I needed to print something for my doctor and went to FedEx on the way to my appointment. Their hours were listed incorrectly on line, and I hurried over to UPS Store. Elijah helped me very efficiently while he was multitasking and I got it done under the wire. It really bailed be out. I am so grateful

Grade = F-Astonishing incompetence.The entire store was being run by one young kid who had no idea how to run the store or how to send a package. I waited a long, long time while he tried to help a guy send an international package to Canada. I told that customer that he could have delivered his package faster if he drove it there himself.Finally, I lost confidence in the kids ability to process a package without screwing it up, so I picked up my heavy package and lugged it all the way back to my car and drove across town to another shipper. I was afraid the kid would lose my package or somehow screw it up.Complete failure of leadership to place the store into the hands of a young kid with no experience.
Will continue to ship my packages here! Customer service is fantastic, they are respectful, patient, calm and kind. Jesus was especially helpful and even under the pressures of the busy holiday season, went out of his way to help me, and wish me a happy holiday! He and the other members of the UPS staff are knowledgeable and very helpful! They are extremely organized and their store is neat and orderly, locating my package was surprisingly fast amongst the mountain of packages. Simply the best UPS in Boulder!
There have been multiple times now that I came by during business hours and no one was there. One of the times the store was open, lights were on, and there wasn’t a single employee in the building. I waited for over 10 minutes and no one showed up.

Holy smokes that was easy. I came in with my young kids to do an Amazon return and I needed to get a box to fit the item I was returning. The woman who helped me just had me put the item on the scale, gave me my total and said Ill take it from here. If only everything could so easy!
Just stopped by to send a few packages. It’s busy given the holiday season, but the guys in there were working efficiently and keeping the line moving. Jesus was the fellow helping me and he was awesome! Very patient and calm as I searched for the proper labels, and super helpful, lending me a dolly and giving advice on how much to wrap one cumbersome package. I stopped by a couple of the other locations which were higher rated first, but they were on campus tucked away in buildings and all had stairs to access, which was tricky with the packages. This one is a walk-in right off the parking lot which was helpful, and great customer service.

Stopped by this store on my way through town. Had some stuff I needed packaged and shipped! Jesus and Cassidy were really helpful and got my package packed up nice and tight! They made packing really easy and the whole process very painless!
OVERCHARGED: March 2021: I had a ski boot bag sent from UPS Baseline Store to NJ. the cost of a 27 lb bag with $1,000 ins cost $219. I payed it but later questioned the excessive cost. I re-costed the bag being shipped back to Boulder with all the same information. Would have been $112.65.... The owner of the Boulder location tried to consistetly justify the cost. Would not of course admit to overcharging. This store charge $47.00 for the cost of the carton and the bubble wrap.. The cost to do the same from NJ back to Boulder would be $20.00 .... So, long and short be careful dealing with this location as well as their other location in town. The UPS locations on campus have nothing to do with this owner. Buyer beware!APRIL 5... I have had several conversations with the store owner... he was nice enough to refund me back $25.00 and also a $25.00 store credit... I felt the owner was fair and tried his best to remedy the problem...Thank you for you help ...

Today I came in to drop off several Amazon items to be returned. I didnt realize that one of them needed to be boxed because the others didnt. Instead of charging me for a box or sending me home to box it myself, the gentleman offered to box it for me at no charge! I also noticed a large banner that the franchise was purchased by new owners. Judging by previous negative reviews, the service here is now night and day better! Thanks a lot for saving me a trip ☺️

I was surprised that the ratings werent higher, then reading those one star reviews, I realized people just wanted free tape, which hasnt been free for a number of years now even at usps, just buy a roll and you can enjoy it for all future shipping needs instead of complaining to google, sheesh!
Really like this store since they have gotten new management. Jesus and Cassidy are such friendly individuals who will help any customer with their shipping needs. Even during the craziest time of the year they still do an amazing job which is hard to say for the majority of mail stops. These workers really give their best effort and I will be back because of them! I had to ship a few fragile items and they made sure were delivered in one piece! Highly recommend this location.

