Found what I needed and staff were efficient. Seemed like they had a small inventory compared to other stores.

The exchange process wasnt smooth.When we asked about the last date to exchange or return, the store person said 28th and never mentioned about matching the price or higher during the exchange.The worst part was the staff. They were very impolite and when asked for the exchange, their attitude was mostly like either buy more or leave the store. Not all the staff were impolite, I really look forward spirit halloween to make their service more customer centric in the future.

The staff was polite, helpful, and professional. I found some things I didnt know I needed!!
