Anthony was so helpful by listening to what I wanted and needed in an SUV. I needed to be able to fit a Tuba in the SUV. The price was expensive compared to tireman. I went there thinking that the lug nuts would be matching Chevy dealer. They ended up charging $60 dollars for $30 (same ones at autozone) they took 2.5 hours to remove a round off swollen lug nut. Then they didn’t re learn the tire pressure. One was 42, 33, 37, 32.

I’m coming a little late with a review. I could not have asked for better service then I received from Thayer dealership. I was passing through Ohio heading to KY and TN and my Steering Column broke! My Malibu was towed and this dealership went above and beyond helping me, my kids and grand baby! The took out my old one and by the grace of God they had one in stock! Thank You, Thank You.. from the bottom of my heart. Someone even bought us breakfast :) y’all went above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with!

I just brought in my 2018 Chevy Colorado that I Purchased 2 days prior. It had the hard shift and shuddering issues going on with the GM 8speed automatic transmissions. I Live out of state and would be driving home the following day. As you can imagine I was very worried. I left my 2017 Chevy Silverado to get an oil change, also asked to check it out as I knew it needed some work. At 3:15 I received a phone called stating what was all wrong, I asked for it to be emailed to me so I could look it over it.( almost $3,000 in work) I stated that I would look it over and call them back to let them know what can be done. When I called back they stated that they had already started working on my truck I never authorized any work at all! Now I have a 500 bill for what they started. When I picked up my truck there was greasy handprints all over the front of it and the rims. The work they charged me for was quoted at 320.00 how did I get a 500.00 bill. Needless to say I wont be back, Please check around other place to have work done. As I found the same list of things that need fixed for $1400.00 which is half of what they said.

Detryck was so great and patient and helpful. The boss however wouldn’t come down on the price at all and it really was not a great deal but the boss said it was. He wasn’t very helpful and showed financing when we didn’t want to finance at all. Detryck was amazing though.

After purchasing a few vehicles from Thayer I assumed my family would be treated at minimum respectfully. My wife took her new car in for a service issue and oil change. Surprisingly she was informed how to fix it every time it happens. Which would require her or me to crawl under the vehicle to complete. During the oil change she was informed she needed new lug nuts and tires. The service department told her factory tires are junk and unsafe for the family. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. This is why we will never will never trust them or buy there again.

Ive never purchased a brand new vehicle before and I was terrified to make such a big commitment. Jacob made this a fantastic experience. The people at Thayer Chevrolet Service Dept did an excellent job getting my 2018 Chevy diesel Equinox repaired. It only took one day to get a part, even though I had come in for an oil change, an engine light had come on recently and they were able to diagnose the problem and got it fixed correctly right away. Their service and concern for getting my vehicle fixed in a timely manner was impressive and greatly appreciated!

This was, by far, the best new car experience Ive ever had. Anthony worked extensively with me to find a model in time for the Memorial Day incentives. I wanted to wait a couple of months until I was off of my new car purchase high until writing a review and boy I am glad I did! I am even MORE impressed with the staff now than I was the day I bought my car. My sales women Meredith, was very personable and understanding of my needs when it came to size, use, and price. Meredith was not pushy just simply listened and cut to the chase. The finance person was a hoot and a pleasure to speak with as well. I am really glad we went with the warranty as I had an issue with my car early in the week and the Service manager was able to get my car in fairly quickly and sent me off in a rental until it was fixed. Thank goodness my car had a warranty because $600+ later my car was fixed and I did not owe a penny! When I got it back it was cleaned and washed. When I walked up to the service desk to get my car they greet me by my first name, which I am a sucker for excellent customer service!! kudos the Chevy! This dealership has forever have my business!

A coworker of mine brought his vehicle to Thayer. The vehicle was having an issue with the motor. This vehicle was not purchased at Thayer and was not new when purchased by my coworker. It had approximately 100,000 mile on it. To make a long story short my coworker used the wrong oil and gunk up the motor. Thayer flushed the motor as well as a few other maintenance items. After the service was done the engine failed. Without hesitation Thayer replaced the motor with a new crate engine at absolutely no cost to the owner. This to me is an amazing story of service. While the vehicle was being worked on Thayer gave the owner of the vehicle a free loaner. The professionalism of Robert the General Manager, and Brad the service manager, is just short of a miracle. Thayer has a Chevrolet, Toyota, Honda, Ford, and Nissan dealership. I will purchase my next vehicle from this Company to support this kind of service. Thank you Thayer for the old school and greatly missed level of service you provide. I still am amazed.

The best car shopping experience Ive had.Family relatives recommended I head out there and talk with Anthony Kirk. Bowling Green was a bit of a drive for us and Im so glad we made it. Im someone who works customer service currently as a career and Im always shocked at how other dealerships do business. Most of the other dealerships we visited while shopping around were very high pressure sales, and its scary at how ruthless / good they can be at it. Anthony made me feel like I was talking with a friend who had my best interest in mind the entire time. I went to Thayer Chevy in Bowling Green with a car in mind. Anthony was completely honest about the car, and also took the time to show me all the cars on the lot that met my necessitates and budget. There was never even an ounce of pressure felt! By the time I had found the car I wanted, I was on a little bit of a time crunch. I sat down with Chris from financing and everything was thorough but quick at my own pace essentially. My family recommended this place to me, and I would certainly recommend this place to my friends and family. 10/10 experience. Definitely the first place im going to look for a car next time...

After calling a few other Chevy dealerships in the NW Ohio area and getting nothing but attitude and treated like I was a moron, they were wonderful to me. I visited Thayer Chevrolet in Bowling Green this week. All I can say was that the customer service was far more outstanding than any other dealership I have visited. Anthony Kirk and Tony Lake were two of the representatives that I spoke with. These two representatives did an outstanding job approaching me the second I walked in there. They were very informative on each of the models I was looking at and were very detailed on the questions that I asked. I cant exaggerate enough how great my customer service was at Thayer Chevorlet. It was also a worthy trip considering I drove from Ann Arbor, Michigan. I highly recommend both of these representatives to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.

I have nothing but great things to say about the service department. They regularly go out of their way to accommodate my schedule for service, including unplanned check engine lights. The staff has always been kind and professional every visit. The waiting area also offers coffee, TV, and WiFI so I can continue to work when I chose to stay and wait on my truck. The diesel technician always performs solid work as well!