I am very surprised that the average review of the UPS Boulder Baseline Store isnt much higher! I have a good experience every time I drop off packages here (almost weekly). The owner (Priscilla?) is always courteous and very efficient with me and with other customers. If theres a line (which is rare), I never have to wait long. Im in and out in less than a minute as soon as its my turn at the counter. Its a very well run operation.
I went here to print a two-page document. First, I was told I had to use their computer, which is a $2.00 fee. The computer is old as molasses and runs Windows NT. I dont know if it was the computers configuration or what, but I couldnt use 2FA to get into my email account, so I had to change the password.I then heard the woman at the counter take a phone call. It mustve been on speaker because I could clearly hear the man who called. He was trying to check if he had a package. The woman was very short & rude with him. He had patience and tried to ask nicely, providing his last name. The second he finished giving her his last name she immediately said, no package. I heard the man respond with You are very rude and should work on your customer service.If youve got another UPS store nearby, Id try that one. The woman who apparently runs this store and works there all the time is not very nice or helpful.In response to Kayas note below: Im always willing to give things a second try. Happy to come back in if I have needs in the future 👍.

Wow!, what a change! New people/management. Came in after I saw the line go out the door go down within 10-15 minutes. It seems like both the gentleman and young lady working the counter with boxes piled next to them and to the side of them, kept it under control and professional. They told me that they were new and have lots to catch up on, they’re building a new rep from scratch. Be patient with them as they are still getting things in order while being in one of the most busiest time of the year. Thanks cheers!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have been a customer for many many years and have only VERY POSITIVE things to say about this particular UPS store and the people who run it, very professionally. Priscilla clearly works incredibly hard and ALWAYS goes out of her way to meet customer needs quickly, efficiently, and always with a warm and friendly attitude. I receive mail there, including many packages, and have never had to worry about any piece of mail being lost or misplaced. I also appreciate all the extra care taken to ensure customer safety during the pandemic. As I said, I have been a customer for many years, stopping by very frequently, and I cannot think of a single thing to improve! CONSISTENTLY EXCELLENT ( and well above typical) customer service--I would definitely recommend!
Terrible service. Person at the front wouldnt even let me get out a whole sentence before interrupting me to tell me Im wrong and how shes been in the industry 14 years. Decided to just leave and called UPS and upon being able to explain the ENTIRITY of the situation, they said the store should have been able to help. Had I been given a chance to talk and explain I couldve accomplished what I needed to do at this store. Going to another store to deal with it though. Store was nice and clean, only negative was the lady working the desk. Doesnt matter how long youve been in the industry if you cant talk to people.

I’ve had such impeccable service and kindness from the owner of this store. She is conscientious and makes sure the customer gets what they need. Often times it has nothing to do with her, if Amazon is screwing up stuff! I see that’s truly what these negative ratings are on the site. I’ve receive respect and understanding from the owner, explaining the situation and telling me what I can do if Amazon has messed up an order. She is efficient in returning an item. I am grateful for her sincerity and help. I go back to her because she is excellent at what she does and I respect her knowledge & appreciate her honesty, promptness, of service personality!

Charged me two dollars to use two strips of tape, demanded that I pay at least three dollars to use the debit machine, when I’ve selected an item that cost $1.09 also demanded that I now pay $1.99 for the item marked $1.09 because she “forgot” to update the price. False advertising. I’m embarrassed for these people —that’s no way to run a business. Its certainly way to make sure people don’t want to come back.
EDIT: I went here the other day and had such a good experience I decided to revise my review (the old review is still posted below)- I really didnt like the old owner of this store, but ever since its been under new management its greatly improved! Like theres this big guy that works there most days, and hes extremely helpful and nice! The other day I was behind this old woman in line who literally spent at least five whole minutes berating him about how complicated the mail system is, (as if hes the reason why the mail is so complicated? Smh ) and he continued to have the patience of a saint, still trying to help her as much as possible. So I would definitely make this your main UPS store in Boulder now!OLD REVIEW: So I had to get a form notarized and the worker was very curt with me. Not rude, just cold. the whole ordeal was strange. But service was fast and it was nice only having to pay five dollars to get my form notarized, so I appreciated that.

