I went to five bridal stores and Bridal Image was the best! They’re staff was friendly and patient! They had a wide variety of dresses too! The prices of their gowns and alterations are very reasonable.

I loved shopping at Bridal Image! They are so kind and patient. There is a wide variety a dresses to choose from and they are reasonably priced! Their seamstress is amazing too! After trying other bridal stores, I was extremely impressed with Bridal Image! I bought my dress and veil through them and I was extremely happy with both!

I went to 5 or 6 places near Salt Lake and none of them compared to Bridal image in combination of Customer Service and selection. I bought both my veil and dress here. They aren’t a huge store, but they have a wide selection and their dresses are beautiful, well cared for, and decently priced. They completed my dress alterations in a timely manner, and were great at returning my calls. My dress couldn’t have been more perfect & my experience with them couldn’t have been better.

Great alterations!! I just had the sleeves and bustle altered on my dress but they did it in about 4 days, were super quick and easy to work with, and were great for the price! Definitely would recommend for stress-free and quick alterations!

This place is incredible! I was set on renting a dress and really struggled to find one I loved. Growing up in Bountiful, I always saw their location and dreamed of one day buying a dress from them; when I wasnt able to find one to rent that I liked, they were my first stop. Theyre incredible! They pulled the dresses in my size that I was interested in and had them in the dressing room ready for my appointment. It was really fun to find my wedding dress here! The staff was very kind and helpful. There are many different styles of dresses here. I am keeping one star off because everything was pretty expensive and you have to pay for alterations separately which was a bummer.

I called ahead to see if they had the wedding dress I wanted in my size, and they did! The time I got there the consultant had it ready for me to try on. After visiting so many bridal shops, Bridal Image was so refreshing. They had similar styles to other dress shops Id visited, but the experience was beyond incredible.Lori was the sweetest consultant! Id honestly give it 5 stars just for the great customer service from Lori alone. She was not pushy, gave me time and space to think and discuss things with my mom, and didnt force her opinion on us ever. I felt very stressed after all the bad experiences Id had with pushy sales reps and massive chain stores, but Lori put me at ease.I also loved that they had their alterations lady there that I could talk to. This was so helpful!! I knew exactly what alteration costs I was looking at before I even bought the dress. The shop is well lit and the big mirrors and large area to walk makes it easy to see the dresses.The dresses I tried ranged from $600 to $2000, but they did have a good clearance rack too. Its comparable in price to other shops, but the service is top notch.

I live in Texas and was having no luck finding modest dresses. I made an appointment at a dress shop in SLC and flew up over the weekend. At the last minute, my mom suggested that we make an appointment at Bridal Image, where 2 of my 3 sisters got their dresses. We did, but I had no expectation to find my wedding dress there. Boy I was wrong! The owner took the time to ask what I liked or didnt like about each dress and kept bringing styles that she thought would work with the criteria from the previous dresses. She suggested a dress that on the hanger I didnt think I would like at all. But when I put it on, it was amazing! We kept the appointment in SLC, but the experience was completely different. At Bridal Image I never felt like my wedding timeline (which is quick) would be a problem. I had the amount of help I needed to select the dress, but never felt pressured to choose one style over the other. The affirmation on the wall is right, it was serious fun! We ended up stopping back at Bridal Image on our way from the dress shop appointment in SLC to buy that dress. I am very happy and I recommend Bridal Image to any bride!

On my very first day of dress shopping, I made two appointments and Bridal Image was one of them. The moment I walked through the doors I felt uncomfortable. A woman comes around the corner and asks if she can help us and when I said that I had an appointment her response was, “oh I forgot I had an appointment today.”From that point on I felt so awkward. She was helpful and efficient, but didn’t do anything to put my mind at ease even though I was clearly anxious. The dresses felt very “off the rack” and were underwhelming. I liked bits and pieces of some dresses, but nothing gave me the “I could get married in this” feeling.Overall it wasn’t a great experience, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say it was bad either.

This was a last minute decision and I found my dress within the third dress I tried on. That was awesome! I loved the women there and all the different kinds of perfectly modest dress! It was so fun!

