Not pleased at all, I rented a truck from Penske that Ipick up at Home Depot in Auburn Maine, it was raining, got home to start loading and noticed that the passenger seat was flooded, the roof was leaking, so I called and they had to tow another truck to the house and pick up the first truck. Then, load the truck in the rain till 11:30pm cause I got delayed4 hours waiting for a truck, hooked the trailer on to haul my car and the trailer lights didnt work, so I called again, had to drive 2 hours out of my way to Scarborough Maine to Penske to get the lights fixed. At this point I was very upset, ! I will be calling them to complain, this stuff is not suppose to happen.

When I moved to KY, I met Sam when I had to turn in my Penske rental truck to his location. He let me hang out in his lobby while I waited for my ride to pick me up. We chit-chatted about the city and music. Low and behold, Sam happened to be my neighbor! When I had to move to TN suddenly, Sam hooked me up with a rental truck without having had a reservation and he provided information for awesome movers! He made my experience hassle-free and easier than expected, especially since it was a last-minute move. I’m happy to call Sam my friend now and I recommend his services!

Have always gotten clean, good running trucks. Had to keep it 3 extra days because of the weather. Wish they didnt charge so much for that
