They took great care of my car and gave me high level treatment. Couldnt ask for more. And I love the transparency they have about my vehicle there.
Ill start with I have a 2020 Mazda 3 I bought last July. I took it in for several paints chips in my hood. They looked it over and talked with Mazda corporate and decided they are rock chips, disappointing but understand.I get home and my drivers door wont lock via the key, button on the door, nothing.... I called BMazda back and they said thats weird all we did was wash the hood of the car, which I watched them do. Regardless they had me bring it back in, they gave me loaner car because it was late. The next they said they couldnt find anything and it worked totally fine. I was kinda annoyed but if it works it works, no problem.Over the next few weeks my drivers door would work for a bit then not work. I called them again and scheduled an appointment to bring it in. They said they would have to reproduce the problem to be able to fix it, understandable. Finally after having my vehicle overnight they figured it out, the door lock actuator failed and they replaced it. Works 100% now! Couldnt be happier. I am a little bummed that this happened to my 9 month old car but Im glad it was under warranty and B Mazda was awesome to work with. Big shout-out to Mike and Jeff for helping me with my vehicle!
Love these guys. Bought my Mazda 3 there years ago, and never regretted it.All my service had been performed by the dealer, and they are great and well.Up front and open about the costs and what they are doing.Its rare to trust and appreciate a dealer, but B Mazda has earned my trust.
This is absolutely the place to get your car serviced! Ive been bringing my RX-8 here for a couple years now and Scott always sets me up right with top notch work. I run my car on the racetrack so everything has to be guaranteed to perform at its maximum when I need it to, and I fully trust these guys (shoutout to Kyle specifically for my full suspension rebuild/upgrade and plenty of other work!) to make sure Ill be safe every time Im out there pushing the limits. Im no stranger to wrenching on my own car, but when the job is too much for the driveway and I really need to know its put together right this is my one and only shop to go to!Ive added a photo of my car at the racetrack (the picture isnt of this location, but theyve worked on the car a lot) after over 50 miles of flat out driving in one morning with zero issues thanks to them!
I have been really impressed with the service department at Bountiful Mazda. They are always honest with me and have great customer service. They are so kind and helpful. Also, they never move my seat, if they do they put it back where I had it; I really appreciate that.
I bought two cars from you guys, and I’m more than half paid off on my current car. My problem is the service, and the lack of communication from your employees. I’ve had a recall on my first car, and it was defective airbags. But never got a call back or any updates on when I could get it replaced free of charge. I ended up being in an accident, and luckily they worked but what if they didn’t... Eventually I got a letter saying they had my airbags, but long after I already traded it in with you guys for a more expensive car with that premium package. I regret getting that. So I’ve had a recall on this one for almost a year or more, and again I haven’t heard from you guys. I’ve left several messages, and I’m very upset. I didn’t want to do this, but with what my experiences has been with you guys. I gladly will spread the word.
Went in this morning! They were super welcoming and ready to lend a hand! They are fair priced and will be completely honest with whatever is wrong with your vehicle. I originally brought it in because I was told by another repair shop that I was looking at major repairs and it turns out it was misdiagnosed. I wouldnt consider going anywhere else ever again! Also ask for Scott! He is awesome!
The service team is great to work with. The prices are fair, and they get the job done right. The fact that they know my car history helps. They now email you a video of the technician going over your car when its on the lift. Very impressed.
Brought my Mazda CX7 in to replace the turbo $2,5000 exactly 12 months later its broke again and they refuse to admit or replace the faulty part installed or check to see if it was installed improperly by one of there techs. Save yourself a lot of and take your Mazda to another dealership these guys are crooks.
I have found that this is THE Mazda service department to go to in Utah. Been to a number of others and found them lacking in customer service skills and general knowledge in terms of parts and service. This dealer in Bountifuls parts and service department is worth the drive from Salt Lake County. I dont even try other Mazda dealers any more. This is the right place. I dont recall the name of the parts department manager, but he is a young guy, but very knowledgeable and does an excellent job.
Best team in the state! Friendly and helpful. Always considerate and honest. They earned my respect on day one and have kept me a loyal customer for the past two years. I sure hope they are recognized often for their amazing contribution to the dealership. I am planning to stay with Bountiful Mazda for my next vehicle purchase. Mostly because I trust the service dept to take great care of me thereafter. Cheers to my car maintenance team!
This service department is hands down the best anywhere. Scott and Hunter are amazing! They always remember me each time I come in, and they go above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

3 years ago, I dealt with Sergio and it was a nightmare (thats an understatement). I was very skeptical about going back but I had nowhere else to turn. Scott Charleson was absolutely amazing! He helped me diagnose the problem and got my engine replaced under warranty (one that didnt really exist because Sergio lied to me). He kept me updated at every corner and it was a very fantastic experience overall. Im glad you guys have Scott as the Assistant Service Manager! Thanks for your help.
