I saw Dr Sykes recently for the first time. In just 2 visits she fixed an issue that had been ongoing for 18 months. Not only that, but she explained the underlying science/anatomy and I feel more empowered going forward. I am so grateful to her. The office staff here is awesome too. Highly recommend this practice especially Dr Sykes.

I was on a trip visiting Bozeman and I had forgotten my contact lenses. Called and Jake bent over backwards to help me out. Really appreciated the service of going above and beyond.

This was a great place to go. Very friendly. I was having a lot of headaches so I went to get my eyes checked. Dr.Squire was really nice and efficient. The people who help you pick your frames were all great. I found my frames really quickly. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is this was the first time I was getting glasses. I have never had glasses before. And those helping me pick my frames used a lot of technical terms when asking what I wanted. And I had a hard time understanding what they were talking about. But great all around.

Rude Staff. When we came in for our appointment last week, which we had to wait a month and a half for, we were informed that it had been scheduled for the Ennis location. Clearly a mishap on the reception part. I believe her name was Nicole did not seem to care, really laughed at what happened. She didnt try to make things right just instead said the next appointment would be August and we could get on a waiting list for possible cancellations...I was so upset by her attitude towards the situation I had to walk out. I then called what I thought was the Ennis office just to speak with Kayla at the Bozeman office. (No phone in Ennis, not a big deal) so I explained that I was really upset at what happened and her response was OK? I asked if that was all she had to say about what happened. She said she didnt schedule it and neither did the Nicole so we would have to wait for a cancellation. It would have been nice to have been treated with some compassion about the situation. The front staff dont really care which is a shame because from my husbands previous experience he was very happy with Dr. Squire. I work in customer service and the front reception is always the face of the company but unfortunately due to the rudeness experienced by the gals we did take our business elsewhere. Shame.

I am ever so grateful for Dr. Squires help in figuring out my contact prescriptions! I had always thought that there would always just be something slightly off with my right eye (not enough to disturb me, just to notice), but he took the time to figure out why it was a little extra blurry, where other eye doctors I saw in the past just said it was normal to be slightly off. I am seeing perfectly clear EQUALLY in both eyes now and I would highly recommend coming to Eyes on Main for the care and patience they give.

I didnt get my exam here, just filled my eyeglass prescription. Very friendly staff. Never had to wait. Everyone said hello and thanks. Much better than the last optician store I visited. Well worth the price when youre having to pay out of pocket. So far, so good, with my new prescription. Thank you.

The best place Ive been for an eye exam. The doctors are thorough and speak plainly. They take time with every patient and get to know you. The staff is engaging, helpful and knowledgeable. Ive moved to Ohio but I schedule my eye exam here every year when I visit Montana.

Wow....what can I say? This is a great optical office, a great optician, and wonderful office staff. The staff is very accommodating AND my glasses showed up in record time. Cant say enough good things about Jeff and his staff.

I had a great experience with Nicole at Eyes on Main. She was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful. She didnt rush me at all and was knowledgeable about their frame stock and what might look best on me. Definitely recommend Eyes on Main and Nicole.

I went in the other day to see options for replacing the frames on my glasses (a puppy tore mine up), and the way the staff handled the situation blew my mind. They immediately sat me down and went through their frames that they use for repair situations; they fit my lenses to them, cleaned the lenses, and sent me on my way with a happy Thanksgiving!. That sort of service is so valuable, and I will certainly be returning in the future because of it. You guys helped me out a ton!
