Jason h was great. Didn’t try and up sell me on things I didn’t ask for, and was unbelievably helpful. I have been there a few times, and all the other associates are also polite and helpful. Good and reliable place to go when I need any electronics.

There wasnt enough staff on the floor when i was there i had some questions about cameras and had to wait like 10 minutes for help. Perfectly clean and friendly people though, they did an amazing price match for me through amazon super easy without question.

I swear this store can’t get anything right at all. Went in today 9/24/2021 I got a Zagg screen saver installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Bubbles everywhere. They of course tell me give it 24 hours they will disappear…..no they won’t. 3 years now I have to go to Orland to have it replaced every single time. I’m done this time. I won’t be returning. Horrible. $60 for a screen saving and install and still is install like garbage.
Go online to order and well ship it directly to you seems to be the push. I want to look, touch, feel, listen and compare different items. In store selections seem to be diminishing as they push you to visit online. If I wanted online selections, I would have (and eventually did) order and shop from Amazon. (I was looking for car audio speakers, and did order and get from Amazon. The associate recommended a set of speakers, I was ready to pull the trigger in store, he had zero in stock other than display model that wasnt even hooked up to a radio to test).
Unhelpful staff. They have all the time in the world if you want to listen to them all you things you dont want or need though

I was scheduled for a remote start installation on my car at 10 a.m., at first they could not find my purchase or paperwork. I offered up my confirmation number and they said it wouldnt help. They finally found it looking up my credit card number. They did not honor my 10am appointment for a 30-minute installation. 2 hours later I call back to check the status and they said it wasnt even in yet being worked on. Finally after 3 hours it was finished. Would have been nice if they had told me they werent going to stick with the schedule and that it would take up to 3 hours because, I was waiting across the street in a restaurant for a job that should have only taken 30 minutes. Did not complain due to the fact they were still in possession of my car but, when I did call I sat on the phone and waited for someone to answer for five minutes plus.Shortly after I filed my complaint at 2:48 p.m. I received a notification my appointment was canceled. Cover up? Pictures I am posting are of my scheduled confirmation and cancellation received after I filed my complaint.I gave two stars for hopefully quality of work. Im going to have to knock it down to one now.
In store service is great but their customer service on the phone is real bad.
Bought a dishwasher less than a year ago. I add g the 5year protection plan. Best Buy canceled the tech appointment without telling me and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve now been without my dishwasher for a month and just keep going in circles trying to get someone to come out to look at it. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. Don’t buy anything from them it’ll be a C waste of money.

I will never go back to Best buy because I bought a CD player from there and they wouldnt put it in because I wasnt getting an amp and all the extras so they rescheduled me four times and never did get it done that was years ago and Ill never go back.
The salesperson that assisted me was very informative and was able to provide me with the item I wanted without convincing me to buy additional items.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Took my parents in to get them smart phones (they are elderly) and they had to wait for 4 hours to get service because of a shift change. We were asked to give our information and what we were there for. It took 4 hours for someone to service us (There were only 2 people ahead of us this whole time) and another hour to get them their phones. Fortunately a couple who had also been waiting 4 hours were nice enough to give up their seats for my parents. Either hire more staff or work on that shift change policy. It should not take more than 1 hour to help a customer at most.
They to against their own printed sales ad which stated in stores only! Get to the store 30min. before they opened only to see the same product being curbside picked up and sold out. That is completely BS. DONE SPENDING $ AT WORSTBUY
Went in to buy the new Bluetooth ear phone set, got a good deal and found more than what I was hoping for. The place is as usual just like the rest of the BestBuy locations, friendly staff, guided me well, felt fully supported and in the end as always,it was great shopping experience. Thanks BestBuy.
The car installation service was not friendly with her customer service. He made me feel like we were bothering which make me believe maybe he needs assistance. After the job was complete, I mentioned how great I would sound over the phone. He said that you would need a microphone and walked away. I was told that the customer service here was great and I drove 28 miles just for the service. Will not happen again!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not only were they rude and yelled at me; they lied to me as well. If I could give them negative stars, I would. I left traumatized and took days to recover. I am a nice suburban mom and found this behavior shocking. I think the store should be closed.

Very nice of a place inside there I went there Year to see if they had what I needed and sure Enough they did And I got what I needed and went from there I use to come to any Best Buy and play videos games for the heck of it there with my Uncle Son until we decide to leave and then went back to my place and still kept on Playing video games all night Long that Night but this place is a very nice inside it and Im very impressed with the way it looks like still even too

