I have lived all over the country and been to many eye doctors and optical shops, and 20Twenty is above and beyond anywhere I have ever been. Dr. Sarah Hill made a recommendation that took me from 20/80 corrected vision to 20/20, when I had been under the impression from my last two doctors there was nothing to be done. Gretchen in optical is also knowledgeable, and both Dr. Hill and Gretchen are caring and fun. I got the very best care and glasses. Same goes for everyone who works there -- it is just a pleasurable experience over all. I have only written one other review on google, but it was important for me to let you know. If you are like me, and you really need expert eye care, I thought Id share the good news for Bozeman. You have a gem in your own backyard.

I’m really impressed with how much work their team put into turning my unpleasant experience into a great one. There was some miscommunication between myself and the office, and I had pretty much written them off; but I was contacted by a staff member named Gretchen, and it’s not hyperbole in any way to say that I was amazingly impressed by what she did to correct the situation. Not only correct it, but going the extra step to turn me from a disinterested party into an enthusiastic advocate. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated the extra care put into Gretchen’s response, but I can say that I’m a loyal customer and will remain so. Realistically, there will be few experiences that go 100% smoothly in any business interaction (not just here, but with any company), but the care a company takes to correct a mistake is a far better judgment of their policies and practices, and again, they really hit it out of the park.

My first time.. they were all very helpful and friendly. It was nice the doctor took the time to show me the photos of my eyes explaining what they would look like if I had any issues. Over great experience. Def keep them as my place for eye care

Hands down Dr. Hill is thee best, Ive had a lot of eye appointments in my life and she is sharp, thorough and extremely thoughtful. Staff are amazing as always & office is hyper clean. Gretchen you rock!!

Horrible customer service! Fit my childs glasses with his mask on. So now the glasses are crooked! I requested a receipt and financial records 4 diffrent times and have never received anything. The office negligently didnt bill insurance and expected us to pay in full. When we got behind on payments the office threatened discontine treatment. Finally they started billing insurance, giving us a credit shorting us $100 of what we paid the office. The office cannot balance their books. I have repeatedly called and inquired, asking for bills and records but unfortunately the office has never been able to provide that information. Save yourself a giant headache and go somewhere else!

I hands down recommend 20 - Twenty! The staff is always prompt and attentive. Both doctors are top notch and listen to your needs. They ate great with kids which is always a bonus! Our kiddos never mind going to the eye doctor. The selection of frames is great - and it’s even better that if they don’t work, the brain storm to make sure they can get what you need.

I felt as though I had a very good evaluation. I just received my new contacts and am so pleased at how well I can see!! I had no idea that my vision was so poor. I appreciate promptness, attention detail, polite staff and nice environment. So glad I changed providers.

I hadn’t been to an optometrist- eye care facility in 20 years. This place “Rocked it”. Dr. Argenbright was fantastic. Really “Opened My Eyes” as to issues I’ve been dealing with. Very professional and light heart as well. Melissa ran me through a series of tests. Amazing girl with a fun personality. I only regret that I won’t be going back…20/20. The entire staff was amazing. My husband and I love everyone that works here! Dr. Abdal is incredible - shes very knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and is truly lovely to be around. All of the other staff are just as great - they spend time talking you through everything, and were a huge help in helping me pick out a new pair of glasses. Cannot recommend them enough!

Dr. Kirkpatrick has consistently taken the time to find solutions to my vision problems. She is extremely thorough, and has gone to great lengths to make sure I see better. She has been great to my kids as well, and I am very thankful for her. Due to my vision issues, I have had numerous doctors over the years, but she is the best I have ever had.

