I went with my daughter, we were the only people in the store besides the 2 employees. the vibe was very awkward and uncomfortable as we were looking for a certain game and a couple gifts... the 2 employees literally stalked and followed us throughout the small sqft of the store. it was literally so uncomfortable I couldnt wait to just leave. I actually wish we didnt purchase a single item because of the employees behavior but my daughter spent almost $100. I dont understand why they acted like that to us, but Ill never return to that store again. ✌🏻

This is my favorite gamestop. Ive met all the staff there now and theyre all so helpful. If they dont have an answer to my question theyll find someone who does or theyll figure it out! Ive noticed they deal with a lot of very rude customers, I was just in there this morning and someone was shaming the manager working there because of a price change. He was awful to this poor girl. Anyway, she didnt even let him phase her she kept talking to guests and giving information as best as she could. When it was my turn I set my stuff down and she took her time taking off the security tags and mentioning the anime on the shirt I bought for my son making it really simple to follow. I wish retail workers could take tips. Cant wait for my next visit to this gamestop 😀

I bought two wii games from this store, Super Mario Galaxy and Mario Kart.I played through the whole Super Mario Galaxy game, but whenever I tried to play the final mission, it would freeze and a error would pop up on the screen. So I literally can’t beat the game.With Mario Kart, I didn’t get to play it once. I had the disc in a safe place for two weeks while I played Mario Galaxy, and by the time I tried to play, it didn’t even get past the loading screen.Nothings wrong with my wii, every other game works great on it. This store just gave me bad overpriced copies of the games.

I didnt even get to go into the store to experience anything better than what I experienced over a 30 second phone call. I called with the intent of putting an oculus quest 2 on hold and buying it within the hour. I drove all the way from Broomfield to get this. Megan was the employee who answered the phone and very sharp with me. I wanted to leave my name and wanted to know how many they had, not wanting to waste my time if yall had done, and she was so rude in answering both questions. She told me she couldnt give me information on inventory of that product and did not want my name. Her tone was apathetic and careless I felt like I didnt even call a real store. Unbelievable. Totally made me absolutely not want to meet this employee in person and buy the oculus I wanted. I was 100% coming to get it and that employee completely turned me off from it. Never coming to Boulders Gamestop ever.

This was the hardest location to find and park. My GPS had me going through all kinds of parking lots and I had to turn around 3 times just to get near the correct spot. When I entered, I wasnt greeted until after the employee finished helping two other people which took about 10 minutes. When I finally got to ask about consoles, I find out they are out of stock and have no idea when more will come in. Maybe my timing was off, but I will be finding a different place to make my purchase.

Employees lie and try to make you buy extra stuff. I went to buy a switch and the employee outright refused to sell it to me unless I bought a $475 bundle with a bunch of extra accessories I didnt need. I turned around, bought it through the gamestop website, and was able to buy it online just fine without the extra stuff. He claimed Nintendo required that switches be sold as a bundle which is outright false; no other retailers have this restriction and if it truly were a requirement from Nintendo theyd only sell the bundles on their website, not the lone switches. Avoid this dishonest store.The employee also heavily pushed an expensive gamestop subscription which I didnt want.

Our two young girls just learned about Pokémon, so we took them to GameStop to get some cards. In only a few minutes the lovely young man at the counter was giving them tips, showing them packs and patiently answering all of their questions. They left with cards but more importantly a feeling of being seen and heard. Thank you GameStop team!

I didn’t catch her name yesterday but she was beyond kind and knowledgeable. She was the only one working with a handful of customers in the store and she did such a great job describing pros and cons of the the products. I also over heard her informing all the customers before me of all the savings available from their accounts and some people wound up leaving with a bunch of extra goodies because of this. If I could leave more than five stars I would.Would also like to add she did an AMAZING job dealing with a difficult customer. Thanks again guys. Always a positive experience with y’all.

The manager and employees of this GameStop have been nothing but really helpful to me. I tend to just stroll in sometimes just to ask some questions on upcoming releases and they are always eager to answer to the best of their ability.

