We had a Halloween party at our co-working space and Kilwins provided the most delicious caramel apples for us. Amazing job!

Loved everything we picked up, from the apples to the dipped cookies... the turtle roll was just a bit too heavy. The servers are very helpful and patient!

The staff was most courteous and there was a huge variety of ice cream flavours. I got a Cappuccino chocolate scoop with some hot fudge added on top and it was delicious. There is a huge variety of tempting candy and sweets as well as fudge in a variety of flavours that you can buy by weight. I sampled some Kilwin mud fudge and it was scrumptious in that small a bit.

Smores ice cream was great.

The ice cream was okay. I ordered sprinkles on my cone. Typically, anywhere you go, the icecream gets covered in sprinkles, when you order them. I paid extra and what I got was a joke. A tiny bit on the top and that was all. I was going to post a pic, but didnt see anywhere to attach a one.

All of their goodies look delicious. The fudge is pretty darn good. There are so many amazing choices, I am going to have to become a regular so I can try everything. I think the ice cream is next on my list list. On top of all of the amazing chocolate and sweets, the staff is almost just as wonderful. The young lady who was helping me was extremely patient with me and very kind. Will definitely be back!

Best ice cream place in Denver!

Came in here during the annual fairy festival with my daughter like we do every year. While standing in line my 5 year old daughter picked up a chocolate bunny, told me how cute she thought it was and set it back on the shelf. The bunny then tumbled off the shelf and onto the floor. She picked it up, placed it back on the shelf only to realize the head of the bunny had broken off. This upset her as she’s 5 years old. Minutes later a male employee approached us with broken bunny in hand and said we had to pay for it. It’s chocolate, not crystal! Absolutely ridiculous. Two small scoops of ice cream and the required chocolate bunny totaled $38!!!!! Such a rip off. This place will no longer receive my business. Don’t fill your shelves with wobbly chocolate shaped bunnies (clearly marketed towards young children) and then get upset when one gets broken.

I had fast, friendly service at Kilwins. The saleswoman let me sample the fudge. Thursday was 2-for-1 fudge day, so I bought a slice of chocolate fudge for me and a double chocolate fudge for my sister. After the sale, the saleswoman started to explain that the fudge can be kept for two weeks at room temperature, and for several months in the freezer. Apparently, you shouldnt keep fudge in the refrigerator. Does anyone really keep fudge that long? Well, Kilwins has stools & a counter where I avoided all risk by promptly eating all of my fudge. It wasnt the best fudge I have ever eaten (I prefer homemade), but it was very good. The shop was very clean, and you can see them make the fudge if you happen to go at the right time (I didnt). Its definitely worth stopping by if youre on Pearl Street, especially on a Thursday!

Weve only been here twice, but were impressed! New Orleans butter pecan and the coconut ice creams are amazing. You can even split your scoop! Staff is friendly, store is clean, and the chocolates are excellent. Prices are fairly high but it is Pearl street. Absolutely worth a try!

Tasty bites for the holidays

Been a big fan of Kilwins in Ft Collins for years. Was pleasantly surprised to see a store on Pearl Street Mall.The experience, AND the Ice Cream, were just as good. The best staff and the greatest Ice Cream.Both stores manage to give the impression that they are one off local stores. GREAT!

Cant get to Mackinac Island for my favorite fudge ever but Kilwins you are just as tasty!

The people who work here are so nice! Not only that but the fudge melts in your mouth, the ice cream is amazing and light, and dont even get me started on their hot chocolate! If you ever want hot chocolate come here first!

Scoops are large and a bit pricey. The Traverse City cherry is my favorite!

YUM! I freaking love this place!! The best fudge, chocolate and ice cream ever with multiple varieties and friendly people working there.

Ice cream is very rich, and the staff was helpful. Ice cream doesnt have as much stuff as I was expecting (nuts, cookie dough peices). Not much seating if you want to stay inside, but if the weather is nice there is seating along the mall.

Friendly service, lots of flavors to chose from and samples. I prefer organic ice cream with no artificial flavoring or colorings. I dont know if one exists on Pearl Street.

What more do I need to say, than Kilwin’s! In my opinion, it is one of the best ice cream parlors/candy shops in the country. After a bunch of walking and activity for the day, this was the perfect treat in which to indulge. The shakes are out of this world, especially the Toasted Coconut Chip. This trip to Kilwin’s I got a scoop of the Toasted Coconut Chip & a scoop of Chocolate Peanut Butter. Very friendly staff that were pleasant to chat with and kindly offered some fudge to sample. A definite must to stop here when you are in the area.

Edit 5-18 After a fudge mix-up, I was able to get the right kind, and enjoyed it thoroughly. The manager at Kilwins was extremely friendly and helpful, and Im glad I was able to have such a positive experience at Kilwins in Boulder. Thanks again!(5-14) I realize that some of this was on me for not checking the box before I left the store, but last night, I sampled some peanut butter chocolate fudge and then asked to buy a half pound of turtle fudge. I was looking forward to eating the turtle fudge, which I adore, but when I opened the box today, it was the peanut butter chocolate fudge, which I didnt ask for, and it was all dried out because it hadnt been wrapped properly. In all, pretty disappointing and not a great use of $10.

You know youre in for a treat. Fudge samples greet you. Watch them pour the fudge on table and slice. Friendly staff are ready to help you try a taste of icecream. Cant decide? Theyll offer to divide a scoop between two flavors. A bit pricey but the quality is worth it. Homemade fudge, chocolates and icecream in a clean well staffed shop. Shouldnt be missed while on the Pearl St mall.

Unless you want to pay 11$ for a damn milkshake Id highly recommend you dont go here. They bamboozle ya by giving samples of fudge and icecream and by not have any prices marked anywhere.

Service is great. Ice cream is OK, but there are far better options in Boulder, many of which are not brought in from a factory in Michigan. Chocolate is expensive, so I havent tried it.

+1 for the toasted coconut ice cream. Rich and smooth coconut ice cream with chocolate covered toasted coconut flakes. Yum.

I go regularly for the great ice cream, although others rave about the fudge, etc. The ice cream is wonderful - very creamy and tasty, the best to be had anywhere in Boulder.

RJ, his staff and the most delicious, silky smooth fudge make this shop a treat for any and all who visit. I have been into the store on multiple occasions and I have had an excellent experience every time. Most recently, I accidentally left my wallet (which had quite a bit of cash inside) on the counter. Thanks to a Good Samaritan and the help of RJ, it was returned to me. I appreciate the friendliness and honesty of Kilwins. It is worth the 40 minute drive for delectable delights, smiling faces and entertaining street performers. I would urge everyone to visit here any chance they get. Keep up the good work Kilwins Boulder!

When my significant other saw that Kilwins opened on Pearl Street she just about swooned. Kilwins is a classic Michigan fudge shop, and she knew this from her vacations up north. Their toasted coconut ice cream is her favorite ever. Im a fan of their chocolates too. When we walked in, they were making fudge, and the man muscling it around the table cut off a piece and handed us freshly made fudge.
