I had been on the hunt for the perfect laptop for about a week. This may seem like a short length of time, but I was looking for hours/day. My most important requirement was an ergonomic keyboard that was quiet and had nice keys, as I write a lot. Everyone was so helpful, and though they had a limited stock, I found my perfect laptop! All of the staff were helpful and explained the specs and add-ons; the GM gave me a heck of a deal for my bundle. I will definitely be going back for my office supply needs!

A good resource for small businesses.

I went in to buy some supplies for my gaming crew. Great group of staff and loved the humor between them all.I think Office Depot, well the one here in Bozeman is my new favorite store. They have a ton of stuff for my every need. Office and not, and with the staff being super friendly I feel like I can go in whenever I need to.

Anjelique deserves a raise big time. Olivia, Skyler and her were all amazing however she like really really went above and beyond in way that I havent ever experienced as a customer anywhere in my life. When I came in and they found out that I was going through a difficult time in my life the genuine care and concern they helped me thread over a 1000 pages into my binder where just so human and caring when I needed it the most and I think that says alot about the quality of people they hire. Beyond impressed I dont pray often but they definitely be in mine tonight. Thank you guys

New to town and this is my first time to a Office Depot. This will be my last. I went in to purchase a Computer monitor that this locations website said they have. Wrong. I looked around for the monitors and finally found them, no one other than the cashiers working so forget about help. And of course the monitor I wanted along with others were no where to be found. When I finally found a employee and inquired about the monitor in question, no we are out but you can purchase the more expensive one, not the one on sale. Would give a zero if possible.

Garret and Senad sold me an amazing speaker system and duel monitor screen! Was in and out in 5 minutes and shopping has never been easier 👍

Clean store, signed well and easy to navigate. Picked up a few items, spent about 60 minutes in the store. The best priced items are not always at eye level, some were at the very bottom of bins and shelves. Good selection of backpacks, school supplies, electronics and office furniture. Was greeted upon entry and asked only once if we needed help finding anything ; which was nice not being pestered by sales associates. Overall a pleasant experience.

Great Staff, Connor and the lady helped me find the perfect chair.Will be going back, felt like a family locally owned store but with way more stuff.

Anyone complaining must not have gone to either of the Staples in Bozeman, as they are extremely understaffed and have told me I will have to wait for someone to be available to help me find something. Whereas Office Depot you cant even walk to the back wall without being asked if you need help. Additionally, its much cleaner and better stocked than either Staples.

Horrible!!!!! Called about an item, the girl who picked up seemed irritated that she would have to look it up to see if was actually in stock. I explained that I had called the day before and it was. I was on hold for 10 minutes just to have her pick up and say, we dont have it dont know what the hell to tell you. Nice customer service. Managers there dont care either. Never again will I waste any money here. I will pay more somewhere else.

In store service was good, not super helpful on helping me return a purchase from online though. Office Depot customer service from the 1-800 number has YET to contact me back to return. Very frustrated and probably wont buy electronics from here again. Too much of a hassle.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. The only reason I shop here is that they are the only ones in town that carry a product I need but EVERY time I go in my experience is worse than the time before! Yesterday I had to wait 5 minutes at the cash register to be able to pay because no one was around to ring me up. The time before there was a guy there but he was too busy reading his consumer report magazine to help. There is ALWAYS some creepy guy at the door to completely ingenuinely greet you, its more of an insult than a greeting.

I thought to myself, Im right next door to Office depot. Ill give them another try. Last time must of been fluke..right? Thirty minutes later they where still looking for the scanner that there computer said they had two of. The guy gave up looking and dint bother to tell me. Off to staples.

Went in to pick up a desk we ordered online. The customer service manager was in. Mind you, this is the second time we’ve had an encounter with this gentleman, whose name I didn’t catch becuase I was blown away by his arrogance and utter disrespect. You need a new customer service manager as the current one has absolutely no idea how to treat customers. He swore the desk we boight wouldn’t fit in our trunk. Until my fiance insisted, he didn’t wven want to try. The deak fit fine. And the previous time we had been in, I asked if they had wireless keyboards and his response was “of course, any store has them.” Well obviously, But I was at YOUR store. Be helpful instead of condescending. We will NEVER go back to Office Depot. We will shop at Staples from here on out.

The staff was very helpful when we needed assistance finding a certain printer and corresponding ink. Their store could be a little better laid-out.

Think its easy having 3 girls college at that fill in for 15 plus other employees not there (needed ). These 3 were on it Olivia, Emily, Angelique filling it, doing it, answering it, typing it, listening as well. I commend them. Very well done.
