Nice shoe store. The staff is very knowledgeable specially Kyle, the assistant manager.

I received expert help for my shoe purchases. I bought two pairs of shoes after getting my feet measured and sized up according to my arches. I love this store because they sell quality. And their customer service is exemplary. Best shoe shop for senior citizens. Shamus was my focused salesman. But the manager was also attentive even though the store was packed with people.

This tends to be the best place to find shoes in Bozeman and Billings (at least for the past 3 years). The staff provide great customer service everytime. Tonight, I was exhausted from working, and just wanted to get in and out. Hannah made it a real quick experience and answered every question I had. Went home with some orthotics, if they work well I will be back for sandals!

There were too many people in the store; the number of bodies should be limited. I enjoyed the attempt at old fashioned service (the salesman puts the shoe on you with shoehorn, laces it snug etc.), but the salesperson didnt really listen to what I was looking for, kept bringing out shoes saying this is popular, everyone buys these. My lord, Im 45 not 15, I know what I need. Then kept pushing add-ons like they were going out of style... shoe spray, laces, another pair of shoes, then the socks...I swear he wasnt going to let us leave without buying socks. Good company. Solid shoes, the service needs fine tuning.

I stopped in and picked up a couple pairs of shows a couple weeks back and they had a new salesman on the floor named Jay. He has to be one of the most professional sales person I ever had the privilege to work with. He was very polite and looked like a person that cared about his appearance, and in sales its important to not look like you just crawled out of bed! He helped me find the shoes that fit my foot well, and that is hard to do with my foot size! I have never been to a shoe store that treats its guest so good, he even helped me put my shoes on! I had a awesome experience at your store and the gentleman named Jay is top notch!!

One of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Went in with a friend to buy a pair of shoes Ive been wanting and the first thing one of the employees does was make fun of my friends shirt because she had a jean pocket on the front of her sweatshirt and laughed at it. I was pretty upset by his comments toward her but proceeded to just find the shoes I wanted to get and leave. I then asked one of the employees if they price match any of the shoes to online stores and he rudely said no in a very aggressive manner. Left the store very upset and bought the shoes from a different store. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They don’t pick up the phone. It was ringing for 25 minutes.

The only place to buy shoes! These guys took care of me even when the oboz I got wore out earlier then expected. Great service that is always willing to help, not pushy and willing to go the extra mile to find you the best fitting shoe.

Absolutely the best customer service Ive ever had buying shoes, as well as I wound up with the most comfortable pair Ive ever owned. They even swapped my laces out TWICE since we missed the green at first. Homies.Colin and Alex, super great attitude and awesome people. And know how to fit a shoe.

I enjoyed my time at this store. We came in looking for shoes for my preteen son, and while we didnt find what we wanted for him, I really enjoyed the selection of shoes available for me!

I have now bought 2 pairs of shoes here. A pair of Oboz and a pair of running shoes. Every time I go into shop at trade home, I am always greated by a salesperson asking how my shoes were doing. Recently I came in with a question about my Oboz, one of the shoes have started to rip at the seams. The sales associate looked at them, and he had actually sold them to me in the first place so he knew I had had them less than a year. He asked his manager about them and he was able to get me a brand new pair of Oboz right then and there! All I had to do was sign for the return. The sales associate had even remembered that I have insoles that I have to wear and had pulled out the exsisting ones from the shoes when i went to try them on. I will always go back here for new shoes, and reccomend them to friends and family when they are looking for shoes.

Ive exclusively had good experiences at this store, my current go-to for shoe shopping.

Have never, anywhere, had as good as service as me and my wife received, on our first trip to your store.Chris and Boston helped me and my wife, and i dont think i will buy any other shoes, but from you guys.....all from how are experience was there and we were treated.Highly recommened. Should have 10 stars....
