Customer service was friendly and responded quickly when I reached out to them. The process is extremely easy, it is convenient fair prices and good paper. Perfect for those quick print jobs especially for school work!Edit 6/24/19 Still love this, so easy to use and so convenient I wish there were more locations around my town!

I needed a quick print of a contract I had to send out. This was quick, convenient, and went off without a hitch. Only downfall is they charge you $4.00 minimum, two pages of basic B&W print was $1.38. Usually $.10 at printing shops such as Insta Prints. Poor planning on my end though.

The outlined pricing structure for what they charge per page is not the same as what they charge you when you submit a document. My total overall cost was over $4 for printing 11 pages of material. And they charged my PayPal account almost twice that again with the idea being that I can redeem credits later. Not impressed. More pricing transparency would be appreciated.