Rob was awesome with assisting me with picking out a new TV to buy. I knew from the first few moments that I wanted to buy a TV from Rob at the Bradley location than a competitor store. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had a lot of questions and he knew the answers which really helped me make my decision of what to buy. He also assisted me with lifting the tv into my car carefully to keep my tv safe. If you are in need of a TV go see Rob at Best Buy Bradley super nice guy and very knowledgeable.
Best lives by its name. I bought 2 CD players with in 3 yrs. At least, trying to be nifty. But when I gave it some thought, WHERE CANO GO & BUY A CD PLAYER & CAN CONTINUE LISTENING TO GOOD MUSIC, BEST BUY! AND THE PRICE WAS NOT HIGH.
Very disgusting and rude service. Very unhelpful. My mother purchased and authorized me to pick up a laptop bag and wireless mouse. After going to pick up the items I was told by the associate that the laptop bag was unavailable so I asked for a refund for the bag. I was then told in a rude and obnoxious manner that the gift card my mother used was a Visa card and that they posted the refund to the card, however we have checked and NOTHING has POSTED, so I guess our loss is their gain. I SWEAR that this is the kind of thing that makes me want to puke. Big corporations taking advantage of their customers. Just another reason not to shop at Best Buy. Sorry Best Buy you did it to yourself. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

False advertising doesnt seem to be concerning to them. They advertised an open box galaxy s6 listed in fair condition online, I purchased it and picked it via curbside pick up. The tablet was dead and I couldnt power it on but I proceeded home with the tablet I was given. I charge it up turn it on and its not a galaxy s6 as advertised, its a galaxy s5e. Store told me I had to call a corporate number, ok no problem. Corporate tells me I have to go to the store...so now Im currently on hold with the store.. And its been 1hr and not one live person has answered the phone yet.
The mobile department is nothing but short of amazing! I preordered the iPhone 12 but with the takeover of Sprint to T-Mobile there has been issues with systems etc..Needless to say Devon and Cynthia took the time to sort everything out instead of sending us away. Happy camper that got my iPhone on launch day!To be honest, their employees are much nicer than going to the carrier stores.

Im so disappointed with this store in Bourbonnais. Ive talked to 3 of their staff on phone for the last 1hr and none offered to help. They kept transfering my call to the next person and leaving me hanging on phone. No one bothered to pick. I wanted to purchase a protection plan. I asked the last person I talked to if I can set in store appointment because clearly online no one is willing to help even after chatting. He snobbed my request and asked I give him a minute to talk to someone who could help. I waited for 10mins. They need to work on their customer service.

The people are super nice when you are buying something. I called back to report the appliance was damaged and offered a replacement. The first appliance was delivered on 7/20. I still do not have the replacement and trying to get help from customer support is a joke! Dont expect support after they get your money. Last time i ever buy appliances from BB

Hadnt shopped much here in 4-5 years due to high prices and overall poor experienced. Went back yesterday looking for a new laptop. Got one ordered and have a new appreciation for best buy. Overall great experience. No pressure from anyone. Knowledgeable staff. Competitive prices.Sam P. helped me with my laptop. Saved me A LOT of trouble. I hate that there are 50 models all slightly different from each other. I told Sam what I had been looking at in the shelf, what I wanted, and he took me straight to one he recommended. I liked it. I ordered. Im a fan of the geek squad protection plan, too, so I got that as well.Just out if curiosity I went over to automotive to look at remote starts for my car. The installer - Erik, and a manager (Jim??) spoke at great length with me about the various remote starts, answered my questions (exhaustively - I had MANY questions), and even spent time discussing radar detectors - again, just out of my curiosity.I ended my stroll at cell phones and two associates (sorry, dont have their names) chatted with me about their phones, newcomers in the market, purchasing and activating with various carriers, etc).Very glad I went back and gave them a chance. Walked out having purchased a new computer that I like and full of new information. All the while - no pressure. Ive rekindled a fondness for this store.

I went to best buy to pick up a pre ordered game that I have been waiting for. Before I went to the store I made sure to call and make sure I wasnt wrong on the release date. Over the phone ( After waiting for 11 minutes before anyone answered my call.) I was told it was not a midnight release but if I showed up around 8PM I would be able to get the game and leave at 9pm with it. So I left work early to make it on time to get the game, but when I got there I was told I couldn’t pick up my game. So I feel like what I was told over the phone was a lie. The manager Craig with the up most disrespect in his voice said he wouldnt release it to me even though the corporate office who I was speaking with said he could. He proceeded to lie and say that they havent even unloaded them yet but was looking at them in front of another customer and myself (other customer was there because he was given the same information when he called as well). So after Craig refused to release them to us we were asked to leave. Corporate said there’s nothing they can do! If corporate cant do anything for the customers being treated with disrespect then why should we shop at your store and spend our hard earned money there?With my experience there I wouldnt recommend anyone shopping at Best Buy. So with my experience that had just occurred I will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on!

Good place to shop electronics, But I asked for a worker to help me mirror my phone to the TV with my Sling account and it was to much trouble for them to help me. So I did not buy anything.
They have a lot of things usually, but this time they didnt have a lot of stock to display for some reason. Every time I come here they try their hardest to help me which is always nice!

Stood around for an hour while someone tried to locate an item that the website said was in stock. During this hour the person trying to find the item was helping other people. How about instead of making me stand around for an hour you look and then at least tell me that there was an error on the website and the item was not in stock?? Amazon for me from now on.

Great store! Employees are hard to find, but once we did find one they were knowledgeable and friendly. However, when they are advertising a product or have a product on display that they do not have in the store they need to remove it from the display until the product is actually available. This has happened to us several times on every day electronics they say they carry.
