Closed way too early and another customer drove over an hour and a half and told me he had to get a hotel now to wait till they opened. Just because you closed 10 minutes early we have to lose money from our own pockets. That doesn’t seem fair at all.

I sent in labels to be printed off via email like I always do and go pick them up the next day. Well I get there and the guy tell me I didn’t send them so I showed him my email stating that I did. Then he said resend it so I did and he received it but he said he couldn’t get to my labels until tomorrow! I don’t know what they did with the others workers that was there but they need to bring them back. The two people that was in there was clueless as to what to do and I have always had great quick service until now. I’m loosing money because I have no labels for my products. He never said sorry for the inconvenience or anything! I pray my labels are done correctly tomorrow if not I will be giving someone else my business. Bad change up Kinkos!

Closed on a day 9/07/21 that clearly states they should be open. Made for a huge inconvenience not only for myself but a few others that I seen come by while I searched Google for another local drop off. I end up converting my packages to UPS.

The employee was funny, kind, and made sure to put a ton of fragile stickers on my package that was going out to Idaho. Looks like all the goodies I sent made it in one piece! I used to have issues with FedEx in BG, but ever since I moved a couple streets over, everything has been great.

What a poor excuse for a shipping organization. I have more faith in sending mail tied to a pigeon’s foot than I would in a FedEx delivery driver. I can only imagine that my package is somewhere lost on an island making friends with Tom Hanks.

Always helpful when needed

The customer service in this location is poor. Today I was reprimanded because I asked for the senders address to be changed from a personal address to a business address. I changed it for you the last time you were in, I cant keep doing that. It seems changing an address is a HUGE inconvenience for a business that ships items - interesting. The associate refused to change the address and was rude while admitting that he wasnt going to even try to achieve customer satisfaction. Merry Christmas FedEx!

Worst service. I shipped from California and paid heavily for delivery prior to 10:30 AM and it was on the truck from 9:00 AM and now it is past 2 PM and still not delivered. This has been a chronic problem with Bowling Green FedEx and CoVid is not the reason.

Make sure you don’t ask Becky a question, she will be rude while throwing her hands up in the air. Very very rude lady.

The staff and managers here are not helpful, make you feel stupid, don’t even know their own policies, and charge you for any effort they have to put in to do their job. I should’ve asked if they have an extra charge for being friendly because they were all so rude!!!

Rude employees. Told us we had to go ship through UPS just to find out from UPS that they can’t ship our item. Very rude people that just don’t want to do their job.

I needed to fax a document so I went to Fedex. I asked the sales rep, Kristopher K, if they did fax. He was able to help me out. Upon completion, he tells me the total is $46.29 for 21 pages. I was expecting $5-$10. My fault for not asking up front on the cost. His fault for deceptive practices and not being forthcoming with the fax being $2.49/page prior to the service. The pricing is not visible near the service rep fax location either so I had no idea.

Braxton was extremely helpful and professional while helping me with my prints. They turned out great, highly recommend this location for any print needs.

You get what you pay for, if youre trying to save money on printing try another shop. It would also be wise to come prepared!With that said, all my documents look great.

Lost my package I called 7 days after it was scheduled to arrive and still hadnt. It was showing it was being held at this location so I was going to just drive and pick it up. The guy said he didnt have it here and to call the main FedEx post. Called them they said they was showing out was at this location so they launched an investigation and would notify me soon as it was found. 11 days later and still no word as to where it is.

Sent packages to Mi from Bowling Green overnight. Cost us $177. and some change. We were off one number on the house address and FedEx never bothered to call the sender (me) or the recipient to make sure of address. Now they want us to pay extra money to send it to our grandkids. Are you kidding. We paid to have it overnighted so they would have it for Christmas!!!! Now we are not only out the overnight charges but they are sending it back to us!!! Thanks FedEx YOU SUCK!!!!!

I would give zero stars if possible for this location. The clerk working the FedEx package drop off counter today(1/25/2016 @ 12:30) refused to take a package I was returning to sender(wrong item sent) that was shipped in its original packaging via FedEx the day before. I merely placed a piece of tape to close it back up and adhered the return, pre-paid, by the shipper, label. All I wanted was a receipt. So instead Im dropping it off to the main distribution.

Where do I start there has been 3 times they have messed up one of the times he threw my package at my door and the other 2 times they keep postponing my deliveries this time I have waited around for 2 days and still the end of each day I will get a text saying its not going to be delivered I stayed home all day I needed to go see my mother that is sick and I talked to a lady that act like she cared and said I would get a call back never got that call now its saying my package will not be delivered until Decembe 4th I hope I get it its for my little girl birthday she has been asking for a iPhone for 2 years so please send me my package and do your job

The assistant manager, Andy, is not only incompetent but horrible at his job. Worst experience at a FedEx office by far.
