The staff is very polite & knowledgeable about the storage units. I told the manager (Lashawna) what I had & she suggested the size unit I would need.Lashawna was very friendly & accommodating. She even helped me when I accidentally got locked inside the gate after hours & couldn’t get out. (Smh) lol…The units are very very clean & the property is very well lit with plenty of security cameras for safety. I’m very happy with my decision to rent from them & recommend them for your storage rental needs.

Its a clean area, good service, but they keep raising the price on us every few months to keep up with the average any other place I have called in the area is no where near that high. Theyve been good to us other than that, but Ill be happy when we can pull our stuff out!

Ken was terrific when explaining the pros & cons of the use of the Simply Storage Units. As we walked the lot, the lack of vegatation caught my eyes, they do their hardest to keep the facility clean! When we opened up the unit itself I was fascinated with the shine of the interior & the care they take to keep it maintained. Ken was thorough when booking our unit & answered questions multiple times & multiple ways so there was no confusion! This place is awesome!

The customer service and management here is some of the worst Ive ever encountered. The manager of this facility, I believe her name is Kristina F., is completely rude, treated me multiple times with total disrespect, and does the absolute bare minimum that her responsibilities require from my two encounters with her. As a customer giving this facility my business I believe I deserve some level of service and decency from the employees here but this could not be any further from the case. During the summer of 2015 I placed a reservation online and they told me they lost track of my reservation. The manager I was dealing with was flustered from her encounter with another tenant and was not at all willing to provide any sort of help. Luckily there was another 5x10 unit available that I was able to purchase when I was there, although I should have left and found a different storage provider. Ive rented with them for three summers now and this will be the last time I will do so. Do not rent here. Honestly, from my personal experience they do not deserve your business. I gave them several chances to change my perception of their business but each time they have continued to fail. Also theyll tack on a $20 admin fee at the last minute after youve filled out all the paper work that you get sucked into paying. They certainly do not deserve this admin fee given their poor administration of the facility and dealings with customers. Stay away.

STAY AWAY. We rented a unit AND purchased the additional $2k insurance that they offered. They told us that our unit was completely covered by this policy with nothing to worry about. When we came to move everything out... the unit had flooded at some point. EVERYTHING is destroyed. We were reassured by the staff member that everything was okay because we had the insurance. The insurance company came back with an exclusion in our policy that nothing is covered since it was via flooding or surface waters that got into the storage unit.

Upon visiting your storage unit I was received I was met with kindness to help was outstanding I do enjoy the space Ken was very helpful an I will rexCommend to all my friends
