Had a terrible experience here. My husband and I were in the market for a gently used vehicle and found one at this dealership. We took it on a test drive, things looked good, we asked for a car fax report. The salesman printed it out for us and brought us back to his office. We threw out a number to start. The salesman laughed at the number, didn’t even try to negotiate, then gave us a fifteen minute lecture on why our expectations were unrealistic. We explained that we checked Kelly Blue Book before coming and it WAS a lower offer for the vehicle, but we knew that they listed it at the highest blue book suggestion. We started out on the very low end of our budget to have a starting point for negotiation. Ultimately, we were prepared to pay $1300 more than what we originally offered AND trade in my husband’s current vehicle. That final offer would have been a fair price. We walked out the door once it was clear that he was more interested in “educating” us than making a deal. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOURE WILLING TO BE INSULTED FOR TRYING TO NEGOTIATE OR PAY FULL PRICE. Won’t be returning, even if we see another good car here in the future.

Great communication. Great service. My car was towed there for service and they called 1st thing the next morning asking what was going on. Joseph Grzelak was our sales person. He made our entire sales experience a great one! Usually car shopping is so dreadful. Salesmen are calling you all the time, pressuring you to buy the cars they have to offer, but Joe was not like that at all! He was very friendly, funny, and did not pressure us into purchasing. When we were ready to test drive, Joe came into work on his day off to help us out and we made a deal that night. The rest of the staff was all very friendly and lighthearted at Bill Kay Honda. Joe and Jeff, the finance director, both stayed after closing time to finish our financing paperwork. We were able to bring our new CR-V home the same evening! After buying our new CR-V Joe has kept in touch and answered any remaining questions that have come up. I will definitely be recommending Joe and Bill Kay Honda to anyone that is in need of a new car!

First time buying a car from a dealership, shopped around to many dealerships in the area, it became clear pretty quick that Bill Kay Honda dealership was unlike the rest. There was zero pressure, zero hassle, speedy and clear communication, and the entire process was super easy. I dont respond too well to being barraged with calls and texts like most of the other dealerships, and at Bill Kay I experienced none of that. That goes a long way and played a major part in my final decision. My dealers name is Bert, and he was the nicest guy ever, quoted me a better price then any of the others that I reached out to. I definitely recommend reaching out to this dealership on your search for a new car!
I purchased a Honda Civic and absolutely love it. Joe was great with helping me find exactly what I wanted that was within my budget. Jeff in financing was great as well. We showed up today to test drive and hopefully purchase a Honda, however, were very disappointed in the service we received. We drove 3 hrs+ round trip after having conversation via email and over the phone with a sales associate. Before committing to drive, we received an estimate of total cost to purchase over email and were pleased to discover it was below MSRP. The associate mentioned not many dealers are able to sell below MSRP during these market conditions and their pricing is very competitive (they forgot to mention this was a corporate rebate promotion and not Billy Kay). We sat down to discuss financing with another associate, as our original associate was double booked. This associate informed us that we could either use Honda financing and lose the 1,000 rebate originally quoted or take the rebate and find a lender other than Honda. When we expressed our frustration with this not being communicated to us prior to our visit, there wasn’t much said. We received an email later stating that our quoted price was the best price we could possibly get, but how were they suppose to know we would need financing… It was a bit irritating that the first associate did not mention the conditions in which the rebate could be used. We had had enough when the second associate slipped in an extended warranty before financing without informing us. We realized it was time to leave after the numbers weren’t adding up, we weren’t getting the deal we had been told we would get, and they offered a laughable value for our trade in. Possibly more insulting, we received an email apology stating why we must have been confused and implying the misunderstanding was on our side. We were happy to receive a follow-up call after we left the dealership from the first associate with a price that did not include the extended warranty that the second associate had added. Unfortunately, we did not feel Billy Kay Honda had earned our businesses and decided to pursue another dealer.

