Meridian Boutique is my favorite store in Bozeman not only because of the amazing clothes, but also because of the customer service! As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted, and the knowledgeable employees helped me find some great clothing pieces I probably never would have tried. All in all, I would 100% recommend Meridian to anyone looking for a great shopping experience

The best selection of clothes and shoes in Bozeman. Ruth helped my Mom and I out, and was so friendly, personable, and fun! We both bought the Jeffery Campbell green kitchen heel, in addition to a few tops and blazers, and we’re obsessed. This is a must stop if you’re in the area!

As a former boutique owner with my mom and sister, I truly appreciate the small town vibes of a Main St. store, and love how Meridian has kept those vibes while offering a more high-end array of items.Everyone who works there is helpful but not overbearing; the store is always clean, easy and fun to shop; and the selection (price, styles) are very evenly distributed to suit all tastes and price points. Meridian has not been a successful downtown business for 27 years for nothing. First of all, the customer service is incredible.The sales associates seem to love their store and are happy and proud to have shoppers come in. I am always greeted warmly when I enter the store. The sales associates are well trained to be helpful, kind and respectful. Second, the merchandise is well curated and includes great quality basics as well as eye. catching statement pieces. The window mannequins are well merchandised and draw you into the store. I love the way they wrap and package my purchases like the treasures that they are! Yesterday, I stopped in to buy a gift and found the perfect piece, within my budget price and I left the store with it already gift wrapped and ready to give. I highly recommend Meridian Boutique to anyone who wants a warm, inviting shopping atmosphere, pleasant purchasing experience, and a well-curated and merchandised selection of high quality clothing and accessories.

This has been my go to boutique for my business and casual wear for over 10 years. The ladies are always professional, helpful and sweet. My shopping experiences are always wonderful and the clothing is very high quality that last for years and years. My husband knows that I always want to see a Meridian box under the tree! I highly recommend shopping at the Meridian. Take your time and you will be so pleased with what you leave with.

I love this shop! They have a really cool selection of gorgeous stuff. One pair of pants I bought recently were the exact thing I’ve been looking for for a year now. I saw them on goop.com but never wanted to spring for the lofty price but they had the same thing in meridian for cheaper and they are my everyday pants now! Everything I have bought there gets lots of compliments. And the stuff are so helpful in styling your look and helping pick out things. But they also can hang back if they sense you’re not into it. Totally five stars! And I’m picky!!!

Always top notch service and phenomenal clothes. I visit the boutique every time I am in town and always find a perfect, flattering pair of jeans and great tops (the sweaters and multiple lines of *to die for* cashmere are always a fav). I love that they have a store front online now, too. Hands down, Meridian is one of my favorite stores in the US.

Website has enticing visuals and is very easy to navigate. Purchased items arrive beautifully wrapped in tissue. So happy to have an online option especially during Covid 19! Previous in-store experience has always been terrific with exceptional customer service!

Decent clothes, but the staff weren’t friendly at all. They acted superior, rude, distant, and discourteous. Not to mention how expensive the clothes were priced. Just because you work at a fancy store, doesn’t mean you’re made of gold, honey. Fix your attitude and you’ll have more customers.

Meridian Boutique is a fabulous store. They always have a fantastic selection of super chic clothing that doesnt seem to go out of style, and ate constantly getting in new items. The customer service is always superb.

In particular, their returns policy is impressive for such a small store with limited buying power. The owner and staff are more than reasonable and generous. Ive come into Meridian a few times over the years to pick up staples with a seasonal flare. The styling of the store is always spot on for timeless classics that somehow still seem perfectly of-the-moment.

This used to be a nice place to shop until downtown became a magnet for homeless people. It is unsafe to shop downtown and unfortunately this company doesn’t have an online website. I have sadly had to take my business elsewhere.
