STORAGE SENSE OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY IS A CON!! On September 21, 2021, I paid 450.00 towards my account, but my monies was not applied correctly according to the receipt I was given by the clerk. I immediately asked the clerk to correct it, but she refused to do so. Instead, The STORAGE SENSE CLERK demanded that I leave the business. I refused to leave until it was corrected or until she returned my money. The STORAGE SENSE CLERK then called the Bowling Green City Police on me via 911. I waited outside the business for them to arrive. When a Policewoman arrived, I immediately showed her the receipt the STORAGE SENSE CLERK had given me and explained to her the situation. The Policewoman IMMEDIATELY determined that I was right. As I continued to wait outside the business, The Policewoman went inside it. After almost 15 minutes inside, The Policewoman came out of the business. She told me that the STORAGE SENSE CLERK had finally corrected her mistake, but that the STORAGE SENSE CLERK had banned me from the property. I got no apology!! I WAS BANNED!! Also, STORAGE SENSE IS A COMPLETE CON!! They brought out the business from the previous owners, LOST RIVER STORAGE, just a few months ago. LOST RIVER STORAGE cared about its customers, treated us with respect,and NEVER charged OUTRAGEOUS fees, but STORAGE SENSE does. STORAGE SENSE should be held accountable for their unfair business practices. As a former Law Enforcement Officer for almost 8 years, I have NEVER be treated so unfair. Also, As an African American, I have NEVER been treated so unfairly. I definitely feel like I was discriminated against because of my race. Something so simple, They MALICIOUSLY AND BLATANTLY made complex!!

Cleanliness of the facility, location and even though I didnt get the answers I wanted, they were prompt with communication.

Very nice lady to work with in front office. Helped me arrange what I need, even with myself being a little fuzzy on what I needed 😊. Nice, clean facility. Secure. Reasonable rates.

Affordable, clean, and friendly. Several unit sizes and the option to have them climate controlled! And thank the stars the entire facility is paved so you dont get mud/dirt all over you or your stuff! All in all, the best storage place EVER

Lost River Storage had what I needed, when I needed it. They have payment options that fit my several needs. They had a special going on that made it cheap.The worker who helped me get set up was very friendly and helpful. When I had trouble with my entry code, she was cheerful and got it straightened out immediately.I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

Great storage facility! The property is very secure, the customer service is unlike any other storage facility I have experienced. The grounds and inside the units are very clean and well maintained. The managers in the office were always very friendly and professional. If I was to ever recommend storage I wouldn’t hesitate to refer Lost River Storage!

Very clean units. The price was comparable to other storage facilities but what puts them above and beyond other facilities is their customer service. Jonathan was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Made us feel important as customers. I highly recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. If you need a storage unit get one now because they have a special going on for certain units at half off for the first 2 months. We paid $35 for a 10 x 15. Cant really beat that! Is it weird to be this happy with a storage facility? LOL

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The rates are great and there are always promotions, including a rental moving truck! My only complaint is that the gate is no longer accessible after 10pm until the next morning. I can see the security concerns involved with this policy but it is still inconvenient not having access to my property at any given moment.

Horrible Storage facility. Gate only works half the time. Does not register a motorcycles weight from the inside going out so you have to have some one follow you in, not he other side of the fence to enter your code, or come during normal business hours. Fairly new facility so there are nails and screws everywhere from the quick build. MOST IMPORTANTLY they are WAAAY OVERPRICED!