Dr. Kirkpatrick is amazing! I went to her last year to get glasses and since then I’ve had some strange symptoms and she has been so kind to work very hard to help me any way she’s been able to! I had a previous Eye Dr. office not treat me that well, and my experience at Twenty 20 has been amazing. They really care and are kind and thorough at all times. All the reviews are true - this place is truly the best. From the second I called until I left, it was incredible customer service. They got me in for a full comprehensive eye exam in less than a week (unheard of!) and I was able to fill out all my paperwork online without wasting any paper. I checked in 5 minutes early and was in on my appointment time, even though there was a hiccup with my insurance that was my fault. Two new receptionists were being trained and I didnt even notice until one told me! :) I know from being a receptionist, it is hard to train. I was very impressed. Melissa, my tech, was so soothing and kind. I can not say enough about her. I have extreme anxiety about going to the eye doctor but I felt totally at ease. Everything was explained to me very nicely. I never felt rushed. Dr. Bret Argenbright was also very kind and professional. The entire team should really pat themselves on the back because they have done an amazing job with their practice.

I called in looking for a very short notice same day appointment. They were extremely welcoming on the phone and very accommodating to the schedule even though it was a time crunch. They were even more welcoming when I arrived. Very clean, professional and courteous. I have never had an eye care clinic offer me water and coffee before. The whole experience was very refreshing. Best I’ve ever been to.

These guys and gals are super competent and provide total eye care as opposed to just glasses. They might not be the cheapest, but they are the best. Thanks for taking care of my family.

I chose 20Twenty Eyecare, because you could instantly see that they had the best reviews on google. I just got home from my exam and I can definitely see why they have 5 stars. Every single person there was very nice, helpful, and informative. I am a pretty big nerd and I like to know about everything, so I was amazed by the technology they use and they enjoyed telling me all about it as well as what all the tests are for. Normally things like this arent a real enjoyable experience, but 20Twenty Eyecare made it fun!

After seeing the reviews on multiple review site, I had very high expectations of 20Twenty. The first time in for the eye exam was great and I would give it 4 or 5 stars. Very friendly staff, the eye Dr. was very professional, courteous, explained in detail what was going on. Some of the equipment in the office was not functioning the day I went, but was minor. I could not stick around to order glasses right after the appointment though.The second visit was not a 5 star experience, I would give it a one, maybe a two. Walked into the business after I left work. The receptionist was assisting someone. And there was no one else out front. So I started looking at eyeglasses expecting that they were busy and would be with me shortly. A couple of minutes later a gentleman came into the business from outside. A woman came from the back of the office and, instead of asking who was next, recognized this gentleman from a previous job and began helping him. No big deal, however then another person came in the door and a young man came out of the back and began helping them. As soon as he got them going, he hovered around the receptionist area and did not approach me to see if I needed assistance. I had been in the store for about 15 minutes at this point and had not had any customer contact at all.

Fabulous office! Great staff, great space, and Dr. K is awesome. I always feel very well taken care of. They are also happy to refit your glasses anytime and it only takes a few minutes. A++

Amazing, the staff is wonderful and they did a great job helping me pick out frames. They asked what I liked and what I didnt and directed me to the perfect pair.When I received my glasses there was an issue with the lenses and they took care of it right away and with amazing customer service, they are fantastic.I would highly recommend them!

They were able to get me in as a new patient within just a few days, so you wont have to wait for forever for some availability, which is fantastic. Very friendly, welcoming environment. Dr. Kirkpatrick seemed to really take her time getting to know my needs, and I feel like this prescription is the most accurate Ive ever had. I can see stuff (which is also fantastic)! I havent checked out the glasses yet, but it seemed like a nice selection from afar. Sort of a trendy little place. If you are in the market, go here. Not a single complaint.

This is the best eyecare center I have been to! They are incredibly sweet and really care about you. I mentioned in passing that I work in the software industry, so they recommended lenses that would help reduce eye fatigue from sitting in front of a computer all day. They are expanding, so there was construction going on, but the staff went above and beyond to try and make an uncomfortable situation comfortable for everyone. Overall, great experience and it is the first eye doctor and optometrist that I feel comfortable returning to see again.

What a fun eye appointment! They have all the top notch equipment and are really the experts in the industry. The staff makes you feel comfortable immediately when walking in the door.I love the glasses that they helped me pick out - Im so excited to have a pair that I actually enjoy wearing out in public!Being an allergy sufferer, they also have contact solutions that dont make you want to claw your eyes out at the end of the day.I can honestly say that I look forward to my next eye appointment.

