Absolutely incredible service! I will definitely be taking any technology issues to The Place! The people there were so friendly and efficient. They knew exactly how to fix my Mac and did it extremely fast. It is now working great and they recovered everything I needed for school! Thank you all so much!!!!! You were a huge help.
I left my Mac there 7 weeks ago. I’ve called multiple times, been by there several times and mailed a letter. Nothing! Mark Bitterling seems to be holding my Mac hostage without ransom. I do not recommend this establishment. Even if he’s sick, someone should let customers know and allow them to retrieve their item(s). The voicemail box has been full for a week. I even sent a message on messenger-nothing! Stay away!!
Waiting on my computer which was supposed to be a 2 day job which is quickly turning into three weeks. I’ve left several messages with no returned call and they seem to never be open during posted business hours. When I get my computer back and have another problem, I will be biting the bullet and will be making the trip to Nashville. I wanted this to be a good experience, but this is starting to get quite ridiculous. Hopefully I get my computer back soon so I can stop assuming the worst
I went to the place after going to the geek squad with a working computer with small issues. Geek squad suggested a repair they could do. They did a diagnostic on the computer and gave it back to me completely unworking. The woman retirement to the back and never came back out. After 15 minutes I asked another worker what was going on. I was told that my computer was not working again. I asked what they were going to do about it and I was told that my issue was a known problem but that the only solution was to replace the board, about 500. I asked again that they put it in the condition they got it in and they just ignored me. I went back to the geeks who said this should not have happened. The Place made me feel like I was unreasonable. I never raised my voice or used any unreasonable language. Go to Nashville to the Apple place!
I was having trouble with my mac for a while (battery and software issues) and I decided to take my Mac into The Place. The young man that helped me was incredibly nice and super helpful. I would recommend The Place to anyone seeking help with their apple products, especially because it is close to home (the closest Apple store is in Nashville). My Mac was even fixed the next day - super plus!
Took my laptop there once in around Feb or March. Till this day I still dont have the laptop back. I would call they never answered and they never called me. Wouldnt be surprised if they sold my laptop to someone else. Everytime I went to check on it they still never worked on it so it was never done.
Very unprofessional and unapologetic. The Place took 3 weeks to fix my computer. They WILL NOT answer the phone, and they DO NOT open the doors on time.I had to call several times to get them to even give me an estimate before they fixed my computer. I had to call several times to get a date as to when it would be fixed ( all of these calls went to voicemail, and my messages had to be returned). I also went to pick it up during regular business hours and the doors were locked but there was someone in the store. I called repeatedly, but of course, no one answered the phone. When I drove back to double check to see if the doors were open they were. I picked up my computer, no one apologized and to top it off, they gave me the wrong charging cord! After I get the right cord I will NEVER do business with them again.
Just picked up my computer (iMac 27) from The Place. It was a warranty replacement of the hard drive. They were excellent and treated me very very well. I would highly recommend them ! Thank you The Place for the excellent service and quality repair.
We needed recovery of data when our computer crashed. While it took a few days longer than promised, it was worth every penny and they were polite and helpful. I would use them again.
I went to The Place on a Monday at 3:00, well within their hours of operation. When I checked the doors, they were locked. However, a light was on in the store and a person was standing behind the counter. When I knocked on the door, the person behind the counter actually ducked down so as not to be seen. The Place is a joke. The other bad reviews of The Place are spot on. If we stop patronizing it, they will hopefully go out of business, making room for a real functioning business in Bowling Green. Good Riddance!
I was in Bowling Green over Christmas and had several computers that needed to get worked on, along with an iPhone.They turned around all the work within a couple days as promised, were very reasonably priced and the service was great. Especially in Bowling Green, I would definitely recommend them for anything Apple related.
Walked in looking for a DAC (Digital to Analog Converter) so I asked both the guys working there and they acted like theyd never heard of such a thing. I go into a store showing off tech in the front window and some dude fiddling on a laptop expecting to come into contact with employees that are somewhat tech savvy. I guess thats what I get from trying to find something like that in a store that still sells Firewire cables like its ever been a relevant technology.
Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever seen in my life! They dont return phone calls and will keep your stuff for months without letting you know what the problem is.
I really wish I would have read Google reviews BEFORE I did business here. My repair was not made by the time I was promised. When I would call to get a status, I had to leave a voicemail every time and get a call back. I went to the store to request my computer back, repaired or not, Mr. Bitterling ( I think was his name) became very agitated and asked me if I wanted my computer back in pieces. He was very argumentative, he looked disheveled and his demeanor was frightening. I will NEVER do business here again.
Supporting local small businesses is something that is important to my wife and I. We went to The Place to find ram for an older Apple Ibook, and stood at the front for a few minutes before being noticed. The younger employee that noticed us was initially helpful. While the younger employee was helping us by looking up ram prices, an older employee asked him if he was busy. The younger employee said he was helping us find ram. Then, the older employee told him to do something else, as if we were not even there. We waited for about 10 minutes for the younger employee to come back, or for someone else to help us. Neither happened, so we left. My wife and I both felt as if we were a major inconvenience, and will never trust them with our business again.
The day that I was in the store, the employee there was too engrossed in his game that he was playing to even notice me. The store looked cluttered and disorganized. Back in the day it really looked nice.
Typically refer clients here for Apple warranty work and always hear good things.
Others complain about time but at least you dont have to waste gas and fight traffic to Nashville. Plus they do good work.
Wish i could own a business and not open on time.
I gave them my I phone 6s over a month ago and they dont return phone calls and I still dont have it back and Im done everyday I go over there they avoid me and they are not open on time like ever
I love Apple products. I have a MacBook Pro, iPad, iPhone, Apple TV, and iPod. The Place makes me want to switch to Windows. It is one of the poorest excuses for a business I have seen. I have been calling for three days now trying to spend thousands of dollars for my business and they will not even pick up the phone. It is definitely worth the time to drive to the Apple store in Nashville or Louisville rather than doing business with The Place.
This place refused to give us back our ipod touch. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and they promised it would be back by then and it wasnt. We called and called for weeks to only leave messages that would never be returned. We called on january 2nd and said they made the price higher. The lady said sorry we dont do customer satisfaction, and told us to call apple care if we had a problem. DONT GO HERE.

Place is terrible and the service is trash, do whatever you can to avoid this place for any repair.
