Would give zero stars if applicable. They showed up to my home when I was not home with my children inside who are told not to answer the door to strangers. They proceeded to bang on the front door and then started banging on our windows on our lower level which happens to be my daughters bedroom. Not cool! Do NOT do business with them! Ive never been more livid in my life!

This place is a joke got a washer and dryer from them cause I needed one asap and told them I wanted monthly payments and its turned into bi weekly payments lol what joke. Second there is only one person there in the account managment that is always polite on the phone but the others are very rude told me I was trying to work the system. Also do research on the product your getting to cause I looked up my washer and dryer and on average they go online brand new for about 1200 and my total from them is 3200 to pay off what a joke if I could I would report them to the bbb

Very rude staff and not helpful at all. They act all nice to make a sale, but once they do it is no longer about the customer. If I could give less than 1 star I would. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING FROM!!! I BOUGHT A REFRIGERATOR FROM THEM AND IT STOPPED WORKING. SO I HAD THEM PICK IT UP TO FIX IT, THEY KEPT IT FOR 1 MONTH AND A HALF, THEN RETURNED IT TO ME STILL BROKEN! !!! I ENDED UP PAYING THE COMPANY THAT THE REFRIGERATOR IS MADE BY, MAYTAG, AND THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED MY REFRIGERATOR FOR 500$. THIS RENT A CENTER ARE SCAM ARTIST! !! IF YOU PAY MONTHLY THEY MARK IN THE COMPUTER YOU PAY BIWEEKLY, SO THEY CAN CHARGE YOU EXTRA FEES!! DONT SHOP HERE!!! SCAM ARTIST
