free of charge! The service and response time was very fast and all staff members which I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this shop to my friends and family when they need any type of device repair or replacement work done!
Great, fast service. My only complaint was the cost. I was surprised that replacing the glass and LCD on a galaxy s7 edge was $400. Employee explained almost all of that cost was parts and not labor, still a bit shocking though

Spilled boiling hot tea all over my laptop and brought it in an hour later. It had be crashing and a handful of buttons were permanently engaged. Very good experience so far. Dropped off a phone that wouldnt turn on. They looked at it for free and then let us know they could fix it but that the manufacturer was also really good about sending new phones even if it was past warranty. Gave us some tips on contacting them and we did. Three days later we got a new free phone in the mail. They could have easily said $100 and we will fix it but they looked out for our best interest and that will keep us coming back anytime we need to.
We were so pleased with our experience with UBreakiFix! Our PC needed repair. First, they told us there would be no charge for the diagnosis which was huge given the age of our PC. Then our issue turned out to be minor and they didnt even charge us for the repair. We will definitely be using uBreakiFix in the future and will be recommending them to our friends!
These people are great and very knowledgeable. fixed my phone in half a day and I didnt even make an appointment, but I suggest that you make an appointment just out of respect to them, and because appointments have higher priority. they even went out of their way to put a screen protector on for me.

Needed a battery replacement for my iPhone SE. Called three Best Buys and they didn’t have one, Apple Store needed an appointment and Batteries Plus wanted $90. Called this shop and was in and out with a new battery in an hour for $50
3rd time using them, great every time.
Brought in my Galaxy S6 with problems with fuzzy front camera, loose charging port, and flaky home button. They were able to fix first two issues just by cleaning (which presumably involved opening up the back or front to clean the camera lens from the inside), and they didnt charge me a dime for it. The third issue involved replacing the screen, which wouldve cost more than the phone was worth, so I declined that, but I appreciated that they were up front with it.All the techs I talked to seemed very knowledgeable. I wouldnt hesitate to do business with them again, and highly recommend them.

Wow! Cannot say enough good things about uBreakiFix! I was told I had to purchase a new phone by two different stores. Took it in to uBreakiFix and they were able to repair it without an issue and the repair price was super reasonable. So amazed and very happy to say the least!
This has been by far the most aggravating customer service experience I have ever had. I took my phone in to have the screen replaced due to a crack. When I returned 6 hours later, I was informed that it was broken further in the process( fingerprint scanner was disconnected). I understand mistakes happen, not a big deal. They then told me I have to have my phone sent to Samsung to get repaired and they would give me 10% off the original screen repair( about $25 discount). BUT I have to now be without my phone for going on 2 weeks. After talking to the manager, they said they would just do the repair for free( Samsung ended up doing it ). Now i just found out that they gave UPS the wrong address and it will take yet another couple days to get here. Very disappointing experience to say the least. A routine screen replacement that should have taken hours has turned in to a month long waiting game! If you make a mistake as a company you should be willing to do what it takes to right that wrong. I have heard good things about the company but I experienced the complete opposite. Shame.
Ive had two batteries and and a screen repaired at ubreakifix Boulder. Lee and Gavin and the staff were friendly and easy to talk to and explained the repair process. The repairs took about two hours each. (Yes, you have to live w/o your phone for that long)!. Amazing how a new battery makes your old phone feel like new again...
I shattered my iPhone 5 yesterday, which also broke most of my display. I was able to bring it in today, expecting i pick it up tomorrow(what they said when I called yesterday)but they were able to fix it and have it back to me within an hour and a half.So far no problems, so Im very pleased!
Cheaper to get them to replace an S8 screen than to buy the screen and the tools from official retailers. They changed my screen in under two hours, which was great. I had to provide my unlocking mechanisms to them though so they could test the phone, and I really was not at ease with that.
Brought an external hard drive in because my laptop wasnt recognizing it. Was given a pamphlet to Drive Savers. They didnt even plug it in to see if they knew what the problem could be, just sent me on my way.
Very helpful and friendly. Everybody there knows what they are doing. If you are getting a part fixed, be sure to put a deposit down so you can still use it in the meantime. Other than a long wait period, but that was due to USPS, I was extremely happy at what they did.
Adam store manager is great to work with. Extremely customer service oriented. Set expectations and delivered against them. Fast, efficient and truly a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for broken or damaged devices. Have come here multiple times.
