Excellent service. Amy assisted me as I picked out a new pair of glasses and was surprisingly thoughtful. She clearly knew the ins and outs of wearing glasses and made sure I got a perfect fit. After I broke this pair of glasses, I brought them in. Again, I was met with friendly and professional service. Hunter was able to provide me with new frames within 20 minutes.

From the moment I made my appointment, chose my glasses, did the eye exam, and made the final purchase, I felt like an extremely valued customer. Hunter helped both me and my girlfriend with high class professionalism but it never felt up tight. Start to finish, a perfect experience. Definitely will visit here again!

Where do I even begin?!This may be the greatest experience I have ever had at a LensCrafters or any glasses store for that matter.Starting with the warm welcome from store manager Amy as well as her associates all the way down the educational and promptly delivered eye exam by doctor Sperry the service I received here is like no other.My requests were not easy, my timing, couldn’t be worse. The employees at this LensCrafters are working around the clock nonstop making sure each and every person is completely satisfied, clearly understaffed yet having the best attitude about it all!!! They even squeezed me into a last minute eye exam even though they were about to close!If you go anywhere else for an eye exam or for your glasses you’re making a big mistake!

I went in and had a pair of glasses back in not even two hours! Hunter was awesome and super helpful explaining how the lenses worked with the additional blue light filters. I went back a week later due to some discomfort from the frames and he was able to make them cozy for me AND he cleaned and polished the lenses too. Thanks Hunter!

LensCrafters was clean & orderly. The staff wasProfessional. I was treated w respect. And was not made to feel pressured into buying anything. They called my Eye Dr to obtain my current prescription too. That was fast! The staff took their time w me looking at different frames. When I chose to purchase every detail of the process was explained in a way I could understand. Mostly insurance stuff. I never once felt like I was being up sold on anything I didn’t need or want. Excellent experience with them. I had to cancel & reschedule 4 times because of school & every time I called Hunter & Amy were externally friendly & accommodating. They eased my anxiety every time I had to cancel & reschedule & were the absolute definition of Excellent customer service. I also happen to know they’re short staffed & still went above & beyond to get me in at a time that worked with my schedule. They also went above & beyond getting me trial contacts to cover me up until my appointment. Dr. Sperry was excellent as well. He was very friendly & also efficient. He listened to ever one of my concerns & answered every one of my questions. The exam was easy & he even ran my copay himself. Been seeing him for 3 years now & will never switch. I’ve been to 4 different eye doctors in Bozeman & his office is hands down, no competition, the best one in the Gallatin Valley.

. I normally set time aside to spend here and some staff were very nice while others made me feel very rushed. Order process went well but because of that employee I just didn’t feel as welcome as I normally do. I’ve come here for years so it makes me sad to have felt this way. I understand being understaffed and the struggle of it and I know it wasn’t anything personal but I feel you shouldn’t let that affect your professionalism. I however will still continue to come here and I recommend it as long as you have the time so you don’t rush them.

I have used lens crafters since I was a child, and I love the stores Ive been to. I purchased the insurance for the frames, and it came in handy when my frame broke last winter. Only $25 and a new frame.Today I used the great value wall, walked away with perscription glasses and perscription sun glasses with the featherweight and blue light filter lenses for under $500, without insurance! I am sure with insurance it would be even killer of a deal. Ill update with photos in about a week and a half.

The staff in front was nice. The doctor quoted me a price that was double the price I was quoted on the phone. His only explanation was “well she quoted you wrong”. I walked out. Fell for a bait and switch. Be careful.

Dr. Sperry is absolutely the best optometrist and makes me feel so comfortable in his chair and educated about my eyes - which has not always been my experience with other eye doctors. Also, I’m always sure to work with Amy who goes above and beyond with amazing customer service. She listens to my concerns and helps me find what I need while treating me like a friend instead of just another sale. She’s an absolute gem and I’d suggest going directly to her if you are new to this location.

Dr.Sperry is the best eye doctor I have ever seen ! I have never had such a thorough exam and he explained everything he was doing at every step.

While on vacation in the area, I broke the frames of my glasses. Joanna was able to fix them like they were brand new again! You guys are true life savers!!

They told me I’m not allowed to make an appointment and that my only option is walk-in. But when I walked in, they told me they were booked into July. I need my glasses for everyday life and for work but they just made it impossible for me to get an emergency appointment. They were very rude and literally told me to leave when I tried describing my situation to them. I now have to wait 2-3 weeks to get glasses in from another company so I lose an entire month of income. Thx LensCrafters, I hope your reign of discrimination ends soon.

It’s was a great, employees were every friendly, I got 2 pairs of glasses this last time I went in, the employees were super informative on what are the best lenses to bye and might be best for me, they told me when to expect my glasses to be ready for me, sent me a text when they were and it was quite quick if I may say so, all in all it was a great experience and I will definitely continue to get glasses from there store

The staff at LensCrafters is always friendly and does their absolute best to make sure you are in the right glasses for you. Order time is pretty fast and they offer to ship to you if you can’t come back in. Pricing is pretty good especially considering they carry designer frames. They’re also great at welcoming in people that aren’t customers for free cleanings and adjustments! I won’t go anywhere else for my glasses. I highly recommend the Bozeman LensCrafters.