Update:The next morning following this incident, Dr. Hill called me and apologized for the mix up. She was very accommodating and understanding of my frustration. I rescheduled my appointment with her and all of the staff was very kind in the office. My daughter received excellent care. The customer service recovery was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you Dr. Hill for your understanding, care, and compassion. (I left off one star from my review due to my first visit being as it was.... the second visit was 5 star care.)I just went to 20Twenty Eyecare for an eye exam for my child. I was on a waitlist since there is a 4 week waitlist to see Dr. Hill. I received a call yesterday that there was a cancellation for today and I booked the appointment. I also received a text message confirming my appointment. I arrived to the appointment to be told the appointment never got recorded (despite talking to a person and having an automated service confirm the appointment), and my child could not be seen because the doctor was in a meeting. This is completely unacceptable and a frustrating waste of time.

The staff was great and the doctor was great! The doctor explained the procedures and what would be best for me very well. She was accommodating to my life-style choices and suggested products that would work best for me, but werent too expensive. This was hands-down the best eye exam I have ever had.

The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions. Dr Kirkpatrick was so helpful and went beyond my expectations. The office is very chic and the equipment is modern and clean. This was my first visit but I will definitely be back!

All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable their scheduling is efficient and I use them for my eye care. They have even helped me after hours for emergency medical attention. My eyes applaud this business!

Avoid this place if you care at all about your vision.I thought, like most people, that a high star rating equaled good results but found out differently after several visits to, and dealings with, 20Twenty.Each visit sent me to a different department, another expert, with a different answer which left me to self diagnose and fit my malprescribed glasses prescription myself until, months after my initial visit, I was finally seen within closet-sized, non-examination room enclosure with nothing being altered in response of my primary complaint.My vision is definitively worse from visiting this establishment and my supply of funds for ineffectual doctors visits is at an end.

Before I came to 20twenty, I went to eyes on main, which is a great physicality that has great doctors but they are also very speedy.So I started going to Wal-Mart because it was what I could afford; and though the doctor is nice the equipment looks out of date and they gave me the wrong prescription and they gave my friend a wrong prescription as well.So I went to 20twenty; they can be very pricy as well but the thing they have better than eyes on main are earlier appointments and the latest equipment.They took really good care of my eyes and spotted a freckle in the back of my eye that no one noticed before. They were also very helpful and gave me an extra pair of trials because I was moving out of state and wasnt going to be able to buy any until I moved.They also gave me a letter hoping the best for my trip which was very thoughtful and pleasant.They treated me very nice even though I cant be a patient of theirs anymore.So I highly recommend them for great customer service, their excellent skills and for offering the best equipment available for eye evaluation.Thanks

I definitely recommend 20Twenty Eyecare on the south side of Bozeman! The staff were all very professional and warm - from the receptionist to the optical assistant and the optometrist. Dr. Hill was wonderful, answered my questions and perfected my contact lens prescription - I havent seen this well in years! I didnt feel rushed at all.Warm, calm, professional, friendly. I recently moved to Bozeman and needed a new eye doctor. I found Dr. Kirkpatrick on the VSP website and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She took interest in my eye health, and was able to better my vision through diagnosing an astigmatism and realizing my need for variable focus lenses. Dr. Kirkpatrick is very engaging and friendly. I recently went in for an eye exam and was very pleased to find that 20Twenty Eyecare had the latest eye equipment for testing for macular degeneration and glaucoma etc. I really found it quite interesting to be able to see what the inside of my eyes really looked like.The eyewear selection is vast and the employees are really helpful and friendly.I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you are in need of glasses or just need a preventative screening.

20Twenty Eyecare is by far the best eyecare in Bozeman. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I only have glasses for use with my computer at work, and am not familiar with a lot of the processes that take place at an eye exam. Dr. Sarah Hill explained what test she was preforming and why. The office is modern and stylish, while still maintaining a welcoming environment. Their eyewear selection is eclectic and varied, you wont find these designs anywhere else! On top of their general eye exams, 20Twenty offers Vision Therapy; something that I have not seen at other eyecare shops. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
