Ive bought a half dozen pairs of boots here over the last couple of years. I have always had a great experience here. Everyone is knowledgeable and has a great attitude. The only issue I have is they are so accommodating and helpful that I end up spending too much money.

I am a cashier at a very busy gas station. I am on my feet at least 8-9 hours a day five days a week. I have very large, wide, flat feet not easy to find shoes for. I am in pain daily by the time my shift ends.My husband and I walked into the store today and was immediately greeted by a very friendly dog who instantly laid down and wanted belly rubs, which I was more than happy to give. Then Nathan asked how he could help us. My exact words to him were the first few lines of this review. Nathan genuinely seemed to care and wanted to do something to help me. He properly measured my feet, and then let me know that I could go with either a mens shoe or a womens. Im not a big one for fashion and at this point I really didnt care what they looked like as long as my feet no longer hurt. He brought over a pair of socks to try on first, just trying them on I could already feel some relief in my feet. He then had me try on a very light weight boot, with an insole designed specifically for flat feet on my right foot (which is the one that bothers me the most). On my left I had just the boot without the insole. I stood up and walked the length of the store a few times and did so without limping. I instantly knew that I had finally found something that I could wear all day at work and not have to suffer in pain.Nathan is very knowledgeable about the products that he carries in his store. He is also very friendly and compassionate. Nathan, I want to thank you for helping me today, you have definitely made a customer for life out of me. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

The crew at RedWings in Bozeman is the absolute best. They take the time to get you the right boot and proper fit. Nathan even stayed late to get me my boots as I work in Big Sky and couldn’t get there before they closed. Can’t say enough about how helpful and friendly they are. I got my first pair of Red Wings about a month ago and was skeptical of the hype but I am convinced and have been completely converted over to Redwing shoes.I love that you have the ability to go in and get your shoes reconditioned, the staff are incredibly helpful and the store is always pristine. 10 out of 10 for me.

I went over the weekend to pick up my first pair of red wings. I have heard mostly positive reviews on the brand, but didnt have the cash to try it out until now. The sales rep Nathan was extremely helpful, found a pair of Blacksmiths that fit perfectly. Every other place I have tried, the shoes were a little off. Maybe its the new Vibram soles they switched too or the fact that I had a sales associate dedicate the time to find something that worked rather then just ask me what size I wore and hand me a bunch of boxes. I definitely will be picking up another pair in the future, but hopefully these will last me a long time. Thanks guys.

Nathan is great to work with and found me the perfect boots for my job. His whole crew is incredibly knowledgeable too. This is one of the few places that carries shoes in my size (14D). I go in to get my boots cleaned and oiled every 3-4 weeks and have a great time talking with everyone while I wait if they’re not too busy. I’m looking forward to getting more boots and shoes here in the future.

If you are looking for a good pair of boots I highly recommend going to this store. We had a good experience in January when we bought my husband’s boots which he says are the most comfortable pair of shoes/boots he has ever owned. We went back in yesterday and there is a new owner who was phenomenal. They definitely got us a lifetime customers.

The first time I went it Dusty helped me out, bought a few things plus a pair of boots. When I got home and eventually tried on the socks they ended up being one size too small. I went back in yesterday and Ken happily let me switch em out while still letting me keep the smaller pair. What customer service these guys have. New management is Awesome! Outstanding customer service. Bought a pair of Iron rangers that never fit right, new management fitted me and found out I was sold wrong size previously. Was able to swap them for correct size after a month. That is outstanding. Go here if you are looking for high quality boots and VERY HIGH customer service.

Redwing Heritage Boots, the name says it all about the quality and materials! However, the service at the Bozeman store location is majorly lacking. Went in today with the intentions of getting a new pair of Iron Rangers. These boots are not cheap by any means but they are worth it. As we walked in there were two gentleman working, one helping a customer the other just shooting the breeze with another customer that was not purchasing anything. I found the boots I wanted to try on and was waiting politely for service. The worker shooting the breeze, was talking about MSU Grads and everything but boots! I stood there for 15 minutes waiting and watching another customer getting great service and the other just working his jaws out with another customer (not buying anything). 20 minutes later and not even a head nod acknowledging my presence. I looked at my wife and said let’s go, I put the boots back and turned to the door. The worker that was working his tongue dumpster says thanks for stopping by! The service was shameful, I hope that you don’t receive the same service I did. I will order my boots online, thanks for nothing!

I ordered a pair of boots and had them drop shipped to my house which is about 100 miles from Bozeman. They arrived in less than a week. Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong boot. It happened that I was going to Bozeman the next week. I took the boots and asked if I could return them. I told the man that I didnt even put the boots on and that I simply bought the wrong boot. They accepted the boots back and sold me a different pair. The pair that I wanted wasnt in store, so he arranged to have them drop-shipped to me too. I appreciate the accommodation for my mistake, and the willingness to get me what I wanted. True customer service is harder to come by now-a-days, so its extra nice to see a business take care of customers. Ill definitely use this store when I need anything from Red Wing Shoes.