The least knowledable staff i have ever encountered. Its great that they are hiring students, but at least train them to have the knowledge regarding what they are selling.And they declined my prescription when i tried to buy contacts online. I paid for that prescription, but since i am not buying contacts from them, they declined it!! I will be filing a report with the BBB. Avoid these clowns!

I havent been into the store, but they were very helpful over the phone! I called in to see if they would be able to bill my insurance up-front for contacts and they were actually able to order them for me over the phone. I saw Dr Sperry at LensCrafters last year because the exam was covered under my insurance. I wasnt that impressed. He said that I needed glasses for distance ( first ever at 66). I got progressive lens for distance and reading. Waited 2 weeks beyond the expected 10 days and when the glasses arrived they were minimally helpful. This year they sent me a notice that I was due for an annual exam and set up the appointment for me. What they didnt tell me was that they no longer participated in my insurance network and would have to pay out of pocket. They only informed me of this fact when I arrived for my appointment. I thanked them for wasting my time and left. Never going back!

The people who work here are really friendly and go above and beyond to help. The Dr is awesome too.

I needed an exam and glasses today. Couldnt wait because Im an OTR truck driver. They got me in and my glasses where done in about an HR. They where a bit pricey but was given a discount. Very friendly and helpful.

First, my eye exam with Dr. Sperry was the most thorough that Ive ever had since wearing glasses for over 20 years. He was very knowledgeable and provided much information and has up-to-date equipment. I have the utmost confidence in him.Second, Michelle and the staff helped me find the perfect frames for day wear and sunglasses. They had a great selection of prescription RayBans which I really love. Its nice to have modern, sporty prescription sunglasses.Third, my plastic frame glasses do not have a nose guard on the bridge and they didnt stay in place well (typical for me with plastic frames). Michelle special ordered stick on plastic nose guards that are perfect. Ive never had anyone tell me about them and they allow me to have the frames that I love and not have them falling down all the time.Fourth, the had a large selection of frames!All in all I had a great experience at the Bozeman LensCrafters and look forward to using them in the future.

Ever since the new manager Michelle came to help the store out, things have been getting back on track! With an all new and exceptionally friendly/knowledgeable staff plus a great selection of glasses, you cant beat it.

This store is remarkably overpriced. The exam is overpriced and they charge more for contacts than any other place I checked. The customer service is also very poor and they do not communicate well. Dont take the convenience of it being in the mall and open on weekends as a justification for terrible quality.

Ive come here twice and both time they double booked my appointment resulting in a 30-45 minute wait during work hours. What was the purpose of an appointment?They dont care about your time and only seem to want to kick you out the door for the next patient.

The salesgirl was sooo rude. She made it extremely difficult to get the options I wanted (lens type, not the extra coatings etc) I had to tell her to go to drop down boxes in computer to get what I desired, because she refused to let me pick the cheaper options. I am guessing upselling gets her a better commision. Ummmm these are glasses not a new car. Then when she realized she wasnt getting her way she shut down and refused to answer my questions. I decided to not buy my glasses from Lenscrafter, and am taking my script somewhere else.

Wow I had come in to see about having my glasses replaced and the lady jumped me and didnt let me speak, started assuming before I could even say anything. She didnt even greet me, she stayed in the back like she was too busy to help or something? I was the only customer.

They ordered the wrong lenses for my prescription sunglasses then made me pay for them to order the ones i wanted the whole time.

This was the worst glasses shopping situation I have ever experienced. It started in June, and ended with my purchasing the frames in October and having the lenses made somewhere else.The GOOD: Hunter. He is the assistant manager, and if I needed a manager or employee of any type, I would hire him in a minute. He has excellent customer service skills, is knowledgeable about his job, and is the only one at this location who is ALWAYS extremely professional in obviously difficult situations.The UNFORTUNATE: To be kinder than I feel right now, this could be a manufacturing issue as well as a training issue. I found the current manager to be ineffective at best, and rude to staff and customers at worst. She was not able to measure properly for my lenses after multiple attempts, so I was sent back to my eye doctor to do that; and they confirmed her measurements were not correct.My experience (From mid-June through mid-October) took at least 5 lens orders, and the final attempt had the lenses reversed in the frame. She damaged the frames by taking pliers and bending the side arm, rather than more typical methods I have seen other opticians use.In one situation when I tried on the latest version of the lenses, the manager asked me to look into the distance. I described my vision as weird which was my best explanation of the blurry view before me, and she snapped well what does THAT mean? I swiveled in my chair and bit my tongue, as I was shocked by her rude treatment, no less to someone that was paying nearly $1,000 for glasses that I need to see, to be safe, to do my job....this is not for fun, this is a medical necessity.In another instance I intentionally wanted to work with Hunter; she rudely said to him you take this customer, Ill work with her with no regard for the fact that we were in mid-conversation, that other customers were in the room, and that it came across very poorly; there was no professionalism.in the MANY trips I made to the store, multiple other customers came in saying this was their second, or third trip and their glasses still were not right.I could see each time that she was frustrated, but when you are the manager, you need to set an example, at the very least. As I indicated above, perhaps with some management training, and some training on how to do the basic job correctly, there could be improvement. There may have been some manufacturing issues, but that did not seem to be the case.This was a zero star experience (but one is the lowest I can choose) and I will never use a Lenscrafters again. One bad visit is someone having a rough day, 5-8 visits all consistent and poor, is a much bigger issue.