First off I LOVE that they welcome walk in’s.I was in bountiful visiting family and went in to look at a dress I saw at a bridal show. Very convenient!The ladies that helped me were really nice and didn’t push dresses on me. I tried on a few and then they would ask if I wanted to try more. It helped me to not get overwhelmed and I felt like I could stop when I wanted, opposed to other places where they basically make you try on dresses until you’re time slot is up. I didn’t feel obligated to buy anything and walked out of there very happy with my experience.I ended up buying the dress “Brandy” and I’m very excited for it to arrive.

I had a wonderful experience here! It all depends on what is important to you in searching for your perfect dress. They dont have the staff that some of the other places I went. They dont have people there to dress you, so bring someone youre comfortable with dressing you. They have wonderful prices, and a decent selection. They do alterations in house so they are done quickly, you dont have to worry about it taking a long time. There was a small thing I needed done when I was picking up my dress right before my wedding. They had me put on my dress and fixed it right then. So perks of having an alteration specialist in house. I loved their honest opinion, their reasonable prices. I was able to buy a dress that I love almost as much as the man I married, it was comfortable which I had a really hard time finding one at other stores that fit that comfort level. Youre going to be in your dress all day, you want it to be somewhat comfortable.(as much as a wedding dress can) save your time and go to bridal image! It was the last place I went and I wish it was the first.

I had a great experience at Bridal Image. This was my fourth bridal store and the one where I found my dress! I described what I was looking for and the sales associates were able to show me three dresses that fit my description. They have very comfortable changing rooms (more private than some stores) and one large pedestal shared for all brides. The associates all also gave be honest feedback on the dresses I tried on. They were super helpful in offering information on alterations and prices as well. Cost was very reasonable.The store don’t have a *ton* of variety in selection, but they had what I was looking for. 5/5 would recommend!

The lady their made me feel very uncomfortable. She stared at me awkwardly the whole time, told me the dresses I tried on looked “cute” which isn’t what you want to hear when you’re looking for your wedding dress. Didn’t help me zip up any of my dresses, or offer any kind of help. All the dresses looked like my grandmothers table cloth. I asked for a clean cut, form fitting, contemporary style dress and she looked at me perplexed. I guess if you like oversized, discolored, dresses that look like they’ve been hand picked by a 60 year old Mormon lady than this is the place for you.

CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!After visiting several bridal shops spanning from Spanish fork to Ogden, we finally landed in a gold mine. Bridal Image has the best and most up to date styles of gowns I have found and all at a GREAT PRICE POINT.I purchased my dress from this location and I am very pleased. We even ordered extra lace from the designer to make my veil. We ordered my dress 3 inches shorter than what I tried on to accommodate my 5 3 frame. I enjoyed working with all of the employees, and I truly had an experience customized to my wants and needs. And did I mention I found my DREAM DRESS!Although they can add sleeves and make dresses more modest, I was so relieved to find a store that offers options not catered to the modest community. (They did have plenty of modest options as well). My cousin just purchased a temple ready dress from this location and loves it.Do yourself a favor and check them out.

They had some beautiful dresses.. But.. They do not make you feel important nor a bride. They had more then one bride on the stand at once.. Very uncomfortable. And I didnt feel like I could talk to my family and friends on opinions with other people in the room.. Loves the dresses, just not the environment.

Very helpful. My dress ended up being the first one I tried on! But they were incredibly nice and picked out others for me to try on in the deciding process. Reasonably priced and the in store seamstress was nice to have for the convenience of making alterations.

These ladies are a blast!! So fun to work with! My girlfriend and I went in On a Friday afternoon no appointment we just wanted to see the store... I tried on like 30 dresses!! They just kept bringing them... so I decided to just have fun... though out of those 30 I didn’t love any of them. We had lots of good laughs so we were saying goodbye and thank you when my girlfriend noticed a dress on a mannequin... she said I had to try it on... so I did... and I loved it, and bought it!!! I would recommend this place to anyone! The dress was over my budget but I’ll live. I am happy with it.

I enjoyed my experience trying on dresses. I did say that I was looking for dresses around $500 though. And I was given multiple dresses that exceeded that price by quite a bit. I was also quoted a loose price in the store of $80-120 for alterations and then quoted $200 over the phone when I put down my deposit. But there were beautiful dresses and a nice experience. I was even allowed to try some clip on eating that looked very good with the dress.

They told us to come on in, they were so warm and welcoming. We found my dress in 45 minutes, and I couldnt be more thrilled.
