Nice clean storage units. Reasonably priced

I got a storage unit about 3 years ago with Tessa. She was extremely informative and gave me a tour of what I might be looking at to get. I couldnt have been happier. I was able to have authorization to a couple of people on my behalf in case something were to happen. Before I loaded all of my things in the unit it was immaculate!! Thanks for being great!

The service is great. The facility is always clean. The closing hours are at 9pm which is slightly early but overall the business is great.

My stuff has been here since 2015! Important stuff to me. These folks have kept it safe and dry and remind me when my payment is due. Which is a bunch cuz I screw it up all the time! I could not recommend them more! Love you folks and thank you!!

Hands down, Affordable Mini-Storage is the best storage facility in Kankakee County. I recently rented a couple storage units during the home buying process and I had absolutely no worries about my belongings and the level of security. They have very competitive pricing and stellar customer service. Not to mention 24 hour access and all the units are immaculate. This is the only place I will ever use for my storage needs!