If you read through the bad reviews and the answers the owner is providing (rarely apologies, no soft language), you realize how unfitted this person is to serve customers. I had a package dropped off here and went to pick it up only to find they’re closed. This was an emergency shipment that I had taken to a store so that I wouldn’t miss it, and now I’m screwed. It’s astounding they don’t staff their store any better than to have the entire operation revolve around 1 employee.

Absolutely abysmal service all around. Decided to get an important package delivered here because it was listed as a UPS Access Point. They were somehow unable to deliver it on a Monday at noon. I spoke to four UPS employees, including the store owner - who just told me to call corporate -, and no one was able to tell me where my package was. I asked everyone to please just deliver to my address instead, but they went to the store again the next day. This time, Kim at the UPS Store received it - as there is a proof of delivery - but refused it two minutes later, causing it to be returned to the sender. I again spoke to multiple people and went to the store, where she told me: I only receive packages for customers with mailboxes. I dont know why the store is listed as an Access Point. Sometimes the driver signs for my packages.This is beyond incompetent from everyone involved.
Store clerk refused to tape my label for an amazon return, instead telling me that i could buy their tape and do it myself or return later with my own tape. I have done this numerous times at this ups store and others without this poor customer service. She was curt, rude, barely understandable due to her broken english and also refused to give me her name or the store managers name so i could register my complaint. Luckily, a nice customer let me use his tape dispenser. Amazon also gives the option of paying a dollar for ups to generate the label, but she didnt offer that. She is in the wrong job.

I live less than 1/2 mile away.I go in and ask how much to ship a package to Colorado Springs?It’s 17# exactly and the size of this box ( one of their boxes) The lady tells me she’s not allowed to share that information. I said, you have to be kidding me? Just give me a ballpark so, I can share with my client.“We are not allowed” exact words.I’m not of the habit of a bad review. Matter of fact. Don’t think I’ve ever done this to a company.This is horrific service.

Atrocious customer service. The young woman working here was on a bizarre power trip. She clearly hates her job and was unhelpful and condescending. She needs supervision and should not run the store by herself. Just spare yourself the insult and go to any other UPS location. Customer service employee was not just unhelpful; she was rude and met my frustration by actually provoking me. I brought in an Amazon return and she refused to take it because the bag wasn’t sealed (because I previously opened it). All it needed was some tape but she said I need to take it, leave, and seal it or buy packaging from them. First, this was not in compliance with Amazon policy. And second, she wouldn’t even give me tape to seal it. Then she became even more rude and I asked, “Why are you making this worse?” As I got angry she said repeatedly and with clear intent to provoke, “Thank you, God Bless you!” I don’t go to the UPS store to have someone push their religion in my face. And will never go to that one again.
Shocking to see all of the negative reviews for a superb business, of which I had the pleasure of dealing with over a year plus.Some of you adults need to relinquish your sense of entitlement, which you conveniently allude to as customer service. If you forgot to tape up your package because youre ultimately a lazy, unconscientious person, thats on you; same logic applies to the person who didnt print and affix an amazon return label onto their package, you have only yourself to blame for your unpreparedness. Thats not even the worst part: how can you be so presumptuous to have the audacity to insist you are still in the right even after you are proven at fault?Also, why would any business offer a product or service free of charge/ pro bono if it is simultaneously for sale, i.e. tape, computer usage, etc? Furthermore, these are not exceptions to the case whereby goodwill on behalf of this business is warranted: i.e. tape your stuff, you arent special in a business where you are expected to tape your stuff.Anyways... I recently had a package returned back to this store (with missing items) after I shipped it from here. This store contacted me via phone asap regarding the issue, had me come in to file a claim, had me give some info regarding the contents of the package, and the rest was taken care by the store. I was cut a check as soon as UPS authorized them to do so. 15mins of my time for something that took weeks on their part.Professional, personable, and punctilious.Highly recommend and will continue doing business with.
Not sure why the reviews are so bad for this office. I think this is one of the better UPS places I’ve been to. There is one Asian lady who works here frequently and I think she is very nice and very efficient. She does a great job. My packages have never been lost. The shipping for UPS is more expensive than USPS but ups does a better job at shipping faster and not losing packages. I’ve used usps in boulder so many times and in the past year they have lost 5 packages. And they don’t even refund you or apologize. Ups has lost none of my packages. I’ve also come with packages that are not sealed and the woman always lets me use the tape for my package, free of charge. I also like this store because they are not usually busy so you don’t have to wait in line.
Dont ever go to this store to ship a package. They charged me almost twice as much as it would have cost if I had shipped my package from the UPS warehouse on Frontier Avenue (near Foothills Parkway & Pearl Street). I was charged $64.64 for shipping a box that would have cost $35.12 if I would have shipped it from the UPS warehouse. I thought UPS shipping prices were the same no matter the location, but I was wrong- these UPS Stores charge exorbitant and dishonest rates for shipping, and in this case made my shipment almost twice as expensive as it should have been. Now you know!

