Excellent coffee, excellent burrito’s. I called and made a to go order for two ranchero burritos. They actually answered! (Rare in Gallatin County) The burritos were ready within the time they specified, and although there was a large line, our coffees were prepared in 3-5 minutes. Total time for great coffee and two burritos was maybe 5-10 minutes. Great job and great customer service.

Good coffee. You can see them making the baked goods right there. The chair I day in was comfortable and the internet was solid.

I truly enjoy the atmosphere in this location. There are numerous little comfy nooks and spaces to curl up, and the arrangement of the space means that conversations remain intimate and private.

I do some work outside of this location several times a week and once and a while grab something. Terrible experience this time as my coworker and I were in uniform and this location has a strong dislike towards anything like that. Staff couldn’t be any ruder to us. They serve good food and coffee but I’d recommend going to the Belgrade location or another of the dozen coffee shops in Bozeman. They don’t have the Montana hospitality that most other coffee places do here.

Ive only been once, so maybe they were having a bad day. We got a coffee and americano, which came in a paper to-go cup. We were staying in, but okay, thats what people do. I ask for a refill and the barista looks at me kind of weird and says usually they only do refills for dining-in mugs, but she can do it for me. And the refill is only for 12 oz. I suggest she just fill my cup 12 oz. full, and she agrees. I finally pry out that a refill is $.50, which is fine. And, no, they wont refill an americano with coffee. I dont understand that at all, but whatever. We stay longer. I cant make heads or tails of their refill policy, but I go to see if I can get another. A different barista asks if I paid for it, to which I nod, because I paid for the coffee today and am here for a refill, but thats not what she meant and she looks at the original barista, who looks at me like Im asking to unload the till into this burlap sack, and shakes her head. Oh, Im sorry, no I didnt pay the $.50 for this refill, but my wallet is open and a dollar halfway out in case there is any confusion. She fills my 16 oz. cup full. I am confused, and feel slightly like someone getting too much change back, but in this case I cant return the change, because germs, so I take it and drink it.I know that I am spoiled by City Brews unlimited refill policy, but I would have had a much more pleasant experience if someone had noticed these first-timers and laid out the rules.The art is nice.Edit: 4-stars for the responsive owner. Hopefully, next time we are in town they have their cup/refill policy a little more understandable. Also, Id recommend they allow refills of drip coffee even if the customer had an americano or latte or something.

I love Cafe M! Ive been going there for years with my son. They always have amazing coffee, great staff and awesome food at both locations I go to.

It is hard to find a coffee place where you dont feel that they rush you to order, even when theres no one behind. This is not the exception. Their savory food (breakfast and lunch) is way better than the pastries. Complaint:missing Gluten Free options. Drinks and Coffee are very good.

I just went through this establishment for coffee filters for the office and thought I would also treat myself to a bagel and a latte. They made the latte before I paid, thought it was a mistake and tossed it because they didn’t hand it to me, they called it out and I missed it because I was still at the register. My bagel which was supposed to be blueberry is cinnamon raisin, and when I went back up after several people came through to ask about my drink it was made behind other people’s still. Incredibly disappointed, didn’t find out the bagel was wrong until I got to work because I foolishly trusted them.

A neighborhood coffee shop well worth coming to. The staff is personable like no other shop and the coffee, especially Ethiopian, well worth trying. The pastries and bfast sandwiches are great also. Tom the owner is community driven too and provides free coffee donations to varying events and allows wall space for aspiring artists. Visit all 3 locations and you wont be sorry.

I stop by (usually in the morning) for coffee and a Ray breakfast sandwich. The food and coffee a service is excellent.And it is a great place to meet and touch base with friends. I go to all the Cafe M locations. My favorite is the Belgrade location. The baristas are friendly fast and efficient. Have not had any bad experiences at this location. Coffee is good and so are the food selections.

Stopped by for breakfast on our road trip. Great cozy atmosphere, and good coffee and espresso! And the breakfast burritos are seriously incredible!! They are large, taste fresh and just heaven!

Nice coffee shop which serves breakfast and lunch fare. Excellent breakfast burritos for sure. Really good wraps as well. The restaurant is clean and fresh and the staff are friendly and accomodatig. They have free WiFi and lots of places to plug in and charge your devices.

Overall our experience was pretty good. They had delicious breakfast burritos and good hot coffee. The lack of non-nitro cold brew is a bit of a shame though.

The food and coffee were horrible. I threw away 75% of it. The breakfast burrito was soggy and had cold spots, and the coffee tasted like battery acid.
