Stewart comes to the table prepared. He is amazingly patient and knowledgeable. He took his time for a couple out of towners, explaining the product, and helping us select what was best for us. He was joined by other staff members who were just as wonderful. This location is as authentic as the employees who run it. Thank you.

Being a California based store I wouldnt have expected good service. Be better than that state and help a customer out. Its your job.

The employee who waited on me was great, she made my day and is the reason the store receive a 4 out of 5, morning of 8/27 front counter staff, she is 5 star and deserves a raise. Other than that the store wasnt bad.

Having bigger feet, its always a hard time trying to find the right pair of shoes or boots! Going into the store they didnt necessarily have a large selection in my size, but the staff was great in getting online with me there at the store, and answering all of my detailed question about this size and fit of the boots to choose from! Chisum did a particularly great job bearing with me, and had such a great attitude! Im excited for my boots to arrive and to get to try them on in the store!

Walked in and was instantly moved to shop! REAL DEALS- not bogus markdowns. Am visiting from out of state and the boutiques in town are incredible- but spendy!! Chisum, the manager at Boot Barn, was super knowledgeable and helpful- was never pushy.Everything from name brand boots to cowboy hats, belts, clothing and jewelry and accessories.

Great service. Great selection. I bought a pair of boots that were rugged and stylish. They were expensive but thats fine. I think you go here to pay more for quality shoes that will last years and look good. The service was excellent. I can tell that management is putting an emphasis on this. Even though I go here expecting them to be pricey, I always find good sales and clearance merchandise.

Helpful staff, and good products. We were able to pick up a few things for Christmas presents. Their sales racks had some great name brand products for decent prices.

I am not much of a shopper but one of my favorite places to go is the Boot Barn. Friendly staff. I am one who likes to look on my own. The staff will let me know they are there if I want help and let me do my thing.

I would rate this place a 5 but i feel like the store is fairly limited in their clothing selection. The staff is always outstanding and very helpful.

Great selection and service in my three visits here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Good prices on a very extensive selection of western clothing and boots. There is also a hat section with brim shaping service.

Initial visit went well, CSR was friendly and helpful, in and out in fifteen minutes. Purchased a pair of Justin Dress/work boots.Quality of product seemed fair, leather, stiched not glued, price was fair around $100. Thats where the dream ended, boots were very hard to keep laced with leather straps for laces, then of course after two weeks those broke. I purchased new laces wore them for another two weeks and the rear outside sole separated from the boot. Took them back, of course I didnt save the receipt. Showed them to the clerk. Clerk offered no solution without receipt. Didnt take my name look up the order by credit card, or transaction date. Just stated there was nothing he could do. So I am now a Red Wing guy and dont shop at the boot barn anymore. Ill be really surprised if they are still around in a couple years.

Really unhappy with the workers at this store. 2 out of 3 that were working that day were just unbelievably rude. I asked one if they carried an item I had seen on their website, and she treated me like an idiot for thinking they would. And as I was looking at a pair of boots they had, the man that came to help me was so rude. Ignored me when I talked to him, later just stared at me for a while and finally asked if how things were going. I said I was just thinking if I needed to spend that much money right now. Instead of respecting the fact that I was considering giving them my hard earned money (the boots werent cheap, even with a discount), he essentially told me that theyre already discounted, what more do you want, and whatever, its up to you. Then walked away. I was disgusted, and feel sick for giving my money to that company. Sorry for the rant, but never shopping there again.

Mainly cowboy boots. Good selection of those. Bit overpriced, but, thats Bozeman for you.
