The customer service here is above and beyond. The manager went way above to help us every time we needed it and bent over backwards to accomodate us. We had an issue one time and I over reacted and later I apologized and the manager was so patient, kind and understanding with my frustration and was able to relate to my issues. We needed help a few times along the way and she was there every step to make it easier for us. I really dont agree with or support admin fees, pay attention to that, because I dont think there should be fees for bringing THEM my business, but Id rather pay for top quality service versus going somewhere else. Id recommend this facility just because of the top notch customer service. There are comparable storage units all over, but you dont get quality service like this often.

Great place to store your stuff. Friendly staff and very helpful. Will be with them for a while. Thank You for all the support and help in renting the storage unit and also with the U-Haul rental.

I have to revise this review. Since writing the review that follows (6 months ago), its clear that rodent control has failed. Our furniture was soiled and had to be discarded. Im so sorry that the change has taken place so recently and will report to the owners with photos, etc. This is no longer an excellent, well-run facility despite its very secure gate system and door key system. Accessing our storage units has been easy when we needed to but we find that the buildings are NO LONGER kept clean and with an environment that protects our property stored there.

Clean facility with very reasonable prices. For me, they had the best prices I found.

Great customer service much better than the Uhaul Retail store on Campbell Lane in Bowling Green. This place will get all my business and I highly recommend it.
