So to start off, I was having a very difficult day when I got here. When i arrived I told the baristas that today was difficult. I told them hey, surprise me with a drink. Have fun with it! As long as its a cold drink and a venti I will be happy and OH MY GOSH did they deliver! They made me such a wonderful beverage and someone who worked there paid for it. I was so touched by this experience. The staff here are so kind and sweet. It absolutely made my day turn around! Also to whomever is reading this review you should get the drink they made me. It is the perfect combination of flavors ☺💖 thank you so much Starbucks on Main! Stay as wonderful as you are!

Super friendly but there was no one there and all the tables in & out were dirty. Bathrooms are really dirty too. Asked for a black coffee and for some reason they put sugar in it.

Frappuccinos were runny, gave us the wrong size. Bacon on my double smoked bacon and cheddar was barely cooked and floppy.I would give 0 stars if I could.

They are not ready for Bozeman, or vice versa. Drive through is painfully slow. Decide if youre going to be a big city quick and efficient service or a small town take your time service. Mid afternoon coffee was not as hot/fresh as it shouldve been.

Stopped for coffee . Coffee were not made right . Order a Carmel ribbon crunch with almond milk and a Cinnamon de Luce and neither tasted like they were supposed to.

If youre looking for a go-to Starbucks in town this needs to be your spot. As always, I encourage people to try local but we all know we need a Pumpkin Spice Latte or Smores Frappuccino from time to time. Expect long lines, but typically they move you through very efficiently with great service. And their lobby is a GREAT spot to just sit and hang or do homework.

Went here yesterday with my friend and the drive through girl was SO SWEET. My friend wanted to try a half matcha half chai drink and she helped my friend through it and gave her reccomendations for what would taste best. Then, we get to the window and she tells us the drink is on the house! Thats dope?! She made conversation with us and was so so so nice! Then whoever made the drink came over and was also so nice to us too! Not to mention the drink was straight fire... hahaha! It was a good moment.

Waited over 30 minutes here and my drink was only 3/4 full upon receiving it. Disappointing.

Is it open or not? For two days now I’ve driven thru and nobody is there during their open hours. People are wasting their time going there in the morning when you don’t have any signs up saying nobody’s going to be there.

Theres almost always a crazy line here, but they do make great coffee.

Customer service ok but they make Wrong orders.

Update your hours online, frustrating to drive here and only have the place closed with temporary hours.

Got of the dozens of times Ive gone here I think I had one bad experience. The worker was ready to leave and something possessed him to take my order. I was trying a new drink and it took more than a minute to order. He rudely powered through and we got mostly what we wanted. But thats it. Service is normally quick and delightful, and my custom drink is always delicious

White Chocolate Mocha was perfect today. Long line that moved fairly quick so it wasnt a negative. Friendly staff.

Never had any problems with this starbucks until today, aside from the medley that is their drive thru. But on this day, no one could tell me what was wrong with how my iced cold foam cappuccino kept coming out, so that was less than ideal..

My barcode wasn’t working for a $5 coupon to Starbucks so one of the ladies paid for my drink!! So beyond sweet & generous! I didn’t get her name but she had a rainbow mask on. I didn’t have cash to tip her so I’m going back later to do so. Please go there & make sure to tip them!! They are constantly busy & deserve it! Thank you for such a great experience!

I love the starbucks team in Bozeman! These are seriously awesome and hard workers and continue to stay upbeat through uncertain times when people need a dose of coffee AND kindness. They are great! I’ve had one order scrambled and she was very apologetic and kind and made it better!A friendly FYI: the hours listed on the google page indicate a 2AM closing time???? Please note: this is inaccurate. I verified: this store closes at 9PM. Thank you!!!!

They are keeping the East entrance locked forcing people who come from that direction to walk completely around the building. They say they are doing this for their own safety. But they are discriminating and breaking the law.

I have been going here for years and it used to be a fine place, however in the last few months this place has gotten so bad.i have to check who is making drinks before i order to make sure its one of the three people who wont mess up my drink.they are constantly out of stuff i try and order.and the worst thing is the creepy manager, i have seen him scream at his employees in front of entire shop, then storm off only to come back a few minutes later and try and chat with me while the girl behind the counter is crying.honestly i liked studying here however with how things are here now i think im gonna find a new coffee shop to study in.

Excellent, amazing, great! Im a regular at this particular Starbucks and 90% of the employees address me by name and remember my special request drink order. They are always professional, fast, clean and friendly.The prices are comparable to other coffee shops and the coffee is great.The few times theres been a mistake with my order its always been fixed promptly and immediately.I definitely recommend this Starbucks and their amazing staff!