Do not patron this store I went to this place needing to print. I printed from online. The concierge service was incredibly rude from the beginning when I was trying to ascertain my order status. When I was picking up my basic prints, they did not print the correct documents, resulting in a breach of service. Furthermore, the concierge did not refund my order.

This is the best place for notary services. They were completely empty and got me in and out in a jiffy. Also, Ive emailed them with questions before and they responded very quickly. Very happy with the service at this location.

I went there on a Saturday and got there at 402pm just a tad bit after the posted closing time. All locked up and there was no activity so I am quite sure they had been closed before 4pm. Someone came up also to ship some packages as I was walking from the front of the store. I understand the low ratings they get if they dont open and close per their posted hours.

The woman that is here is terribly terribly rude. Normally I don’t give too much credence to reviews like this, but having experienced her twice now, I walked out without giving my business there. She is aggressively belligerent, dismissive, arrogant, condescending. Take the low stars of this place to heart and go somewhere else. She will guaranteed make your day worse.
Such a rude staff, gone are the days of quality customer service. I went to this location solely to drop off a package. I asked to use the packing tape to secure a label, they said that I would be charged to use the tape! I went next door and bought my own tape solely because I couldnt believe that I needed to pay to use a piece or two of tape. Now Im just hoping that my package gets sent after reading all of these terrible reviews. it was my first time in the store and will be my last.

As part of my job, I need to deliver packages from the UPS store at least 4 times a week. I have learned what to expect from the good UPS stores. Sadly, this is not one of them!Horrific service. Ive had the displeasure of using this store 4 times now. Each time, I have had to wait and watch the owner go out of her way to hassle each customer. It almost seems like it pleases her to do so.They close early and open late. Customers grumble how much they hate coming to this place while they are forced to wait unnecessarily,They forget to give you tracking numbers, etc. etc.Sadly, the store on the 30th at Arapahoe is not much better ( I think it may be owned by the same person)?Thankfully, I found the UPS store near campus to be fantastic. I ONLY go there now. Theres a good store in Gunbarrel and Superior too.
I just moved to Colorado about a week ago from Chicago.I had to make many arrangements with UPS and moving companies to deliver my furniture and packages safely as possible. When I called ahead and asked about if there was any package holding fees, it was $5/per package. Comparing to other storage units that charge you by square feet.. this was totally a deal!Not only my packages were held at a safe place like the UPS store, I was also given the opportunity to get a mailbox at their store (mailbox customers get free holding services) Unbelieveable!Back in Chicago, UPS stores never offered notary services, but this location and 2 others in Boulder does! Its absolutely great. Its like having my own small business office!Again, comparing to FedEx and USPS, who doesnt offer holding services nor notary services.. this is the location to go.
Paid 30$ to ship 3 mini hot sauces. Spent more to ship than on he actual hot sauce. I tried to put it in a cheap package and just ask for some packing peanuts but she decided that I needed a “different box” which costed 20$ to ship. Completely scammed me.

The staff is so incredibly rude and definitely tries to hustle you for more money- make sure you know your benefits before going in. Trying to discuss fees will only result in getting verbally berated by the 16 year old working behind the counter.Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile down the road to USPS where theyll at least treat you like a person.