We purchased a certified new van 2 months ago. They did not disclose that the former owner was a smoker. They lied when asked why the cleaning agents had such a strong odor and when asked if this was a smoke free vehicle. After the cleaning products/deodorants wore off and the weather got warmer, there is now a definite cigarette smell. I called to see what they could do about it and confront the issue. They said they could clean the car. I don’t want more cover up of the smell. I called back after discussing with my partner and left a message with a manager about ozone treatment. No call back and I’m left with nausea, headaches, and exposure to carcinogens in the fabric. I would have never ever purchased the vehicle if they would have been honest.
I was with a friend having her vehicle serviced recently and I just had to share this. I believe she was the office manager but she was extremely rude to everyone that went up to the window and the entire waiting room had to listen to her scream in the office about this and that over and over again. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. The young cashier later told me in confidence that they cannot keep girls there to work longer than a month or so because everyone is either afraid of her or they refuse to put up with her bullying. She was an offensive and rude woman. My friend and I will never have our vehicle serviced there again and I feel terrible for anyone that has to work directly with her or even in the same building.
I purchased an Accord this week and cant overstate what a good experience it was. Everyone was so professional and extremely kind. We purchased a 2020 Honda Odyssey and the process was so smooth and pain free. The service department here is the best. My wife called because her tire pressure system said a tire was low on air and she was worried. I called and Sam told me to just have her stop in when it was convenient for her. When she got there, they found a nail in the tire. They patched it and sent her on her way. No fuss. No muss. Best service department Ive ever dealt with.

Once again, I am so happy with the service at Bill Kay! They are exceptional. I stopped in to have a headlight and wiper blades replaced, it was going to be a long wait so I got the manual out and decided I can do it myself. I went back to buy the parts and Sam (service manager) told me to pull my car in so he could look at it. He ended up replacing the bulb and wiper blades for me! They don’t charge for installation, only charge for parts. Incredible service, very friendly and caring. While I was waiting, I had a nice chat with Kathy in service. She is super friendly as well. I thought this dealership was a great place to get a new Honda. I just returned for the first maintenance (oil and tire rotation). While waiting I found out I was over charged by around $10,000.00 for the Ridgeline RTL-E. Shame on this dealership and the sales team. I suggest you avoid this organization. Can you imagine my shock at see the sticker on the window of the same model and trim as the one I purchased. I also want the readers of this review to understand, the only reason I am posting this review is at the request of the dealership.In my opinion this dealership gives lip service to social media reviews but no real follow through. I went to 7 dealerships during the hunt for my new (used) car. Not only did I find the Bill Kay Honda car to be much cleaner than the competition I also found the staff very straightforward. I worked with Joe Boie and he didnt try to pull the hard sell or get pushy the way other dealers did.

Just noticed a slightly crooked steering wheel in my car, so I took it here to get it corrected. They were very responsible in taking care of it and solved the problem.Thanks to the mechanic Dalton who helped me with my concern. He took a test drive himself and then had an alignment with the steering wheel leveled by a bubble, which most alignment guys don’t do. Dalton was very professional in explaining to me the meanings of camber, caster and toe angles and which will cause a vehicle to pull or a crooked steering wheel. I am mostly a very curious guy and there’s nothing as much reassuring as having someone answering your questions while also being patient and friendly.Alan is a terrific man and the best service advisor I have worked with. He made additional explanations about the technical stuff as well as shared his thoughts and opinions which were very helpful. It was overall a great experience.As a novice driver, I just came to realize that the dealer-customer relationship is more important than mere price or geographic proximity (their price is actually very reasonable too). Nobody wants to work with people who have bad attitudes, do we? Thanks again to Alan, Dalton and the friendly staff.

I called ahead to seen if a vehicle could be made available for viewing, and Joe Boie got right on it and made sure the vehicle I wanted to view was ready to go by the time I arrived. He was straight forward and honest with us the whole time about the different packages for vehicle we were looking at. When it came time to crunch the numbers, he worked with us to get a deal we were comfortable with. Joe then went above and beyond to help us get the insurance situation worked out. On top of all that, when it came to signing the titles, Steven walked us through it and eased any worries.