Always a line, and pretty slow moving...

The barista who attempted to serve me coffee was noticeably sick with flu-like symptoms. Upon realizing this, I immediately turned around and left without even requesting a refund. It deeply disturbs me to know that the owner of an establishment like Starbucks is allowing workers to attend work while sick, especially during this global covid-19 crisis. Poor hygiene is an understatement.

It is a nice place to go, good atmosphere. I will say they arent always spot on when you ask for stuff so make sure you confirm with them what it is that you asked for. Other than that they are pretty good baristas.

The store don’t open until 11:30. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard!

Dont get me wrong, I love me some Starbucks coffee but not at the expense of TWO local coffee huts. Whenever I come in I get the feeling that the staff has something better they can be doing than serving their customers. They are consistently rude and my order always takes a long time.

Typical Starbucks experience. I rarely have anything bad to say about SBX.

A larger Store with a friendly and well-trained staff. I have also bought gifts there & coffee beans. Personally I prefer the lighter bean roasts because their dark roast is exceptionally so.

They make good drinks, but almost always they forget to put whip cream on any of the drinks, even if I ask them to put it on there.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Just waited in the drive through line (which is a complete free for all) for over 30 minutes. I went to order coffee and breakfast. After picking three different that weren’t available I opted for just the coffee. Took two sips and the venti dark roast spilled over me because the lid was no secure. Pretty badly burnt. May have to see a doctor.

Every single time I go there I ask and pay extra for caramel and get less than a regular coffee would get. I make it clear I wasn’t satisfied the last time but still never satisfied. Very annoyed every time I leave and never will return.

Leo is a charmer and a great guy. You know what your getting from Starbucks, and its not the best coffee, but its fast and sweet... And this crew is awesome.

I am so happy that Starbucks expanded closer to campus. However, it was sad that Corporate Starbucks forced the local coffee stand out because of the legal contract they have. It also seems like this location is always understaffed during all hours of the day. However, the crew they have there are very conversational and always smiling.

This is a great store. Theres a lot of seating inside and out, and they had our drinks ready and right in a hurry. We waited here for our Uber to the airport, which was perfect.

Being a Starbucks its going to be a little expensive but the quality of their coffee is still there. Extremely friendly staff and a clean establishment.

This location seems to be a busy location. Sometimes takes 20-30 minutes to get thru the drive thru in the morning. The staff was friendly and the food and drinks I ordered were great. The building looked great and the building was clean. Sometimes the drive thru gets out of control and has like 10-15 cars in line.

4/19/19 That massive hole as you come around the drive thru would have wrecked my car... fortunately I caught it in the nick of time. Service was a bit slow but very friendly!! My cup was dripping my Venti Vanilla Bean Creme everywhere...had to ask for napkins, good thing I was headed home and not to work otherwise that could ruin a perfectly good outfit, and someones work day!!

Nice joint but fix your Google WiFi. Tried uploading a video to YouTube, it errored out twice. Unstable. Wasted an hour of my life.

The wait staff is always friendly here, fast service, and comfy seating if you want to hang out for a while. It also has a great view of sunrises and the Bridgers!

I have only been inside once as I typically use the drive thru. Not a frequent customer. . .0-3 times a month max but I missed say whenever the line is long I dont worry because they have fast & efficient service.

I still laugh about the time through the drive thru this summer I asked which tea the barista liked. He said black then an another barista piped in I like the white and then a 3rd came on and said The green is the best for sure. I picked white tea but then got to the window with all 3 different types waiting for me (charged me for one of course). So funny, and sweet and made my next two afternoons (I put the tea in the fridge). They obvious have a good co-worker dynamic going on.

The nicest staff - go out of their way to help you out, whether its navigating the menu or just being friendly. Highly recommend coming to this starbucks!

Oh my god. I was just driving through trying to get a coffee on my drive to north Idaho and I swear to god the basic baristas made my drunk wring multiple days Ike’s and when I finally got one that looked right, She didn’t even listen to how I asked for my drink and when I called her in it she said “oh well I just made I that way because it was easier”...excuse me? Dint work in customer service/food prep if you went to listen to what your customer orders and make it incorrectly to save yourself the 30secs It takes to measure it out correctly. I still can’t believe that experience!

Meh its Starbucks for Bozeman, the people are super nice and the place is well staffed. They need more sofas and couches or nice comfy stuff. . .They have the room but lack comfort.

My order has been wrong the last 3 times! The last time they assured me they would not forget the cream... they did... probably wont be going back. I guess this is what I get for not shopping local!