Way over priced compared to eBay but we spend our money here for the once dependable advice and physical options.Alissa neglected applying or even suggesting use of our termendus accumulation of account credits and aimlessly recommended games without _any_ knowledge or personal experience with them, what so ever.She made us feel pressured and rushed us out of the store, we wanted so much more then what we left with.Alissa really shouldnt be working there, she has no passion for the business and next to zero regard for the customers as she uses a snobby, practically monotone attitude every time we visit. The tall guys attitude was completely dictated by his colleagues pretentious behavior. Not good.After being loyal customers for many years, well no longer be giving our business to this store so long as the staff remains as it is.Underwhelming customer service is a bloody shot in Game Stops foot, it should be no surprise as to why sales are very likely suffering.Boulder used to be a place of radiance and prosperity but its been getting rapidly snuffed out by conceited, narcissistic personalities.Whoevers hiring these people should pay attention to those who smile often and display a strong history of gaming far beyond the basic bare minimum interest.If theyre up to date with any kind of gaming events like release dates, conventions and possess knowledge thats at least current with the Game Stop magazine subscription, then you know that person is an avid gamer worthy of the position.Many of the thousands of nearby C.U. students will be infinitely more qualified then the two people in the store that night and they wont negate 98% of gaming demographics.Gaming is just getting started, hire people who act like it.

I called about exchanging a broken elite controller and was informed that this location had two available for which I could swap out the broken one. I arrived to the location after an extremely long day, and I am told that not only are they out, but that the last one was sold the same day.I was told that one of the two would be put on hold, but without any heads up, I went out of my way to be told that there were none available, and none of the newer elites were in stock either. Yikes.

I have a pre order a month over due. Every time I call Im given attitude, no solutions or answers and the guy I talk to is very rude. I wouldnt recommend this location or game stop as a whole. Horrible customer service.

I stopped by 12/9/17 during the afternoon, the guy working there (i forgot his name) was super friendly and polite. I asked him questions regarding the games i wanted, he took his time helping me, I never felt rushed or pressured into buying things . instead he helped me into making the best decision regarding the games i wanted and the xbox. I was very happy with my buying experience. I also saw some other cool stuff which i will buying in the near future. great friendly customer service. I dont know if he was the owner or employee. but if he was an employee, the owner of this business should know the gem of an employee you have. I will definitely be coming back.

The employees have always been friendly to me and have been open to talking about upcoming games and releases on a casual level. I have never had any bad experiences here and have participated in many of the 10p.m. releases. Although I do not sell my used games at GameStop, I do enjoy the pre-order benefit they offer with new games and how well-organized their 10p.m. releases are.

Thee guys here are without a doubt awesome. Traded my old 500gb ps4 with a harley quinn skin, they gave me hell about it due to its rarity. Nevertheless the bros here at this paticular gamestop executed friendly, down to 🌍 service and answered some tech and upcoming product inquiries i had for them. Rare to have workers so involved with thier customers. Definitely a ➕ that staff answer any questions with knowledgeable support. Thanks for everything guys.

The guys that work this store are absolute morons. Not sure how you can work at a gameing store with no ability to tell customers about a product because they dont have live/psn.They lie about when they are expected to get products in. I went in last week asking about the SNES Classic and they told me to check in a couple weeks. Go in today and while im browsing, theyre telling the person at the counter Black Friday is the expected date. But to feel free to call everyday to check.Theyre running a sale, 4 used games $17.99 or under for $40. I grab my 4 games, 1 of those being under $10. Only one games pro member pricetag (been a pro member since I was a kid) was $17.99. The other 2, around $15. After getting to the counter they pull out this $65 price tag.NEVER AGAIN GAMESTOP

Its great. You people are morons who say The staff are not good or helpful. Every time I go there I have a good experience. There was this one guy in the reviews that said that his Steam Cards didnt work. Well I buy my ROBLOX,Animal Jam, and Minecraft Cards there and they do work. If the code is already used before you even got to use it just go back and tell them you want to exchange this card for another bc it didnt work.

The trespasses of Gamestop in my life are numerous and unending, which is why I stopped shopping at this store eons ago. But due to unfortunate circumstances they actually had a chance to make a sale off of me because some of my switch games were stolen and I was in a bind. I go to the store, the guy in front of me is talking slow and taking forever like hes some sort of idiot, but I have to wait on him because he has to think out loud and not in his brain which is what most people do.Its finally my turn to be assisted, I ask for the game that was stolen from me, the system says theres 1 copy left, so the guy starts looking for it. Long story short, he blames the new guy for not being able to find it. So it seems that Gamestop still doesnt understand the meaning of the word integrity. With that being said, Im still hoping youll never see another cent from me. Tell Brandon who interviews people and probably works at the headquarters in Grapevine, TX to go [verb] his [relative] in the [noun].
